I was approached by Elena she was immediately friendly and not pushy at all. She offered me options that were under my budget but also some fantastic ideas I never thought of. Fantastic experience: I have booked a couple of holidays through Tui Aintree, the service I have received from Sky, Robyn and Laura is exceptional. I previously booked holidays online but prefer asking advice, recommendations and speaking to a human and getting the whole experience which is much more luxurious than a confirmation email. I contact the store a number of times before booking to ask various questions which is never an issue. The service is always pleasantly perfect, I look forward to booking another holiday through this store.

My partner and I have just booked our second cruise with her and her customer service skills and ability to go the extra mile in everything she does are second to none. I would fully recommend Tui Aintree and Robyn.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. The TUI rep Elena went above and beyond to help us find the perfect destination. We were a little unsure about going to Egypt but Elena reassured us and listened carefully to what we wanted from our holiday. We ended up booking a fantastic hotel and had a lovely holiday. Nothing was to much. We especially liked that our information was sent out promptly for us to review before booking. We had a slight issue the day before we flew as the hotel we booked with changed our hotel. Elena reassured us and contacted the hotel to understand the issue. Thankfully all got resolved and we ended up at the hotel we originally booked and had the best time. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just had a lovely Mel from your branch who has just helped me with my booking I had booked a TUI holiday online ( in future it will be in store) our flights were booked with EasyJet because of the destination Mel explained everything and even booked our seats and printed our boarding passes and left in store to pick up as you need them in Egypt this in my eyes is going the extra mile well TUI you have a lovely team member who needs some recognition.

Fantastic experience: Visited aintree store for some information on child friendly resorts. First time travelling with my 2 & 4 year old, i have been feeling little anxious about booking a holiday but Ariane put my mind at ease filled me with lots of information and also gave me some great advice travelling with young children from her own experience. I now have some great options on where to stay. I am going to decide over the wkend and go back into store to book my first family holiday.
