Fantastic experience: Great place to book a holiday. Always a warm welcome, and great advice given, with or without a booking. The staff are very knowledgeable and try to find the best holiday, flight and price to suit you. They also printed all our documents for our cruise and flights. Good to know they can also book cruises which are not with Tui, as we would sooner use a local firm. We ordered some currency and bought small denominations as advised, which came in handy for tips. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just booked a holiday at Tui Chesterfield for 2025. Was looked after by Emma S who was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of accommodation and resort. Emma had good local knowledge and offered us upgrades and help with excursions. We were offered refreshments in the store and even came away with two Tui mugs :).. We would recommend the Tui Chesterfield store as we have used this store many times and have always been treated with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tui Chesterfield!

Fantastic experience: After seeing the reviews about how good the chesterfield branch were to book with we decided to pop down today and discuss booking our wedding/honeymoon. Lyndsey was our main booking agent and we had a bit of help from two other lovely members of staff. We have now booked our wedding/honeymoon! Cannot fault the service from the staff there today. Really friendly and helpful, as we're other staff especially Lynsey, telling us about places little one would enjoy whilst there & making a fuss of our little one. Little one was offered pens & colouring pad, we had coffee & squash (for little one) whilst booking, plus photos at photo booth type wall. Little one also given sticker & own ticket. Made booking our holiday such a special experience rather than doing it online. Would highly recommend a visit, really is worth calling in to book.

Fantastic experience: We visited TUI Chesterfield on a Sunday afternoon to book our honeymoon. We had some ideas of location when we went in. We were greeted by lovely staff who offered us drinks throughout. Declan looked after us brilliantly. He was friendly, had great knowledge and overall made our experience even more special. I cannot thank Declan enough for all of his help. We walked out having booked our honeymoon and all paper work was printed off and provided.

Fantastic experience: Visited the shop twice this year, and on both occasions Lyndsay and Becky have been extremely professional and showed exceptional customer service, along with the wider team who were on hand to support and make the experience stress free. Today when we first walked in, all the staff were dealing with other customers, we were offered a seat (which they got out for us and made us a waiting area of our own) little touches that make a big difference! We would definitely recognise this store to others and look forward to visiting again. Customer service at it's finest!!!
