Negative experience: Kindly be respectful when children and women demand toilet breaks especially when toilet facilities are not working in your vehicle

Negative experience: We went for a Wales trip on 12 August 2024. The driver was very uncooperative and when we entered the bus,it was unclean,there were rubbish which was removed by fellow passenger.before starting return journey , driver said toilet is not working and he will provide two breaks.He did not give that and later he said if you want you can use the toilet , that means he was lying. There were women and children in the bus.later coordinator asked him to stop and then only he stopped at MC D .His actiones were unacceptable.Never ever I will recommend this service again.

Negative experience: We have been on a coronation street tour which was brilliant . However the coach driver left us behind and we had to find our own way to where the coach was parked . Customer service there was non . Disappointing .

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a holiday to Torquay had a lovely 5 days at the Devonshire Hotel .The staff are really friendly with nothing too much trouble, the room was comfortable, clean and warm, and plenty of choice on the menu and the meals are all self service which I prefer. Although the hotel is on a hill the bus stops are right outside the hotel door and across the road .We had Barry excellent driver and a lovely man.

Fantastic experience: We Jean and I went to Calton Hotel in waymonth the coach driver Steve was brilliant made us chuckle all night long as he dressed up in hotel as a woman made us our day what lovely guy. Everyone enjoying their selves highly deserve people remember his name his a great laugh with jokes and knows his travel guide thank you for our holiday it was very lovely knowing you. Perhaps one day we will meet up again this weekend and was a Christmas break and we will be never forget it

Negative experience: AVOID!!!!!!!! Went with geevees yesterday 14th November for 5 nights to Chatsworth house hotel!!! Llandudno we stayed 15 hours and left in a taxi at half 6 this morning . The Coach driver tail gated all the way to Llandudno almost bumper too bumper . Had our evening meal at hotel and within half hour i was Sick and had diarrhea my husband started been sick in the night and had diarrhea . Food was not nice Never again paid £380 for a taxi home. Hopefully I'll be in my bed by half 9. Hotel has definitely gone down hill especially the food!!!!!!! The hotel was that hot we couldn't breathe properly way too hot

Negative experience: Been with gee vee three times now first two could not fault them , even recommended to others . This year three couples on my recommendation all went to Tenby Belgrade hotel in late June . Biggest mistake I have ever made. Felt guilty because the others would not have gone unless we recommended it . Started out badly bus was late collecting us from chesterfield a simple sorry we are late would have been nice no chance got told “we had pick ups to do “ rudely by the drivers companion who proceeded to treat us like naughty school children the whole week . Shooing us on and off the bus at every opportunity. Told on arrival we HAD to get early breakfast to go on trips by the time we checked in the last ones called up only late breakfast available told driver he grudgingly said he would wait till 10.15 for us made us feel like he was giving us the world . Did not speak to us all week except for this occasion and to make us get off the bus in the pouring rain on way home with no where to go ended up stood under a canopy eating our packed lunch ( he said he could not have his break while we were on the bus . The driver and his companion where only interested in taking to their little clique of friends Trips were disappointing except for st David’s . Food in hotel boring and repetitive fixed menu very little choice . Some staff in dining room rude . Room small , shabby , dated , car park view through a dirty window had to get pipe behind toilet cleaned . Offered a smaller room with same view or one three floors up which we refused Room not cleaned or towels changed whole week had to ask for loo rolls, towels and tea coffee etc . Wardrobe only half opened due to furniture being in the way . Non of us six will EVER go with Gee Vee again and will tell everyone we know our experiences

Fantastic experience: Fantastic 5 day break at Bournemouth, lovely clean hotel with pool and sea view, amazing staff at restaurant and big meal, taxi was very well organized, lovely guy coach driver and well worth the money, we had a great time.

Fantastic experience: Good,steady driver on our Paignton holiday. Good hotel, good food and plenty of it. I personally am not keen on Paignton, prefer Torquay.

Negative experience: Been going with gee vee for several years with no problem while they are taking your money however we should have gone to Blackpool but two days before going got rushed in hospital with heart trouble phoned up by myself and wife spoke to manageress very irate and we couldn't get a word in lost all money over £650. Never use them again

Negative experience: Robbing b@#$%@$$! Mother in law tried to claim back £114 deposit after her husband died and they refused. Even though they had bought insurance they said she'd only get a tenner back each then kept the documents and insurance leaflet so she couldn't even claim that. Its bloody fraud selling insurance that won't pay out. Use someone else

Positive experience: Myself and friend had day trip to Scarborough Tuesday 1st June was not happy.It took 4 and half hour to get there and the driver Bert informed us I think we shall go home the other way which took only 2 hours 30 mins . I no there was traffic BUT why take the longest way there we payed for the trip and could have had a longer day .

Positive experience: Friendly local tour agents. Family run business who do a good mix of family trips and those aimed at a more mature group. We have used them several times for weekends at Warner brothers studio tours and Stafford always excellent value for money.
