Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big big thank you to Cathy, she had a lot to deal with for our holiday. She sorted Special assistance for 2 of my party including me, she had to deal with a lot of hiccups with the arrangement and always was professional to a tee !! Great person and I would consider to be the best person I have had to deal with when booking my holidays. A big thank you !!!

Negative experience: Booked a 3 centre hol hays gave us lots of wrong details stuck on the border of Canada and USA thro hays giving wrong train station details wrong hotels wrong stops to wait for connecting transport bad service

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from our holiday booked through Hays Crystal Peaks. I cannot praise the team enough. Adam has gone above and beyond to help us. We are right technophobes and struggled with the PLF form and 48hr test but Adam was so helpful and lovely. Not only do we recommend Hays Crystal Peaks but we will not be booking a holiday any where else. Adam you are amazing, thank you so much Karen and Mick Green

Negative experience: Called into store this week to book a holiday for me and my wife and was not impressed with the service I recived the girl was not talkative did not try any options or ask any questions in fact I felt it was all too much trouble for her she showed me one Holliday and said is that it I left and went to tui and was given excellent customer service and booked there and then ,please try harder hays

Negative experience: Trying to pay balance or could lose holiday. Sheffield Crystal Peaks closed and not answering. On line Hays booking will not validate the code given to us. Advised to call! You try!!!!
