Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big big thank you to Cathy, she had a lot to deal with for our holiday. She sorted Special assistance for 2 of my party including me, she had to deal with a lot of hiccups with the arrangement and always was professional to a tee !! Great person and I would consider to be the best person I have had to deal with when booking my holidays. A big thank you !!!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from our holiday booked through Hays Crystal Peaks. I cannot praise the team enough. Adam has gone above and beyond to help us. We are right technophobes and struggled with the PLF form and 48hr test but Adam was so helpful and lovely.
