Fantastic experience: Went into Clydebank store yesterday to change a booking and book another holiday. The process despite being lengthy, Kelsie was very patient, diligent and nothing proved to much for her to resolve. Fantastic experience: My partner and I booked our holiday with Carolyn yesterday. After showing her what we were interested in she took her time to go over all the different options available to us..We eventually settled for a lovely hotel in Zante that Carolyn recommended for us and at a great price. Carolyn could not have been more helpful and is such a great asset to TUI.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience booking with the team at Tui Clydebank. We always find our holidays online but like to go into store to give our business to the Clydebank team. Today we went in having saw a holiday online with a free child place. Rebekah welcomed us with a friendly smile and politely introduced herself. After explaining what we wanted, Rebekah had us booked within 20 mins of walking in. The whole booking process was efficient and seamless. We have booked with a few girls in branch now with Pamela, Kylie and Rebekah to name a few and each time the girls have always been very informative and knowledgeable.
