Fantastic experience: Great and friendly service. Have booked with Tui Braehead about four or five times now and have been delighted with them. As I am disabled they are so helpful I couldn’t ask for better service.

She went through my holiday with ease and made my understand the process with ease and understanding. Her soft spoken voice made it all worth while to book the holiday she is an asset to your branch.

Fantastic experience: I had a holiday booked but needed to change it to a holiday in Europe. Not straightforward to change as my flights were not TUI ones. However the staff at Braehead TUI could not have been anymore helpful. They got everything changed over which I was delighted with. Great service !

Lisa was extremely informative and answered all my questions. I do think that sitting face to face with a Tui Team Member is a really good way to book a holiday. Fantastic experience: Cara was so helpful, matching thr online price. Was in and out in minutes and everything was all done for me. I then had amend my booking the next day as my neice now wanted to go. This was again done with no issues and completed within minutes. Would go anywhere else to book a holiday other then TUI

Each year we visit TUI and will continue to do so - this year we had the unfortunate scenario of a wee one breaking their arm the week prior to departure. The in-store team helped us resolve everything with no out-of-pocket ! Great service again and will continue to use !

Fantastic experience: After the great service earlier in the year with Becca we were disappointed when we went on Thursday to discover she was on her honeymoon! However we needn't have worried Chloe was excellent and got us all sorted out for November with the usual high service that is Tui Braehead.

Fantastic experience: We found that Erin could not be more helpful when booking our holiday. She helped ys vook a holiday in a different place we were not so sure about. After booking the holiday, we changed our minds and went back to the store to change our booking. Again, Erin helped do both of these , and made the process very easy. Negative experience: Staff member Barbara withheld flight information Regarding sitting arrangements next to my child! Waited to collection of Boarding passes to then be told I had to pay $90 to fix seating. Money Making Scam! Avoid Traveling with this company!!!!! Wouldn't let me comment on your post Cara but the problem is with the sales Rep Barbara who hadn't told me my seats and made me believe they were together! Only found out when I went to collect my boarding passes! They were covering each other's back in the shop and I am now taking this matter further.

Fantastic experience: Marjory was so helpful, informative and understanding. We both have health issues and she was able to recommend something that exactly suits our needs. She was great when I popped into Braehead and was very patient on our subsequent phone all and explained everything clearly, got us assistance and even recommended restaurants. Haven’t booked through an agent for years but definitely will from now on. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Booked a Caribbean Cruise with Rebecca last night. We went from disappointment due to the holiday being to expensive for us, to total excitement and actually booking a dream holiday. Rebecca was very patient and informative, she tried every angle to ensure we managed to succeed in achieving our holiday at the right price. Rebecca manner, politeness and fun made our whole experience within the shop very relaxing. Nothing was to much bother for her and for that we thank her, she was a pleasure assisting myself and my husband.

Fantastic experience: Had to rebook my holiday this year due to a family terminal illness, Sharon was extremely helpful under the circumstances and didn’t push any extras on me and helped me with the upgrades that I requested. The whole change in the booking from this year to next year from a cruise to a land based holiday and name change due to passport expiry took approx 20 mins all in and was very seamlessly done by Sharon. Great customer service. Will definetely be booking again through braehead.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience booking at Tui Braehead. Our first family trip to Disneyworld - Marjory was just as excited for us as we were!! We had done research in advance and Marjory was fantastic at arranging the booking itself, together with answering questions we have - even contacting Disney with regards to an offer query - and helping to show options for cost and matching the online price, so we ended up both getting a great service and the best value, too. I left with so many tips for our trip, including ideas of ways we could break the news to our wee girl and apps to use for the park and taxis locally - we were absolutely buzzing!

Fantastic experience: Visited the store on 26/7/24, had made a booking online the previous evening only to discover it clashed with a previous engagement therefore unable to go. Spoke to Cara who could not have been more helpful,not only were we able to cancel the original booking(for a very reasonable fee)she found me the same holiday with a more suitable date. I feared the worst when I went in but Cara was absolutely fantastic,honestly can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: I always booked with TUI online, but after a mistake i made and the online team were very unhelpful I have used the store in Glasgow City Centre and more recently Braehead. Without doubt Braehead is by far the best I first used it in February dealing with Amanda who was fantastic throughout. When we returned we went back to Amanda and booked a cruise in April next year. Yesterday we were in the centre and popped in and ended up booking a holiday with Chloe, who like Amanda was amazing taking time to search etc. I would highly recommend the team in Braehead for there knowledge and recommendations. Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday to Mexico at this store today with the help of Becca. Becca’s knowledge of the area we were looking to go to and the hotels in the area was brilliant. She answered any questions we had and even took the time to print out details of local excursions as well as making a ticket for our 6 year old daughter along with giving her a sticker which was a lovely touch. Fantastic experience: The staff here are beyond helpful. They give great advice and are honest in what to expect. They seem to know every hotel and it’s good and bad points.
