Fantastic experience: We booked our 2 week cruise for 2025 through Debbie at the Silverburn shop. She was extremely helpful in speaking us through all the different things to take into consideration. Debbie was very patient with us chopping and changing our minds and we have ended up with the best cruise to suit us. We didn't want a long flight from Glasgow so we are leaving from Palma which is perfect and booked a balcony room for more space. Fantastic experience: Just booked a holiday with TUI and the experience was excellent. Looking online, there was a lot to consider when taking my family on a long-haul flight. However, the Tui member of staff at the Silverburn store called Linda was extremely helpful and professional and was able to answer every question I had and she managed my booking effectively. I am usually somebody who likes to organise holidays on my own but Linda’s knowledge and holiday experience were impeccable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tui and, particularly, Linda for future bookings.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I booked a Tui tour holiday today with Lorraine,who helped us through the process including arranging Edinburgh departures instead of having to depart from Heathrow or Manchester. All our questions were answered and we were very happy with the overall service.

Fantastic experience: I have booked numerous holidays at the Tui Silverburn Store and I have never been disappointed , my go to is Debbie , she is very experienced in the world of travel and this has been filtered through to us by introducing us to various different destinations year after year. Our favourite place being Nerja and we also made a return visit and will be planning another early next year , we especially enjoy the Riu Hotels and looking forward to our all inclusive at the Riu Paraiso Lanzarote in November . I will continue to use this store and book via Debbie as we feel she has always taken the time to get every detail correct on every occasion , her customer service is spot on and she is a credit to your company .

Fantastic experience: Being a loyal customer with TUI I have always used silverburn branch for my holiday bookings .I have always booked through Travel Advisor Debbie who has been extremely helpful and friendly anytime I have visited the branch offering great feedback on any query on hotel or destinations . Having booked previous holidays and most recently Mexico for 2025 through debbie , i know my my holidays are always going to be great experiences. Will definitely keep using the branch and debbie for future bookings .

Fantastic experience: 10/10 for really good customer service. The representative Mhari provided us with all the information that we needed to book our holiday.

Positive experience: Staff very helpful, spoke to Mhari on the phone and then saw Rachael in store. Unfortunately, there were no deals for the dates I was looking at. Did book for next year, when I looked on the site the cruise showed that an outside room for a solo traveller was £228, I thought in the shop it showed £112, however when I phoned to check this I was advised that it was the other cruise I was looking at that was £112, this may be correct. On checking the site today the room would cost £119, however the actual cruise had went up. Not sure that I got a deal.

This part of the service is important because it prevents any “unpleasant” surprises on board, cost wise. We would use this booking service again!
