Negative experience: Lost my luggage and they refused to pay for the loss no terms and conditions were given or shown to me prior to booking . Very poor service in all respect. They are poorly managing and handling the cargo . Got my few boxes totally damaged with stolen items. No reclaim can be filed in case of stolen goods . They give lame excuses and blaming their agents and Pakistan custom. Very Very poor service . I do not recommend anyone to book any item from them. I came to your office and you did not resolve the issue and no compensation was offered and now you are replying to come to office and resolve the issue. You provide totally disgusting services. I had to edit my review to reply you because you are trying to fool people. This is what I got . Broken, stolen and damaged with one bag missing.

Negative experience: Really bad service Sent cargo almost 4 months ago and finally got it in Pakistan after 4 months with half of the stuff missing when called and complained to the nexus office uk they start giving excuses it might be custom who took out stuff during checking.. I mean seriously we paid money for everything sack , seal and still we got it opened with half stuff missing really disappointed I've sent stuff with other services but this never happened before this was the first and last bad experiences hopefully.

Negative experience: Nexus cargo is nightmare for me why I will share everything in December I contacted nexus travel&cargo for my cargo stuff they told me the next container is leaving on 15th December we will pick your bags __day on the that day the guy came and pick our stuff and he didn’t weight our bags neither he sealed them and he said he is in hurry he will do it later and he told me to bank transfer the money I said ok later I transferred their bill and waited until cargo delivered ours were four bags and they delivered whole bags full of rubish used clothes baby stuff nappies and even used utensils ours were all new stuff almost unstitched suits zara H&M bags shoes slippers cardigans ets and they delivered someone s old used stuff when I asked them I went their office and they first tried to prove me rong that i forgot what I have sent and later they just giving me lame excuses it’s been mores then two months the rong cargo delivered and they didn’t done anything the guy Adam always picks phone and says abhi to delivery complete hi nhi hui hamari kya galati ha iss mein) it was my first experience with nexus and it was pathetic and fraud company I think they delivered our new things to their own relatives and their rubbish delivered to us they took our stuff and money both they are lying to me and doing nothing the digest everything very easily and the dramatic part of the story is the guy came to pick our cargo bags he was owner of this fraud company i don’t recommend this company pathetic experience

Negative experience: very bad service. they don't deliver on time...it has been 3 months and my cargo didn't arrive in pakistan They make lame excuses and give next date for delivery but don't deliver.

Fantastic experience: Well first of all I am absolutely so glad I purchased my mum and brothers tickets from nexus travel and not any other travel agents that are also local to me. As my mum travelled on Qatar and then they ended up going on the red list for which they both would have had to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days at there own cost. Contacted Faisal from nexus via phone, must have been very late at night and my call was answered and he isn’t obliged too answer calls as it wasn’t his working hours. I was reassured not to panic as at this point I was stressed total panic mode and was willing to buy any new Single tickets at any price. I went down to the office following day, was still panicking that I need them back book me tickets and a single ticket was costing nearly £900 each which I was willing to pay as long as I get them back. But for Mr Faisal it was no problem to issue me them but he refused said don’t waste ur money give it a week we will resolve something. He didn’t need to. That’s his business why would anyone not try to make any money. But there definitely not greedy as that was a easy sale for them. I left the office stress free and as advised I waited a week which was very hard as I was nervous what if this that so many different thoughts but I put my fully trust with the staff and waited and good news the company managed to relocate new flights from Qatar to British airways FREE at no cost. I couldn’t believe it, if they wanted they didn’t need to tell Any of there customers that’s it a free change and make plenty money as just like my family there were hundreds of ppl stuck in the same situation as me as a week ago I was ready to pay £1800 for both my family members and I didn’t have to pay a penny. I can’t thank them enough managed to get both of my family members back home Safely. It was a hell of time for me and my family And if it wasn’t for nexus travel and its whole team I can’t describe what I would have done. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend that u will Never be disappointed or betrayed or let down at any time of the day it is. I would never ever use or recommend any other travel agent apart from nexus travel. They deserve more than 5*

First day i arrived there though Qatar Airline Qatar went into the Red Zone. Immediately i contacted Faisal bhai who told me not to panic and assured me they will sort something out...... His assurance got me through my stay and Alhamdulillah he and his staff managed to fly me back home safely with British Airways. The fact that in these kind of times if your travel agent communicates with you regarding the situation the worry becomes less. I have also used other services that they provide from cargo to money transfer without any issues.
