Negative experience: I had booked a ticket for family 4seats return on way ok but when supposed to come back due to covid no flights cancelled tried to rebook with travel Agent they said 1 month later flights arranging will cost 50pounds extra admin fee 1month later they said no flight cancelled so I book emergency flight tickets to come back asked for refund for return ticket which flight was cancelled just avoided me constantly not answering phone messages avoid at all costs not profession if issues con you put of money and don't refund if flight is cancelled keep mo ey for themselves.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful service parcels arrived on time and in mint condition as most of my items were fragile. Will definitely use this company again.

Negative experience: I used Travel and Co For NADRA Pak identify Services. Worst Customer Service. Unprofessional. Not even give me a print out of application Reference numbers because their printer was not working and don’t have paper to print it. The person who fill my application on his computer was unable to read and write properly so he put wrong Address on my ID. Both address he put wrong on ID. (UK And Pakistan Address) as a result delivery Guy was unable to Deliver because he only mentioned main building numbers not flat positions Stay away from Travel and Co I will never ever use them again
Negative experience: My wife and son flight was cancelled from pakistan due to covid, we tried umpteen times to phone this office in regards to new flights and a refund , but we were told the person dealing with is off or busy I left message to get him to phone guess what no one phoned. In the end we booked return flights from a travel agent in edinburgh my son got his tickets e mailed without a penny being paid. I personally went to Edinburgh to pay for the flights and thanked him . They arrived in uk in June and now on November we had a refund after constantly phoning the office. I would stay well clear of this cowboy company no customer service whatsoever

Negative experience: Used for cargo - whilst they have always delivered albeit later than estimated they never do door to door drop off as advertised. Also had a negative experience with one of their female advisors who was quite rude which is the reason for the poor rating. Not going again.
Negative experience: My flight was cancelled by Emirates travel and co didn't bother to inform me. I phoned and requested for refund for which I was assured it will be processed and refunded in full however I was given time after time and the person in their office incharge of answering phone calls is only good at lying. He gets paid for lying, lies after lies. First time inspoke to him he advised they will process refund but will take between £80 and £85 for each ticket as admin fee. I was left speechless and when i said I'm not happy he then said it's emirates that take deductions. I contacted Emirates and was advised they don't take any deductions as flight was cancelled by them at no fault of my own. This was also stated on their website. Then they stopped answering phone calls and texts. I was refunded after 2 months thanks to Mazhar but short of £425. This has been disputed with emirates but emirates are claiming to have refunded travel and co in full and no deductions were made. Never ever will I go back to them again. I will wait another week before going into their office. I will also take my complaint further. Only writing this to make everyone else aware so they don't fall prey. Book directly with airlines and don't let these crooks take your hard earned money. I hope no one else experiences what I experienced.

Negative experience: I would encourage you all to avoid ever giving this company any business. I spoke to a man called Rohail who was extremely rude and arrogant and completely lacks any customer service skills. They cancelled flights which we found out at the check in desk on the day of travel at the airport ,we were left without a seat on the plane and then they refused to compensate us. They have a reputation for providing poor customer service. Please do not give this company any business they don't deserve it.
According to our records passenger made these changes and was advised of the changes nevertheless we have still accommodated your passenger to board the flight we feel this is impecible customer service as we still done our upmost to accommodate the passenger. Customer incompetence is not company inefficiency.

Negative experience: Booked my flight and paid full amount over the phone the same day. Even received payment confirmation and ticket by email. So far so good. Two weeks later I received a phone call from Glasgow number. Since I was in the meeting I rejected the call after the first ring. Literally a second later received a second call but I rejected it again. The process was repeated five times eventually I gave up and answered the call thinking it would be quite an urgent call. The caller was a lady from Travel and Co demanding the payment which I already paid two weeks ago. I explained her politely that I already had made the payment and even received the ticket but she completely refused what I had said and kept insisting to make the payment. I asked her to give me sometime so that I could send her proof of cleared payment from my bank statements. I apologised my colleagues for the interruption, travelled home from work, and emailed snapshot of my bank statement to Travel and Co and requested them to phone or email me once everything has been cleared. After receiving no response from them I email them again asking for the progress. I then received a short statement from them admitting that it was their fault since they forgot to update ledger. After complaining about the way they acted and their professionalism this is the email response I received: -------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your comments. Having already replied via email saying it was a over sight about the payment. We recived the email below from the customer.This is seriously an unprofessional attitude. Also the person who phoned me today she was so persistent that despite rejecting her call three times in a row she simply kept calling.Normally companies learn from their mistake however I am fairly confident it wouldn't make a sod all difference to you guys.KashifMistakes do happen. No matter how big or small the company is.
