Negative experience: Very pathetic service ever seen . Request everyone not to trust these guys They will misguide you and then never accept their mistake. You have u pay for their mistakes .unreliable and untrustworthy. They take your money disappear. Please please don’t use their services at all .
Dear Ashish Thank you for your business. Upon reviewing your review on Google please see below timeline conversation through all mediums, both telephone and email: 1. You have booked your parents tickets from India to Glasgow on 08 Aug 2023 2. Few days prior to their parents' departure date, we have received a call from you stating that your parents can not travel as your uncle passed away back in India. We advised to proceed further with date changes instead of losing lot of money on cancellation procedures. 3. You have enquired for date changes procedure and the same through email communicated. 4. Instead of date changes, we have received your full refund request but we said full refund is not possible advised to proceed with standard refund against the cancellation charges. However with your discussion with one of our team member as you want to try for full refund, our colleague applied for a full refund on the compassion grounds, dt Sun, 22 Oct 2023, 10:52. 5. 1st Reminder sent to the airlines on Tue, 7 Nov 2023, 16:35. 6. 2nd Reminder sent on 7 Dec 2023, 16:18. The same day you shouted on our of staff members that your flight dates have past and you may lose all ticket money as it may lead to no-show. Our operational manager called you back and requested not to shout on our team as we are doing our best and moreover he assured that your booking is not a no-show and the concern executive already processed refund and is still pending from the airlines end. 7. 3rd Reminder sent on 3 Jan 2024, 16:56 8. Airlines have refused refund as per the airlines policy, deceased person is not an immediate family member and the same conveyed to you and asked that we can proceed further with standard cancellation charges, but you insisted us to process for full refund. 8. On 15 Jan 2024 at 09:39, We sent again to the airlines with the documents provided by you. 9. On 22 Jan 2024, 10:23, we have received a reply from airlines stating that "Refund request has been rejected as they will need the death certificate of deceased person in official format and relation proof as immediate family member to the travellers. And on the same day we applied again with the death certificate and additional documents and our Manager confirmed to you that chances are grim as the deceased person is not an immediate family member. 10. On 10 Feb 2024, 11:25 and we sent the Death certificate and relation proof documents again as reminder. 11. Follow up reminder sent again on 23 Feb 2024 at 14:58 12. Follow up reminder sent again on 4 Mar 2024 at 14:29 13. Further reminder sent on 12 Apr 2024, 17:05 At several points, we strongly suggested proceeding further with standard refund with respective cancellation charges. In general your airlines tickets, if travel originating from the UK is fully non-refundable, but since your parents travel originating from India, we can process refund against cancellation charges. As the follow up is still on and the case is pending, it is not appropriate to write a review and try to defame our company's reputation. Negative experience: Extremely bad experience with Kandala Tours for Scotland trip. Itinerary was not covered. Out of 3days tour only 1 day itinerary is completely skipped. Mr. Pramod promised promised that they will the cover the missed places on day3 but didn't keep his word. Very bad time management and planning.
Hello Ms Pushpa Latha We believe you are still on your way back to London on this last bank holiday weekend Glimpse of Scotland. We have checked with your leader and tour manager and your group concerns he promissed that will be addressed on their return back to office on Tuesday. In between this review doesnt change our position and we We are extremely sorry for not covering day 1 part attractions i.e. Birmingham Balaji Temple and Lake Windermere Cruise due our coach partners blunder mistakes of reaching wrong pickup location and that has impacted on your day 1 operation and we aimed that on day 3. On day 2, we covered all as assured including remaining balance part of Glasgow City Tour. On day 3, as you know group delayed their departure from the hotel and traffic at Edinburgh we were uanble to accommodate balance attractions of itinerary of day 1. Before your return journey to London, your tour Manager Mr. Pramod assured you all several times that he will address group concerns and will reply including Lake Windermere Cruise ticket refund. Negative experience: They Don't Have Patience, I guess They Doesn't Know How To Talk To a Customer, he Surprises Me that He Is Running This Traveling Business From Very Much Long Time But he Didn't Learned patience, and He DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER. He was Shouting at Mr And Telling That "do I need to tell You clearly everything come sit down I'll spoon feed You every detail of Your Flight Journey" and His Name Is PROMOD from UK I HATE HIM And His Travels soomuch

Fantastic experience: We and our Family enjoyed our holiday by Kandala Travels. 3 day trip we covered many places starting with Bhirmingam Balajai temple, lake districts, Cruise rides, high lands in Scotland, City Rounds in Glasgow and Edinburgh castle and many more on the way. Food arragements was so delicious and hotel stay was very comfy. I very much recommend Kandala travels for everyone and more specifically to every Indian to get some freedom and likeminded people around to enjoy our trip to the fullest.

Fantastic experience: Very professional service offered to me during the pandemic time and I made it on time to India. I am still awaiting for my refund due from October 2020 though.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get the best fares for my overseas travel. Mr.Johnson was my point of contact and he went above and beyond to get me the best price in the best airlines. They helped me get the shortest route possible without any long waits between the flights. I looked through different travel websites, but none matched the fare that was provided to me by Kandala travels. I would definitely go with them for all my future bookings.
