Fantastic experience: This is a very late review however I traveled with Al-Ansar for my first ever Umrah trip. Despite me unwell for more most of the duration of the trip, it was by far an amazing experience and would not have had it any other way. As a family, we gained so much knowledge from all the sites they took us to. They also made sure to take care of us and assist us with our every need. I am beyond grateful! I thoroughly cannot wait to go away with them again for umrah and to other countries! They really do go above and beyond :)

Completed umrah a few times before ,but my experience with Al Ansar was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Salaam to whomever maybe reading this.SubhanAllah I was totally in awe with my experience and InshaAllah I’m planning my next trips for Umrah and to other places Al Aqsah and Jordan/Petra, Uzbekistan and Ottoman Empire packages etc with Al Ansar Travels. The Umrah tour and the trips was highly organised and both the leads Sheikh Uddin and Imani was extremely helpful at all times and did a brilliant job including all the support staff. Alhamdulillah we had a friendly group ranging from all ages and everybody just gelled well. It has given me the confidence to go on solo trips or with my family for different trips with Al Ansar Travels and Tours.

Fantastic experience: There is not one thing about Al-Ansar and their team that I would not recommend. Brother Kawsar and sister Imani, along with the whole team both in Medina and Makkah, Bablu, Masum bhai & Mohammed Aziz were absolutely amazing. Obviously not forgetting the 2 tour guide brothers who kept us so engaged with all the information presented to us, learnt so much. My family and I represented people with lots of health issues, Alhamdullilah we managed the whole umrah trip without having to use additional support. This was partly due to Al Ansar group’s organisation, information being shared at the right time and not being overloaded. I loved it when my son, who only communicates in English was provided with information in English and where needed information was interpreted for him especially during the actual umrah by the group members. I did not feel like we were forgotten once the trip was paid for, both brother Kawsar & Sister Imani were very helpful and involved, they made sure everything was swift. I felt comfortable to message with any questions and it was answered promptly. The balance of the iternary was very good, it allowed for personal time for Ibadah, tours, shopping etc. Especial mention to Mohammed Aziz, without him, we would have being waiting in long queues and hungry, his service to our family was amazing. Loved our group, everyone was so nice, felt like a family. InshaAllah will book other trips with your organisation, really excited about it. Jazak Allah Khair.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah praise be to Allah (swt) for inviting me along with my sisters and nephew to his blessed lands. May Allah (swt) accept all our umrahs… Ameen I cannot be thankful enough to Al -Ansar (The helpers) team and to my cousin who recommended them. From the minute I contacted them to book our Umrah, I could tell that this would be a trip where I would get all the support I needed. Alhamdullilah this was the case. From London, with the injection recommendations, seminar, giving us bag/folder full of useful items. Lists with items to take. We had them present all the time, communicating over messages, emails to update us of all the itinerary, checking in, giving us step by step with booking the Rawha/Umrah on the app any changes or any other useful information. For those that felt anxious about doing their umrah, they arranged us in smaller groups with someone assisting with the umrah steps. They even arranged an extra Umrah opportunity for those that wanted to do Umrah again. People were taken to Masjid Aysha to begin their intention. We had Ziyarat in Makkah and madina and extra tours like visiting the Kiswah factory. Brother Kauser knows a lot the people, which creates good opportunities like this. All our tours, be it walking or transport ones had someone knowledgeable giving us talks along the way. From my previous trips, we would be shown Jabal Al nour from the transport. This time with Al-Ansar we were told that the group were going to be able to climb and those that couldn’t were given opportunities to visit the museum, shops cafe to relax and wait for the others. They even had a member of their teams in Madinah and Makkah to help us on the ground. Bablu sorted all our transport and was present in all our excursions. Mohammad Aziz in Makkah who was extremely patient and available around the clock to help us get our food and laundry delivered to us. Alhamdullilah which meant we were able to be more present and be more focused in the Masjid doing our Salah and Ibadah then worry about running around for things. Practically was so on point. For example our main luggages was taken from Madinah to Makkah, before we even reached Makkah on the bullet trains. I felt so at ease while in Ihram as I only had one bag with me to focus on. Ground staff always present, even to the last minute, where we were assisted with our final checkin SubahanAllah It felt like we were amongst family, not a group of strangers. Sister Imani carrying babies. Alhamdullilah we connected so well with everyone. JazzakAllahu Khair to my brother Kauser and sister Imani for arranging everything. InshaAllah I will be keeping an eye out of other places that you have listed on your website. And when Allah (swt) wills it, I will be booking something again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I (including our 3 young children - 7months, 3 years and 6 years and my 60 year old mother) travelled with them in January 2025. I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this group is. Right from the first call I made when we decided to travel with a young family, they knew what we needed before we did. They knew we would want to start in medina so the children wouldn’t have to travel in Ehram, they knew we would prefer the train between Makkah and Medina to lessen the stress on long journey on the children… they were attentive to every little detail - such as the two hour seminar we had a few weeks before we left talking us through all the specifics and what to expect. The recommendations on places to eat so we didn’t have to start looking for things with kids. The places to buy gifts and shop where we could get discounts because we were from Al Ansar. The Laundery service. Aziz bhai in Makkah who would queue for food so we didn’t have to. Bablu bhai who arranged the coaches for Ziyarat whilst we slept and took care of our luggage, check and each hotel. The brothers who shared all their knowledge whilst on Ziyarat in Medina and Makkah - just so much invaluable knowledge and so enjoyable to listen to. Masum bhai who took care of my mum when we split accidently through Tawaaf. The brother at the airport who helped us check in at the desk in Saudi on our return trip home. Sheikh Kauther’s guidance and patience through every step of the way, the detailed itinerary, the 1-10 times daily messages on the group, the quick response to every message. Finally thank you to Imani Appa who as a female leader in the group was so approachable and so helpful with just about everything.. including carrying the children when we got tired and helping to keep them happy.. not to mention how made up they were with their goody bags.. my children have only just left Appa and already say they miss her so much. This was truly a 5* Umrah experience in every way.. but most importantly it was the brothers and sisters who run Al-Ansar that made it the experience it was for me and my family! We would travel with them again in Sha Allah! May Allah reward them abundantly for all their hard work and give the barakah and success in this life and in the hereafter - Ameen

Fantastic experience: It was our first Umrah so making the right choice of travel agent to book through was very key as you hear so many awful stories of things going wrong. After some research we decided to book our Umrah through Al Ansar Travel and Tours. Our Umrah was completed without any issues. The planning by Al Ansar Travel was thorough and meticulous. We had a detailed pre-travel seminar a few weeks before we left the UK. We were provided with a bag of useful items, a shoe bag, water bottle, booklet on how to perform umrah. Everything was included in the package including flights, accommodation with breakfast, airport pickups and transfers. We also had transportation arranged in coaches to various Ziyarah in Makkah and Medina. Al Ansar also provided knowledgeable guides who provided information about the religious sites we visited. We would without hesitation recommend Al Ansar for your travels to the holy lands of Makkah and Medina They are a family run company and cater for families, couples and individuals. They have a genuine and friendly approach. Any questions I had were always answered promptly. We felt at ease throughout our journey and feel blessed to have used Al Ansar Travel and Tours. May Allah (swt) reward them for all their efforts in assisting us in performing our Umrah. If Allah (swt) invites us again we will without hesitation book through them. Fantastic experience: This was the first Umrah I took with my family and we all absolutely loved it. The Al-Ansar team took care of literally everything and we did not have to worry about a thing. Days were planned out with activities with Islamic guidance from the learned scholar. Guidance was provided in every instance and updates & reminders were provided frequently. We were truly able to appreciate the history of Makkah and Madinah as well as enjoy the activities. Insha'Allah we have made an intention to go again soon and we will definitely be looking at Al-Ansar to go with. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah I have recently returned from the holy land after performing my ummrah. This was an individual tailored package, (not with a group), that I booked through Al Ansar tours, they made the entire experience flawless and absolutely perfect alhamdullilah. I was a single female traveller, travelling with my elderly parents, both of whom are unwell. From the very first enquiry I made to me returning back to my home they made the whole journey very easy. They answered around 5000 questions I had (no joke!!) They provided literature to help us perform our ummrah to the best of our ability. They went above and beyond to tailor a package that was best suited for us. I never felt alone for a moment, the whole time I was there, Sheikh Kawthar ensured his team in Makkah and Madinah were always available to help us, they took beautiful care of my father and were always at hand to help. The hotels were exactly what I asked for, both a 2 min walk to the main masjids, and we had the full kabaah view from our room, the team on ground in Makkah and Madinah were constantly available around the clock to help with anything we needed. They treated us with the utmost of respect and care. We never felt like anything was too much to ask for. I am very impressed with Al Ansar tours and will definitely be using them again in the future insha'Allah. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah I was part of the November 2024 group going for Umrah and I couldn't have asked for a better guide and group. From all the talks to the nasheeds my experience couldn't have been any better. The fact that it's family run makes it even better as we all felt like we are part of the family and developed a strong connection with each other while performing Umrah. Fantastic experience: This was my first trip to umrah, I was going with family of eight. They arranged everything from ,flights, hotels, visa and transfers. The itinerary was very clear It was very convenient as we were traveling with elders, so it really good that the hotels were were a short walk to the mosque both in Medina and Mecca. There was seminar prior us to leaving, that was very informative and also where we could answer questions and nothing too much trouble to answer.we were also included in a umrah WhatsApp group that was really helpful and felt like was we could ask questions and also get real time information. Al ansar tours exceeded my expectations. Special shout to brother kowsar and his family , they were always around the hotel etc and made sure everyone was ok, even down to helping us push the wheels chairs with our parents in. Fantastic experience: Al- Ansar travel & tours over exceeded our expectations. We were kept well informed and given a full itinerary and visited a seminar before our departure so we could all be well informed and prepared. Whenever we had a question it was answered straight away. They organised for us to stay in hotels which were close to the masjid which was very helpful as we were travelling with our elderly parents. They helped push our elderly parents on the wheelchairs when we did some of our walking tours. The tour group organised many tour days and arranged everything from transport to refreshments. We had a very knowledgeable ustad with us who did some beautiful recitations for us on the journeys. He told us loads of stories regarding the places we visited. They also gave us some great recommendations on where we could get great gifts for our family and friends. I would definitely be using this tour group for future visits insha'Allah and will be recommending them to family and friends too.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah!!! This was my first time going umrah and I went with al ansar and it was one of the most life changing amazing experiences I’ve ever experienced. Alhamdulillah umrah in of itself is such a blessed experience but the family behind al ansar made the experience so smooth and made it even more enjoyable. They took away all the stresses of traveling and they guided us through it by the will of Allah. The family who run al Ansar is one of the reason why I would recommend going with them. They are so genuine and selfless, they organised the trip with so much passion and you can just tell they did it purely for the sake of pleasing Allah. Furthermore the amazing character which they hold is truly inspiring and just being around such good mannered people inspires and pushes you to want to be a better. Also the three boys who are aged 11-15 are so amazing and are definitely following the footsteps of their parents. Allahuma barik lahum. Furthermore one of my personal favourite aspects of going with al ansar was learning from ustadh hafizur rahman. For me it was the fact that I was learning directly from a teacher while experiencing Makkah and madina it allowed me to reflect how it might have been like for the sahabas who learnt knowledge from their gatherings and from eachother. Also ustadh was so articulate and listening to him speak was so easy and honestly you just don’t want him to stop speaking. His reflections are so inspiring and he is a great role model for our Muslim ummah and we all have a lot to learn from these amazing people and experiencing umrah alongside learning from them was definitely an experience I will never forget. Furthermore, the experience of going with a group was something I was quite apprehensive about however actually going and bonding with the people we did our umrah with is a bond you just don’t make anywhere else. It’s a bond you truly make for the sake of Allah and you really appreciate learning and hearing about other peoples experiences and I really did enjoy it a lot. And I would most definitely do it again. In sha Allah May Allah allow them success in this world and the next and allow us all to reunite in Jannah Ameen.

They have organized a meeting so that everyone has a understanding and if any questions they will be able to answer so that we all are well prepared. USTHAD HAFIZ RAHMAN: Now Usthad Hafiz Rahman is another gem that is part of group. Constantly providing us with tours, narrations, advise, motivation, spiritual guidance, Quran recitations and nasheeds for entertainment. Subhan'Allah he is accessible, down to earth, and supportive. UMRAH BOOKING PROCESS: The whole process was easy to book, they were informative, constantly provided us with updates before we went, would answer questions quickly and efficiently and tried to accommodate the entire group. We had a seminar beforehand and was constantly reminded about the process. Even when we had a situation before we left, Shiekh was understanding and accommodating. UMRAH: Shiekh and his family did polls asking the group about our availability and when we needed support doing tawaf etc. They stayed with us and Ibrahim the 15 year old even protected us during our tawaf. The Shiekh and Usthad planned walking tours, bus tours and mountain climbs etc. What stood out for me was they made this umrah experience more relatable to the younger audience by taking us on excursions like camp fire by the desert whilst Usthad recited Quran or reflective circles in the hotel etc. I will forever be grateful for this experience but more grateful to have met the entire family of Al-Ansar.

Fantastic experience: Alhadullilah went to Umrah November 2024 with Al-Ansar. Was an amazing experience which felt specifically tailored to my family and the group. They were flexible in itinerary and allowed us choose what we would like to do especially in the case of elderly who wouldn't be able to do certain activities. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The accommodation at the Hilton Convention Centre in Makkah was fantastic. The services provided, including housekeeping, breakfast were top-notch and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Although the Pullman Zamzam in Medina was very nice, it didn’t quite reach the same high standards as the Makkah hotel. Nonetheless, both hotels were conveniently located near Haram Sharif and Masjid Nabawi, which was perfect for my family. The Transport and Ziarah services arranged by the agency were beyond our expectations. Our tour guide and driver was incredibly helpful. Everything flowed seamlessly from our airport pickup to our drop-off. Brother Sheikh Uddin at the agency provided excellent support throughout the process, understanding our needs and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. Jazakallah Khair.

Fantastic experience: We have recently come back from a 8 day tour in Bursa and Istanbul in Turkey. We have travelled with Al-Ansar to Jordan and Palestine in February so we knew it would be a good experience. Alhamdulillah, it was a great experience again and we got to see much of Turkey in our time there. We visited the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, which were only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. The Grand Bazaar was also a 5 minutes walk away. Our tour guides were very informative and gave us a lot of history lessons about the ottomans and what they built. I felt like we walked away learning a lot about the islamic history of Turkey. We visited the filming set of Ertrugul which was another great experience. Kawser and his family were very helpful and accommodating and took care of everything. Alhamdulillah, we were never stressed during the trip and the people in out group were wonderful company. The communication was excellent and there was always someone to answer questions if you had any.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think it would have been possible to feel as at ease coming to Palestine without the Al-Ansar group. They broke everything down into detail, removing any anxiety that I may have felt before. MashaAllah the tour guides were amazing, especially brother Medhat. Fantastic experience: I travelled with my family to perform Umrah and experience the last days of Ramadan using Al-Ansar Travels & tours. I was quite nervous going with 2 children under 5 knowing it would be one of the busiest times to travel to Madinah and Makkah. However from the beginning of our journey the Al-Ansar team put me at ease and ensured they will help anyway possible, so I can make the most of my time there. I can honestly say they lived up to my expectations and more, they are not just a company taking a group, but a family that you become apart off. The professional and care was seen straight from the start after booking, via the zoom calls to inform of us of our journey and what to expect during our time there. Our flights details and all important information was presented in a beautiful Al-Ansar folder, which kept everything together and easy to access. We were also given an Al- Ansar bags each which contained essential items we will need throughout the trip, such as a water bottle, ID card, umrah guide, wudhu spray (which was so beneficial on road trips or when you are in the mosque for a long time) and so much more. Throughout our time there they made sure we were comfortable, well informed and ways to make the most of our time, such as when to go for Salah so we are guaranteed a space, ziyarah trips, which was so informative and enlightening to hear and see the history of Islam and about our Prophets. Allowing me to experience with them burials in Baqi after fajr for my first time and witness for the first how people honour the deceased, these guys are true Khadims of the Deen and I cannot recommended anyone else to travel with for Umrah/hajj or any trip. Fantastic experience: This is not just 5 star- it’s family. I wanted to do Kausar and his family justice so took some time to write a proper review instead of just leaving 5 stars. I’ll start by saying this was one of the best trips I have ever experienced, and Kausar bhai and his whole family were pivotal in ensuring that. No doubt we’ll stay in touch because this was more than incredible umrah experience- we all became family. TLDR; - Amazing customer service and excellent communication - Incredibly friendly and helpful ground team - Super family centric - Game changing ziyarah trips that were detailed, emotive and deep - Went out of their way to help on numerous occasions - Great hotel choices - Well organised with good itinerary Some thoughts: 1. Right from the get go- the level of service Al-Ansar provided was unparalleled. Kausar bhai was available to answer all niggling questions I had (and I had many) throughout the lead up to the trip- whether it was finances or fiqh related. The seminar they held was very well thought out - sheikh Hafizur went through the rites of umrah as well as the mental preparation and the mindset we should all have before departing. 2. Kausar bhai, his wife and his 3 kids would regularly check up on my family and especially the little one. Sister Imani and Ibrahim were pros with my son and even bought little toys and balls to keep him entertained on desert night. 3. Not only did Al ansar arrange for the coach to Makkah train station and then from medina train station to the hotel, but Kausar bhai took it upon himself to sort out the problem with my train ticket immediately. I called him to get reassurance that I’d be able to get a copy of my ticket at the station, instead he called HHR and got the whole thing sorted with newly issued tickets within minutes. 4. Although id been to umrah before, it was completely different with a baby. Ahmed (ground team) and Ibrahim (Kausar bhais eldest son) made sure to stick with us the entire time through the first umrah as they could see my son being hysterical. 5. Since the first umrah was so chaotic, they organised a second umrah for everyone. After umrah, they paid for everyone’s haircut and for lunch as well. It’s the little things that this company does that makes you truly appreciate them. 6. Al ansar gave some amazing recommendations including the best place to buy thobes (quba front), food and most importantly times to book rawdah so we can pray magrib there. It worked alhamdulillah. 7. There’s so many other moments that I’m sure I could include but instead I want to give a special shout-out to Ibrahim and Ahmed for staying with us during the first hectic umrah, to Ismail and Isa for playing with Ilyas and constantly looking out for him, to sister Imani for ensuring everything went smooth on the sisters side, to sheikh Hafizur for the deep conversations about tower hamlets and last but not least Kauser bhai for sharing your story and for creating such an incredible experience. Fantastic experience: Honestly Al Ansar Team (your family, Ahmed bhai, Sheikh Hazifur Rahman, Masum bhai, etc) have been supportive from day 1 from organising the activities, to organising the hotel accommodations which wasn’t easy to deal with. My first Umrah journey was very intense because how busy it was(literally like being stuck in central london) luckily we had Masum bhai and he helped me and my wife from start to end explaining things and guiding us through it and taking me to a good reliable barber shop, jazakallah khair. I enjoyed listening to the prophets stories given by Sheikh Hafizur Rahman as he narrated them well, very clear and made it fun for us. For me especially, the stories were moving and made me realise the importance of Islam and my own reflection. Ustaadh made the journeys fun by reciting quran during the coach rides, loved every single second and will forever cherish those moments close to my heart, jazakallah khair for everything. I hope I get to attend ustaadsqutbahs/seminars back home. The Arabian Desert night was one of the best highlights during this trip, it was the first group to take part and I enjoyed the story telling, the camel riding(LOL), quad bike riding and the food prepped by ahmed bhai(this guy is a legend) and the quiz in the end. Not forgetting the small details and strong communication throughout the trip. Your sons: Ibrahim, Esa and Ismail have been on job with their consistent communication and helpfulness towards me, my wife and others (58 people to be precise). After being recommended from family members, honestly you have exceeded my expectations considering it’s my first trip to Umrah. May Allah keep your family happy and provide lots of success. Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect from my 1st Umrah but I didn’t think it would be this good. From how organised Al-Ansar was to the activities planned to the time we had to use for Ibaadah, I can’t complain. Medinah and Makkah are both beautiful and holy places and I am so happy I went and experienced it with Al-Ansar. We were able to visit the resting place of the Prophet, Jebal Al Nour (where the first Surah was revealed), prayed at Masjid Quba, Masjid Aisha too. Went out to the desert for quad biking, rode horses and camels. I was able to do 2 Umrahs and 1 farewell Tawaf Alhamdulillah. Let’s not forget the beautiful nasheeds on the coach journeys. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: From the start of the trip I could tell that this would be a good group I could just tell from the energy and vibe from everyone and as the time went by it was just getting more fun and exciting nearly every day as a group we would go and have fun tours that told us more about the life of the prophets and how they spread the word of Islam throughout the world to make us Muslims today honestly the group was so fun and we had a great time and I am really upset that we have to leave.

I recently travelled to Saudi with my parents, I was nervous to travel alone as a female with my parents but honestly I am so glad I went with Al Ansar. The team went above and beyond. From the start to end, there was always someone there to support us/check in on us. There is a lot I want to say but the review will be very long so just a few points: 1) Before travelling: Kauser had helpfully printed all necessary documentation, a checklist in case we needed it and provided us with ID cards (which was especially useful for my mum). He is well organised and that in itself made me comfortable before travelling. 2) Al Ansar had arranged all the transportation we’d need whilst over there prior to us flying, for example, from Jeddah to Makkah, from Makkah to train station etc. they had people on the ground to support us, to take us into taxis, to check us into hotel. It was such a smooth experience Alhamdulillah. The ground team were amazing in both Makkah and Medina (shoutout to Masum and Ahmed). The cars were comfortable, and having people out there made it much easier for me, knowing if there was a problem I could reach out to the ground team and also Kauser in London who was always available to help. 3) Al Ansar also arranged for someone to perform Umrah with us, this was really useful and much appreciated. 4) It goes without saying that hotels were amazing in both Makkah and Medina, very close to the Haram, it was great. All in all it was yet another great experience. I had everything I needed for someone travelling alone with parents. Al Ansar are reliable and trustworthy, I would definitely travel with Al Ansar again in future iA.

Encountering a stressful situation when we missed a connecting flight from Amman to Jeddah, Brother Kawsar and his team remained supportive, managing our emotional distress across different time zones. Despite being a young woman unsure about handling a missed flight, their guidance was invaluable. Alhamdulillah, we successfully completed the Umrah, with the only regret being not heeding Brother Kawsar's advice to extend our stay in Makkah over Medinah. Brothers Hassan and Ahmed, well-versed in pilgrimage procedures, and Brother Ahmed in Medinah, who guided us to the Quba mosque, contributed significantly to our experience. Fantastic experience: I would like to say a massive massive thank you to team al ansar. My package was tailor made by brother kawsar himself. I had a few requests as i was taking my elderly parents for the first time and allhamdulillah he met them all. I feel like i underpaid for the service that i recieved. Once in saudi i was greeted by ahmed who is a man of many talent. Who my parents were very fond of for all his help. He also helped us perform our umrah shielding and protecting my parents whilst doing tawaf which can get hectic. Brother kawsar was in communication with me atleast twice a day asking if we needed anything. Hotels in makkah and madina was in perfect location. The transportation was of luxury status from makkah to madina. Fantastic experience: A massive thanks to the team at Al-Ansar Travel & Tours, with whom I booked a family trip to Istanbul, Turkey. Absolutely amazing customer service from when I booked my holiday until I was back in the UK. Positive experience: A wonderful trip to Bosnia which was well arranged and organised. The entire group had an enjoyable and very memorable trip. There was much humour with the Ustadh and while experiencing Allah's creation in its majestic beauty, we also had some Islamic tuition. This was made possible by the entire Al Ansar team who worked tirelessly to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. The only suggestion I would make for the next and subsequent trips you arrange to Bosnia is that they should include a visit to the Srebrenica Memorial Centre to remind young and old of the terrible massacre of Muslim on mainland Europe.

Fantastic experience: We used Al Ansar for our Umrah and Madinah trip and overall; amazing team who created an easy and unforgettable experience for my family (husband and grandmother). From just our consultation, Brother Kauser and his partner explained everything very clearly and broke down our package for us and provided us with a bag with all the essentials we needed, including a very simple Umrah guide. During our journey, our grandmother suffered an injury and was wheelchair bound. Also, Our flight was delayed; however in this time Brother Kauser was able to reorganise our transfer as well as provide an extra tour guide to assist our grandma in order for her to complete her Umrah in the wheelchair section, this was a huge help for us and eased the whole process. Fantastic experience: I recently used Al-Ansar to book an umrah package for my family. I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience with Kauser and Alhamdulliah due to him had the most amazing Umrah. Kauser has sorted out Hajj for my aunt as well as Umrah packages for my little brother and more members of my family. We did shop around initially and got a few quotes. However none of them put us more at ease than him. Some of the other agents we spoke to offered cheaper packages and made promises that wasn’t feasible. (He told us he couldn’t promise us a baby cot would be available at our hotel in mecca and he was actually right and other agents said we will 100% get one) Kauser is a very honest guy. He doesn’t make fake promises and he lets you know what he can provide and what he can’t. This was so important for us as we was travelling with a toddler. His customer service is also out of this world. At every step of our trip, he checked up on us. Made sure his team was in position and once out there everything moved seamlessly. He’s very well organised and genuinely takes all the stress out of umrah which allows you to fulfil your trip to the fullest. His knowledge around mecca and medina is unmatched. He can literally guide you anywhere around both cities. The transfers between airports and cities were great too. He’s always readily available and answered any questions or queries I had even though some were at crazy times! This was my first umrah trip so he booked our hotels flight visa and transfers. He gave me great tips and guide on umrah too. Also, he’s a very kind individual. Thank you for my gift bag prior to leaving and also my ikhram clothing which I was able to use out there. This was our first such group tour and let me assure you, Alhumdulilah it was brilliant. I speak from the heart with no coercion and my own free will. I was anxious taking a family with three young children but we all enjoyed it immensely. The tour was well planned with promises fulfilled. Sheikh and his family were excellent hosts. All within the group were attended to at an individual level as far as I could see. Hotels were in an ideal location and clean. Transport and guided tours luxurious. Guides were knowledgeable and fun. From my perspective, peace of mind all the way. Wonderful islamic entertainment and knowledgeable bayans from the Maulana Ustad who was with the group. All major attractions were visited with minimal stress. Fantastic experience: Just came back from “Ottoman Tour” in Turkey. It was an amazing experience. You will never know the history of the Ottoman Empire and how it paved their way for us to be Muslims. Not only do you get to visit Istanbul, we got to visit Bursa and Turza. There’s a lot more history that we never knew about. It has been surreal. I been with Al-Ansar 3 times now. I could not fault anything about them. Highly recommended to go with them, because not only do you get to travel, they are very organised and are on point with the itinerary.
