Fantastic experience: Thank you Angela for organising such an amazing holiday for us, we’ve literally just arrived home from 3 fantastic days in Dubai followed by 6 nights in the stunning, beautiful island of Mauritius. Not only did Angela organise all our flights, hotels, online bookings for every flight & arranged chocolates & a Birthday cake with the hotel for my husband’s Birthday but when we noticed a typo on a form we needed to arrive in Mauritius she was online at 5.30am & sorted it all in 10 mins!!! Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon to Costa Rica through Angela on recommendation from a friend. We were slightly nervous booking outside of the usual high street agents, particularly for our honeymoon, but Angela was so professional and responsive during the booking process, with nothing being too much trouble for her Whilst we were away we had some issues with confusion over our return flight and Angela was on hand to resolve these and provide us with reassurance. She took the stress out of what would have been a very stressful situation, for which we are incredibly grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela and Designer Travel for your travel plans. Fantastic experience: Once again we have had an amazing holiday organised by Angela. The hotel ‘Le Reve’ in Hurghada in Egypt was top quality. The room was large and immaculately kept by the cleaning staff. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice including a range of restaurants to choose from. The pools were spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds available at all times of the day. The beach was just a few metres away, a great place to snorkel. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. We never return to a hotel twice, but are already planning to return. Thanks Angela, another excellent holiday choice.

I’ve never booked a holiday with an independent travel agent before, I’ve either done it myself or gone through a travel agency, I can tell you I will never book another holiday like that again!!! I knew Angela was going to be good as a client highly recommended her to me & had told me how brilliant she was but I never expected it to be like what it was. From beginning to end everything was just perfection, everything ran so smoothly, so organised and easy. It took any stress away that normally a holiday can cause (waiting in the heat, trying to find out which way to go, getting lost, language barriers etc) we got met at every single airport, hotel, marina and brought to exactly where we needed to be. Every hotel knew exactly where we were and where we were going next I didn’t have to ask one question, letters were sent to me to the hotel from the next hotel it was just amazing. The transport, and transfers were so easy, the people on the other side that Angela had organised parts of my holiday with were so nice and helpful, the hotels were unreal, they kept getting better every place we went And then little touches in my room that Angela organised for my birthday was the cherry on top and made it so special for me. Everything was just perfect, I can’t thank her enough. I am so happy & I want to book every holiday with her from now on I was already talking to people about Angela and how easy everything was when booking, I literally didn’t have to do anything apart from tell Angela where I wanted to go and she did everything else but I’m going to be talking about it even more now after experiencing it all and having the best time!! Fantastic experience: The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The drinks were out of this world and the rooms were spacious and the pools were lovely (if somewhat cold )!!! The only downside for us was the food, breakfast and lunch was very good but dinner was slightly lacking. All in all an excellent holiday well worth the money!

Fantastic experience: Angela recommended The Alua Suites Fuerteventura to us for our family holiday August 2023. I was completely overwhelmed with the choices and booking a holiday, so a friend recommended Angela to me. Angela took all the stress and strain away by presenting me with 6 options based on our budget, duration and the geography. She presented me with theses choices within 24 hrs. Once we had decided which one we preferred she booked our holiday- check-in and luggage. I was so relieved! Angela is professional, kind and very knowledgeable in her position. I trust her and can't recommend her highly enough. The location was perfect. A beautiful, friendly and extremely clean and tidy hotel. All staff take the time to wish you a good day and they pay attention to the children as well. Evening entertainment was on alternate nights and was fantastic- very talented singers and dancers. Ideal for all age groups. The Bar staff were friendly and very funny! A good selection/choice of food available. plenty of pools to choose from of varying sizes and plenty of sunbeds too. The beach is literally across the road which can be accessed via the sunset lounge- a lively beach bar, again with top rated entertainment. The beach is beautiful- popcorn sand- we had not come across before. The main strip or town is about 20 minute walk or hop on an electric scooter and you'll be there in 5 minutes. All you need to do is download an app to use the scooters and you have your own transport! We can recommend doing the jet ski tour- hold on tight!! Feurteventura is a small friendly exceptionally clean island that welcomes tourism with open arms. There are no 'lucky lucky men', but you may haggle in the small shops. We did not see any homeless people around the town, which was so unusual. We would definitely return to The ALUA Suites. Thank you Angela for making our 2023 summer holiday one to remember.

Fantastic experience: Angela made booking/paying for our holiday so much easier. She listened to our requirements, emailed us some suggestions, then let us decide where & when. She made all the bookings/flights/transfers, checked us in for our flights and let us select our seats, luggage etc. All we did is pack, print, pay & go! Followed up with curtesy messages and emails to check that all was to our liking. What a great service. We chose the fabulous Artiem Audax in Cala Galdana, Menorca & had a great time. Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to Angela for helping us to find and book our best holiday we’ve ever had. We didn’t really know exactly where we wanted to go, and Angela listened with great patience to our wish list and provided us with various options and locations. Once we were decided on Skiathos (which would never have occurred to us before), Angela arranged everything for us from the booking, check-in, documentation, etc. Angela sent us helpful messages and checked-in on us during our stay. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an amazing holiday to Lanzarote. We would never have picked that destination for ourselves, but Angela spoke to us at length prior to the booking to find out all about us, what we like, what we enjoy and how we like to relax. Once we decided on the hotel Angela did everything else! All we had to do was pack and get to and from the airport. Every part of our holiday ran really smoothly. Angela even made contact half way through to make sure we were ok. I can honestly say that this was easily one of the most relaxing, and therefore enjoyable, holidays we have ever had, and that was down to Angela's enthusiasm, attention to detail, knowledge and connections. We knew we were able to contact night or day if we had any issues...which of course we didn't! We were that charmed by Lanzarote, and in particular, Playa Blanca, that we booked with Angela whilst out there. Again, she sorted EVERYTHING within hours! We can't recommend her highly enough. I wouldn't be surprised if she even volunteered to do our post holiday laundry!! ....mmmm I might ask her the next time I talk to her. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to Thailand which was arranged by Angela. We would highly recommend her services. From my first contact with Angela I was very impressed by her knowledge, advice and her willingness to understand our wishes for the trip. I also very much appreciated Angela's support when the airline we had booked changed their flight schedule from direct to indirect and initially offered less favourable flight times, as she helped sort this out for us by renegotiating the flights with them. I went to Angela planning a suprise trip for my mum as she’s always wanted to see the northern lights, I gave some dates & I did NOTHING else other than turn up at the airport! Angela arranged transfers, excursions and even sent us some treats to the hotel room as a thank you for using her!! The hotel Angela chose was perfect! Lovely food, central so that we could walk around in the day and even kept in touch while we were away asking if we needed anything! She even arranged for the Northern Lights to come out 2 nights running, it made my mums trip!! :) You often hear of ‘seamless’ deals or transactions but truly, this one was and Angela will be booking all of my holidays from here forward!! Angela has helped me with a couple of holidays and I am in the process of booking a 3rd one with her, and I have to say that I have not yet come across a travel broker (or agent) that has supported me like she does. Her service is AMAZING and she goes above and beyond anything I would expect from this service. She is always available to speak with me (even when I call her outside of working hours), she gives me honest advice and is not just in it for her benefit and I feel completely relaxed knowing my holiday is in her hands. Even small things are not too much trouble for her as she even checked me in for my flights including the return, so I didn’t have to lift a finger!! She took the worry out of holiday arrangements for us, the hotel she recommended was perfect was for our family’s needs, and she coordinated it so that several other families who had also booked through her were sat near us on the plane and located near us in the resort. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime to Mauritius. Angela has been simply incredible from the start, to sorting all the details, getting us an amazing deal to even finding us a suitable insurance provider after a last minute panic. When you're travelling so far away, during these still, uncertain times, knowing that Angela was on the end of a phone any time we needed her, was such a comfort. In fact I totally forgot about the time difference and messaged her a question about online check-in at was 5am UK time and she replied almost immediately! Fantastic experience: Having just returned from a fabulous trip to Jamaica I wanted to leave Angela a review. From start to finish the booking process was so easy and nothing was too much trouble for Angela. As the holiday approached, Angela was in touch to ensure we had all we needed even going as far as checking us in remotely. Upon arrival, sadly one of our rooms was not suitable to stay in. Angela immediately made contact with the hotel (even though this was outside of working hours) and the room was changed and upgraded the next day. These things happen but Angela's response and swift action was fantastic. Another trip was actually booked via Angela whilst we were still out in Jamaica as we were so impressed. Fantastic experience: We were incredibly nervous about booking a holiday - Covid, cancellations, re-booking, losing money etc etc etc, but we used Designer Travel and Angela for the first time this month - and we received EXCELLENT customer service from her. What stands out the most is Angela's desire to help you the whole journey - and the response time was excellent - the rules changed whilst we were away and she was on it - sending us quick communications just to ensure we were aware and not on radio silence! We used the PCR test company recommended and received a discount code.
