He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, really listening to our concerns and making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our visa came the very next day, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed that I recommended him to my mum, and he arranged her an Umrah package too. In’sha’Allah, we are both going because of Rizwan’s support. The visas for both my family and my mum came through so quickly as well as the organisation of the Umrah packages. Fantastic experience: I was able to perform my Hajj with Al-Amanah. Everything went as expected we were updated throughout the journey and given enough time to prepare for each stage of the journey. The Al-Amanah team were great and was always available if needed. I went on the 18-day package and even though it seemed a lot of days it was still quite intense I would suggest people are prepared for that as this is how it is especially for the elderly as you may not get the recovery time you desire if you were on a 4-week package so consider that. Al-Amanah did their best to help us recover as much as we could in the time we had but you have to remember that Hajj is done on specific days and times so have to be prepared. Al-Amanah respects all sects and allows people to carry out their Hajj as desired according to their understanding and belief. Overall nice people and to begin with we were strangers and we came back as a family so all good memories.

Fantastic experience: I first came across Al Amanah on Instagram — their page looked really professional and well maintained, and their YouTube videos from previous years gave us a clear picture of what the Hajj experience would look like with them. That transparency really helped us feel confident when making our decision. From the beginning, the team was supportive with everything — from helping us sort passports to guiding us through the booking process. Everything was handled in such an organised and professional way. During the trip, the Hajj itself was managed really well. The private buses were always on time and comfortable. The team was always available to assist with anything we needed, which meant we could focus fully on the spiritual side of the journey without getting caught up in logistics. We did have a hiccup when our outbound flight got cancelled by the airline, but Al Amanah quickly arranged a new one with minimal disruption — that kind of quick action made a big difference and kept things stress-free. Now as we head home, I can honestly say I’d recommend Al Amanah to anyone looking to go for Hajj. The experience was smooth, supportive, and truly memorable. Fantastic experience: Went on hajj 2023 with Al-Amanah Hajj & Umrah alhumdulilah. Highly recommend this team for a seamless and enjoyable hajj experience. The leader Qari Makki ensured that everything went smoothly and always prioritised that the hujjaj were comfortable and always went the extra mile. The main thing which sets this hajj company lengths ahead of other hajj companies is Sister Sobia, who followed the hajj journey with pilgrims throughout, ensuring that the ladies side was always included, be this through ensuring a mic was in place for the lectures to be heard, prior to and during the days of hajj, and ensuring that ladies were able to be included in praying in jamat. The experience which Qari Makki has in hajj logistics is great, knowing the Arabic language he is able to negotiate with the Arabic people (such as bus drivers etc) in ways other Hajj leaders would struggle. The communication through WhatsApp groups both for ladies and men ensured that pilgrims always knew what was coming and what to expect from the hajj experience. A hajj experience you will most definitely enjoy and learn many things from insha'Allah.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all the way I was nervous when booking, but Al Amanah truly lived up to their name. Everything was well organised, and they made our Ramadan and umrah trip memorable. Negative experience: I recently had a terrible experience with Al-Amanah, which is ironic given that their name means "responsibility" and "trust." As a young man traveling alone for my first-ever Umrah, I was hoping for a smooth, supportive, and well-organised journey. Instead, I was met with poor customer service that made the entire experience incredibly frustrating and stressful. When I first contacted them, I was assured by one of their representatives that I would be able to purchase their package and join their group for Umrah. I was excited and relieved, as this was my first time and I was traveling alone. However, once I tried to follow up and get more details, the customer service took a sharp turn for the worse. I sent multiple messages to ask for clarification on my booking and for information on the next steps. Each time, my messages were viewed but ignored. This happened repeatedly on several occasions, which was not only frustrating but also incredibly inconvenient for someone in my position. As a first-time traveler for Umrah, I needed clear guidance and reassurance. Instead, I was left in limbo, unsure of whether I was even going to be able to complete my Umrah with them. It’s already stressful enough traveling alone for something as significant as Umrah, but the complete lack of response from the team at Al-Amanah only added to my anxiety and uncertainty. It is deeply disappointing that a company named "Al-Amanah" would demonstrate such a lack of responsibility and trust. I cannot recommend them to anyone, especially if you are a first-time traveler or in need of guidance. For a journey as important as Umrah, you need reliable and responsive service, neither of which I received from Al-Amanah. I regret trusting them for such an important experience and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Hajj seemed impossible due to covid-19 as we tried and failed since 2020. Alamanah hajj & umrah made our dreams come true and in a very special way too alhumdulillah. They had spectacular team, working day and night so that we could perform our hajj as smoothly as possible. Qari Makki , molna Qazi , brother Altaf and all helpers including drivers they all looked after as their own families Never once we were left stranded or unattended. The transport was always available to make our journey easy given the fact that the weather was extremely hot. Everything was taken care of, such as checking in and out of hotels, phone sims, transport, lectures, guidance, caterings, groups, ziyarah and all the rituals of Hajj and much more from Heathrow till we landed back to Heathrow. We had pre hajj seminar which helped as out with all the information we needed for Hajj and we met our lovely group of people. We had the best experience with Alamanah hajj & umrah. There team was also great in Saudi. Alhamdulilha I got this package from brother Bilal I was very pleased with his service. He made sure everything went smoothly being a very busy season thank you so much to brother Bilal and his team. Inshallah I will be using your service again when Allah calls us . Sorry for the late feedback.

Negative experience: Will not be using again. Very unprofessional service, when arriving in Saudi, hotels were checked into by other people so additional names were added to the rooms. Pointless and unprofessional. They will tell you it’s part of their service however the hotels themselves are confused by it, and it becomes very awkward knowing that someone else has been in the room/has access to your room. After complaining to Al Amanah we also received a call from a very rude woman who rather than apologising, felt the need to argue with me on our day of Umrah. A complete lack of understanding and care from their side. The recommended hotel for Medina was disgusting, dirty, unhygienic and we couldn’t believe it was a recommendation, so we had to check out and went to purchase a new hotel out of pocket.

They delivered what was promised, and we, Alhamdu Lillah, didn't face any difficulty that some other people unfortunately experienced. Fantastic experience: We travelled with Al Amanah in 2024 and from the get go everything was very well organised and dealt with in a timely manner. The pre-travel process was clearly explained and all documents were easily obtained and forwarded without any issue. The seminar before leaving helped everyone understand what to expect and gave them the opportunity to meet others in the group. Throughout the trip, we had access to team leaders whether it was to ask about logistics or religious matters. This was very useful and provided a sense of unity amongst the group. All facilities were provided as promised with additional gifts given as kind gestures from the team. The residence and food in Aziziyah was good quality and were key in ensuring we were well rested for the Hajj days. We are very grateful to have had a smooth experience allowing us to focus on the spiritual aspect of Hajj without any worries. Fantastic experience: Hajj is a once in a lifetime experience so your organisers can can have a profound impact on your experience. We were blessed to be part of an organization that took care of us throughout our beautiful journey. We had two excellent leaders who stayed with us on the entire trip and guided us from the start to finish with the essential knowledge for Hajj and logistics. Imam Makki and Imam Qari were excellent. The rest of the team were also on hand and supported us on the entire journey. Our stays in Azizyah and Madina were excellent. The transportation was first class. The food was amazing and we were fed and taken care of much more than I expected. We were given everything we needed by the organisation such as umbrellas, bags and lots of goodies which all came in extremely handy. I spoke to many people who weren’t given support so I think we were the only group that I know of that had 24/7 guidance and even after the trip the support hasn’t finished. Going with a Pakistani package far exceeded my expectations and I would 100% be recommending all my family and friends to go with Al Amanah. Hajj has to be the best thing you ever do and so having only the best organization to take you is also just as important. They even arranged for all of us to visit the Rawda together as some got bookings and others didn’t. Sobia looked after all us women and the men had a whole team of really friendly staff that took care of everything too. I will travel with them on their other tours too Insha Allah

From day one, Al-Amanah Hajj and Umrah helped us prepare for this life-changing journey, providing us with lists of what to take and why. As a family-run business, Al-Amanah clearly takes pride in their work. Their staff speak English, Urdu, and Arabic, which helped them deal with local authorities quickly when needed. They also have in-depth knowledge of the facilities available for Hujjaj in Saudi Arabia and how to utilise them (for example, where to get the shuttle service, what time the group should move, etc.). Most of the time, we travelled via buses and shuttle service and only walked when necessary. Al-Amanah management was with us every step of this journey with big smiles. We seriously felt that Al-Amanah is a well-organised and very resourceful organisation, and Qari Maki’s whole team’s main focus was only looking after us. Their priority was our well-being and safety, ensuring we performed our Hajj as comfortably as possible. All logistics, food, local transport, and accommodation were arranged and managed by Al-Amanah, allowing us to focus solely on our Hajj as per Sunnah (Alhamdulillah). Fantastic experience: Many issues during hajj from initial booking and documentation process to the actual journey that are external and Al amanah company have been nothing but exceptional in handling all affairs and making sure the whole journey went well. I cannot thank Sobia enough for all the help (as well as Qari Makki Qari Qazi Hafiz Aftab and the full staff team) and highly recommend this company to my friends, family and everyone else. It was my first experience for going Saudi and also our first hajj for me, my parent and siblings and hopefully not the last as we wish to go again.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I were blessed with going to Hajj this year 1444H, 2023. Alhamdulillah. Re booking a package I was concerned for my mum as she is 60+ so I wanted a group which would put her needs first. Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah I cannot praise Al-Amanah enough they are the best group by far in my opinion (based on research of other groups and real life feedback from friends and family) the whole team is on hand from start to finish to look after and also honour the hujjaaj at every stage of the blessed journey. From a personalised phone call from the group director during the booking process to bespoke gifts at the end of this once in a lifetime journey, they could not work any harder to make things easy and also special for us, I witnessed them sacrificing their own sleep and food to ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Allaah ta’aala accept from them all including group leader Qari Makki Saab (his energy and passion is unparalleled and you’ll never catch him in the same place twice as he is always running around for the hujjaaj and constantly two steps ahead in his planning and concern mA) his esteemed father who joined us to deliver a spiritual heart rendering Islamic reminder, Moulana Qazi who was a fantastic spiritual guide throughout both proactively at every step and also reactively on hand to answer our questions and put us at ease throughout. Fantastic experience: I and my wife when to Hajj with Al Amanah June/July 2023, from the first phone conversation with sister sobia to actually meeting the whole group at Heathrow Airport the communication was excellent. Our every question was answered promptly and professionally. Travelling from Heathrow with all the group we had all met each other for the first time was very pleasant and it was just like traveling with extended family. Through out our Hajj we were guided by Qari Makki and Qari Qazi both with vast knowledge to help us understand everything we needed to know. Fantastic experience: We were blessed to travel for Hajj this year , and all our travel arrangements were made by Alamanah Hajj and Umrah limited.. Before travel we were invited for a detailed seminar which was very informative about the whole process. We were kept upto date with what was happening with our package with frequent whatsapp messaging. When we arrived in Saudi Arabia our immigration , hotel transport and accommodation were streamlined and the whole process was smooth, we didn’t even had to wait to check in hotels as they were done for us. This was only made possible due to dedication and hard work of Qari Makki sahib and his team. Alhamdolillah with the grace of Allah we performed all our Urkans of Umrah and hajj with ease, The group leaders ensured we got to Mina, Arafat ,Muzadilifah and Jamrat at times when it was most appropriate for the whole group. This ensured that elderly and members with special needs were cared for and we were all able to perform the Urkans in best possible way. Fantastic experience: I had two interactions with Al Amanah one was for my umrah on december 2019 and second was for saudia arab visit visa in december 2021. They are professional and straightforward their service is very fast. Sobia kept me updated with the status of my visa. They have a clear and updated knowledge of the policies of kingdom of saudia arabia and know clearly that what documents you will need to provide precisely. Fantastic experience: I have been fortunate enough to have used the services of Al Amanah Hajj & Umrah in 2015 where I received an exceptional service. The team are extremely friendly and professional. I then booked for Hajj 2020 but this was not to be realised for many Muslims around the world. I have reluctantly accepted a full refund. I have now made intention of travelling for Hajj next year with Al Amanah Hajj & Umrah In sha Allah.

Fantastic experience: I booked tickets on PIA in July 20 before the airline was banned from flying into EU countries and Imran worked tirelessly over a nine month period to obtain a full refund. A really professional service, I was kept updated all the way through the lengthy refund process by Imran. Given the experiences of friends, I know how difficult it is to get a full refund from any airline. Throughout this 9 month period, Imran was highly respectful, courteous and helpful despite my occasional prompts. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year my family decided to go to hajj. After speaking to various companies, we were recommended Al Amanah Hajj and Umrah. From the very first message I sent to them regarding the enquiry they have been wonderful mashaAllah. Qaari saab took time out on the very first call and went through our (extensive) set of questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and brotherly alhamdulillah. We made a decision to go with them and paid our deposit. The following month after the deposit we made an additional down payment towards the package. Qaari saab and I am assuming his wife (although I may be wrong) were always there at the end of the phone. Then covid19 happened. Every step of the way, the team kept us updated and motivated alhamdulillah. It was Allahs swt decree that we were not going to go this year. Amanah were superb. As soon as the announcement became official Amanah transferred our additonal down payment back. And then a few days later returned all the deposit as well alhamdulillah. They were brilliant and Allah swt willing next year we hope to be able to make Hajj and if Amanah are still around and we are able they will be at the top of my wish list. Fantastic experience: I booked with my brother to go to Hajj in 2020. Sadly we were unable to go due to Covid 19. I cannot fault Al Amanah in any way at all. The communication we received was excellent throughout and the professionalism of everyone we dealt with was amazing. We valued the friendly way in which we were treated, we never felt like we were 'just a customer'. They always had our interests at heart. We requested a refund as we could not commit to Hajj 2021. We knew this must be a difficult time for all UK agents with no effectively no Hajj taking place so we were happy to wait. We had full trust in Al Amanah. The refund was received the very next day after we requested it! I never expected this and can't thank them enough. When Allah wills and we get a chance to book again, we will always come back to Al Amanah. I pray that they get reward from the Almighty for their good work in helping UK people to go to Hajj/Umrah.

I called Imran who was brilliant and really informative, he also kept me in the loop via email. We were happy with the package we picked and paid deposit. Makkah hotel, Wisam AT, was basic standard but service and food was 5 star. Hotel is also short walk to harram boundary. Fantastic experience: As Salaam U Alaikum, I Performed Hajj with the Al-Amanah team this year Alhamdulillah! From the minute I spoke to Qari Makki’s wife, I felt so satisfied about choosing them for my blessed journey, it was a feeling from Allah, they couldn’t do enough to make me as ease, even when I was asking so many questions in excitement. We were always well informed of what the visa procedure were, changed to itinerary...etc We were invited to attend a pre-Hajj seminar which was so very informative of what to expect, the spiritual journey of Hajj, ending with a lovely buffet. We were well looked after throughout our trip, lovely punctual transport service, clean hotels, nice food in Aziziya, we had almost daily Hajj seminars of what to expect in Mina and throughout the Hajj days. Qari Saab, his wife and his team were there every step of the way, making sure each person got their individual attention as and when needed, they addressed us personally, and asked questions that were person to us (it’s the little things like that which are remembered) we felt like an extended family. The 5 star hotels were amazing too, beautifully clean and delicious breakfast! (Wouldn’t loved a Haram view, but it wasn’t possible for everyone!) Fantastic experience: Jazakumullah Khair Al-Amanah for making our Hajj journey so memorable and faultless. Brother Makki and his wife always always helped us. I was worried for my sick sister, but they provided every single thing; and they, or one of their staff members, were available 24/7. Before our journey we were very worried about how my sister would be able to complete Hajj, but of course Allah provided us with the gem that is Al-Amanah, and Qari Makki and his wife made sure every ritual and every step went smoothly, providing my sister with everything to meet her special requirements. We were especially worried about Minah & Arafat, but they provided us with a special service; making it so simple, easy and comfortable for my sister. They guided us step by step so we could enjoy and reap the full benefits of Hajj; even providing us with frequent Islamic talks to help us learn about the history and meaning of Makkah, Madinah and Hajj itself. Just to say we were able to find this amazing Tour group through Shah International travel agent on Seven Kings High Road. Imam Shah Mizan-ul Haq from this travel agent was in charge of looking after our group and was very helpful. From beginning until end, he guided and helped us. Positive experience: Travelled with Al Amanah for Hajj 2019/1440. Best hotels, food, staff, spiritual talks, guided Ziyarahs. From Qari Makki, to his wife Baji Sobia, to Group Leader brother Sajjad, to Group Leader brother Irfan, everyone was MashaaAllaah very knowledgeable and our Hajj was a very smooth process because of them. The reason I gave 4 stars, is because 1 time I was making tawaf and I had an Asthma attack. My oxygen level went to 72% and I needed oxygen immediately. Now Al Amanah group leaders were helpful and allocated a Makkah staff member to take me to hospital. Problem is the Makkah staff member made me walk for another 15/20 mins as they themselves did not know where the nearest hospital was! Thank God it wasn't a heart attack otherwise I would have been finished by the time I reached the hospital! Please double check the hospitals in both cities before you go. Aside from that little fiasco, Al Amanah team was very supportive and very knowledgeable, Qari Makki interacted with every member of the group and MashaaAllaah Hajj with Al Amanah was an amazing and exhilarating experience overall. Fantastic experience: Alhumdolilah, my father and I went on hajj with Al-Amanah in 2019 as part of the bronze package. The experience was absolutely excellent, and I thoroughly recommend this group to anyone considering Umrah/ Hajj. I have a lot of family and friends who also went on Hajj this year and can say it is very apparent to me that we were fortunate to be with Al-Amanah, they provided something that in today’s busy world other groups do not: a personalised experience. Al-Amanah had 100’s of Hajuj, but it felt as though they individually cared for my father and I. They knew our names, engaged with us in discussion and regularly checked in on us. We learnt so much and feel much closer to Allah as a result, this team genuinely have my duas for success. If you are considering booking hajj, talking to Quari Makki or his wife Sobia Makki is the best place to start. They had all the bases covered; even in the early booking process they proved themselves to be highly experienced and gave honest and detailed descriptions of the process, answered all of our questions and provided preparation guidance. The ticket prices were reasonable and based on what was included, I consider them to be the best value for money option out there. The aspect that surprised me the most was that despite being in charge, Quari Makki and Sobia were on the ground during the actual hajj experience; they were checking to ensure all the hajuj were cared for, the food was good quality, coaches were appropriately boarded and ensured that talks were available in various languages (English, Arabic, Urdu and Bengali) and the services were as they needed to be. Dealing with Saudi government and locals is an obvious area of their expertise, particularly as Quari Makki is a local himself. The group organised the whole experience from the pre-hajj seminar and advice on what to pack, meeting at London Heathrow and checking-in, getting to each hotel, sightseeing, hajj activities, visit to Medina and even getting back home. The pre-hajj seminar was well organised and set the basis for who the team leaders were and provided contact details for qualified experts and laid out how we would go through this experience together. Quari Makki gave a great speech which I am grateful to say he honestly stood by. They provided health and safety guidance, all the meals and regular Islamic talks/discussions in the evening. Both in Mecca and Medina our hotels were close to the holy sites. I am very grateful to the team and particularly to Sobia, Quari Makki, brother Irfan who answered any questions my father and I or the other brothers and sisters had. Hajj is one of the most important activities a Muslim undertakes and having done this with a group that had the right Islamic attitude and put in the effort to ensure we were cared for and were able to complete all of the hajj activities is a great blessing. Returned on Thursday and I cannot stop praising this company for the amazingly personal, attention to detail and highly organised service they provided for each and every Haji. I had special requirements due to my health and Qari Makki and his dedicated wife went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. SubhanAllah I didn’t expect such love, care and meticulous thinking to make every step and every ritual smooth for us all. I felt I went to Hajj with my own brother and his wife who deprived themselves of sleep to avoid any unnecessary hiccups. What I loved most about Al Amanah was that they informed us every step of the way what to expect and what is within their control and what is not. Qari Makki is certainly a man of his words like a true Muslim. The punctuality and organisation of the team is worth shouting about. They had extra support staff circling our group during the busy tawaf to ensure no one got lost on their first tawaf, during Rami the team knew exactly where to take the group so we could go in quickly in the heavy crowd and do our stoning and come out to meet the team again. If it wasn’t for the team we might have also followed others to stone in the corners where it is heavily crowded. The Al Amanah bosses slept where we slept, ate what we ate, they never left us anywhere. The Islamic scholars, Qari Makki and his wife were available 24/7 to answer any queries or provide assistance. Arafat is the main part of Hajj and the wuqoof in Arafat was mind blowing. So many different Mufti’s and Islamic scholars in English, Bengali, Urdu and Other languages. The sincerity, emotional and spiritual feeling they brought during their duas was priceless. I had written a big list of Duas but they covered everything and brought everyone to tears. I was so satisfied and at peace that my Hajj was completed properly. I also enjoyed the Islamic talks they provided every night. Lots of history and informative things to learn about Makka, Medina and the other significant places and symbols visited during the sightseeing tours. I have been making dua for this team from the bottom of my heart. They actually really care about ensuring our Hajj is completed properly. The price paid Is well worth it considering the extra effort and meticulous planning and support they provided every step of the way. It was like someone holding your hand throughout the journey. JazakAllah Al-Amanah. I will never forget your efforts In Sha Allah. The only room for improvement I see is that you could provide less heavy signs for the poor support staff who took the groups out. They held those signs up for hours just so we don’t get lost in the crowd. May Allah reward them with the best of this duniya and akhira. Ameen

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful journey masha'Allah! Just returned from Hajj 2019 with Al-Amanah Hajj and Umrah. Qari Makki and his whole team were absolutely amazing and we feel extremely blessed to have been part of this wonderful group. All our needs were taken care of throughout, and we can honestly not identify a single complaint, alhamdulillah. Islamic scholarship was of the highest standard (Shaykh Dr Haroon Sidat, Maulana Makki, Maulana Ataullah Khan and others). The travelling scholars were extremely approachable and available to us throughout to answer any Islamic queries we had! Living together in Aziziyah was truly being part of an extended family, where everyone took good care of one another. Al Amanah's team were always available providing assistance. Whilst food is not a priority when one goes for Hajj, the food that was served was of the highest quality and always presented on time. Lastly, special praise and thanks to Qari Makki himself, who led from the ground. Qari saab is a true inspiration, and to top things up is absolutely hilarious! We cannot thank the team enough and pray Allah blesses and rewards them all abundantly. An absolutely wonderful journey of a lifetime, made extra special by Al-Amanah. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from Hajj 2019, what an experience it was and it was a pleasure to have gone there with Al- Amanah . We were able to concentrate on the religious side of things and the rest was all down to Al amanah. They looked after every single detail and in the background they did the hard work etc: organising coaches (new coaches), food (made sure we were fed on time), meetings. The speaches and guidance that were given were coming from knowledgeable people. Every single member of the team were polite, respectful and courteous, never at any stage did I come across anyone that was rude.They delivered what they promised and delivered on what they did not promise , you have to understand some things at times were out of there hands and Government control, but Alhamdulillah they never let us down and always stayed in control. They have contacts that a lot of others don't have. There were bonus suprises for us ie: Tours, Ziyarat etc, which were very nice. Package booked was Gold May Allah give them the strength to continue serving the Ummah , Ameen
