Fantastic experience: OneCall put together a package for myself and 15 members of my family for umrah. Many were going for the first time so I wanted to make sure they had the best time possible in shaa Allah. OneCall made it exactly to our requirements, providing us with private coaches that were so good our family in Saudi couldn't believe these coaches were just for us! There were delays with the flights but brother Yassin was on hand to respond and help us overcome. When we met in medina brother Yassin took us around and showed us all the little tips and tricks and helped us get great quality dates. Fantastic experience: We went Umrah with OneCall Travel this October 2024 and we had an amazing experience. It was our first time booking through a group and we didnt know anyone who has booked with a group before in our wider friends and family, but from start to finish, the trip was well organised and very informative. Both Yasin & Tajul uncle provided alot information and support throughout the trip. Our hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were closely located near the Haram which was very convenient and accessible. Also, they were both very knowledgeable and learning and visiting the historical sites were a great addition. It was also nice to be able to have free time to explore the city. Fantastic experience: Excellent tour operator. Brother Yasin is well informed on all of the Umrah rituals which are authentic and can provide sources for all of his information which he provides. There is alot of contradictory information online which can make Umrah confusing so it was very helpful to have someone knowledgeable on the matter and ensure what you are doing is correct. Brother Tajul was also very helpful throughout the trip, taking care of the needs of everyone in the group, especially those who required more support such as those in wheelchairs with limited mobility. Would definitely recommend OneCall, especially if it is your first time and unsure of the correct procedures. Brother Yasin is very knowledgeable on the authentic procedures and will keep you away from recent false innovations.

I would describe the service provided as premium/luxury, from the customer service to the transportation and accommodations. Before the trip: Booking process was really straightforward and brochure with the package price was clear and up front. The Zoom briefing sessions before the trip was helpful and informative and helped me prepare for Umrah, providing practical advice and spiritual benefits of Umrah. We were provided with pdf guidance with breakdown of the trip and all the duas we needed at the various stages, airline tickets, branded string draw bags, lanyards and luggage belts with the company logo ahead of the trip. During the trip: We were greeted at the airport by Yasin/Tajul bhai and from then were taken on the plane to Saudi and then our hotel together as a group with a luxury coach as transport. Yasin & Tajul bhai were on hand the whole trip, available to provide guidance, questions and assistance. We were taken on various guided tours, Ziyara had nightly seminars as a group where we were provided with information on the various stages of Umrah and places of significance. Umrah: We did Umrah as a group and was led by Yasin/Tajul bhai, with continuous updates provided and communications on what to expect and when. We planned to do Umrah as a group and to the best of their abilities, most of the group was able to stick together and be led step by step. They went above and beyond in extenuating circumstances to make sure the group was safe and performed Umrah to the best of our abilities. Bonus: The group leaders were able to negotiate good prices on our behalf for services and good such as laundry service, ZamZam water and Ajwa Ahlia dates. They also provided information on where best to east/shop etc. Provided a positive atmosphere and setting where it was encouraged to speak to others in the group and build a feeling of familiarity. The group felt really supported and cared for/looked after. The group leaders made themselves available throughout the whole trip, interacted and checked in on the individual families in the group constantly throughout. I personal enjoyed all the enrichment activities such as visiting the date farm when the prophet (pbuh) planted date trees (ajwa ahlia), the interactive museum on the foot of Mount Hira with information on the prophet(pbuh) as well as showing us the locations of the various Hajj rituals. Seminars, talks, guidance and information was provided in both English and (shudho/syhleti) Bengali- most of the group I was in were Bengali and majority were English speakers. I would recommend this service which stretches beyond typical airline/hotel bookings and provided an all round support for all aspects of the trip. In this group we had a mixed bag of families with young children, babies, teenagers, elderly in wheelchairs as well as single individuals and couples. I would recommend this service for all age ranges.

Doing umrah with a wheelchair I thought was going to be difficult but alhamdulillah with the support from Tajul we were able to complete our umrah without any issues, he even helped pushing wheelchairs whilst doing tawaf. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah we were called to perform our Umrah in the last ten days of Ramadan. OneCall Travels' Ramadan package looked good on the flyer. We found the WhatsApp broadcast/message as the method of communication with brother Yasin throughout the trip worked fine for us. We appreciated the help and gift for organising our trip to Taif for our second Umrah. We enjoyed the tours also. The Makkah hotel (Voco) was a 20 mins walk away and at times longer with the shuttle. The distance of the hotel, limited shuttles, road closures at peak times meant leaving hours before salah started. This wasn’t always comfortable. We appreciate Ramadan is a very busy time but a closer hotel would’ve been a better option even if that meant the cost of the Ramadan package was more.

Fantastic experience: Assalamu Alaikum, my name is Yahya Islam and I am 14 years old. On 10th February 2024 I went to umrah with my father with a group which was led by uncle Yasin. We performed umrah with the guidance from uncle Yasin. I really enjoyed myself and felt like a memorable part of my life. In Mecca we went to ziyarah where we went to Arafat, Mina, muzdalifah and jabel nur where uncle Yasin took us to a Islamic exhibition which was fascinating as it gave an insight how the revelation came to our prophet through angel jibreel. We also went to Madina and gave salams to our beloved prophet Mohammed (SWT). We walked to masjid Quba 3 times with uncle Yasin where we got rewarded for 3 umrahs. We also went and saw masjid qiblatain, mount uhud and the seven mosques. Uncle Yasin gave the group talks and explained the significance of every sight. I really enjoyed this journey and hope to return to perform umrah and hajj.

Fantastic experience: I booked my umrah with Tarbiya tours and had no problems with any of the services provided. I did not take the site touring which was my mistake and find it difficult to find anyone myself in Mecca and Madina.so I messaged Yasin brother and he send me details of a tour guide straight away and help me through my journey. He also adviced and carried out seminar sessions before my travel explaining the whole process, which was the main part without this I would not be able to carry out my umrah. Fantastic experience: When we decided on going for the umrah trip a friend highly reccomeded. Brother Yasin of one call Travels. I had a range of specific needs as I was planning to travel with my elderly parents as well as my younger children. My initial phone call with brother Yasin filled me with confidence and put me at ease. He was able to answer all my questions and give me upto date information. Prior to the actual trip, I was given useful information on how we could make the trip successful and more importantly how we can preform the umrah, in the way it pleases allah. The zoom. Meeting before travelling was helpful. Again when we got to both Mecca and Madina brother Yasin constantly reminded us of quran and sunnah and how we should preform umrah that was as close as possible to how our beloved prophet completed it. The hotels and locations were as exactly as described, infact the hotel as madina as upgraded to 5 star. During our time at mecca and madina we preformed ziyarah in lovely ac coaches and I personally learned a lot. For those who are thinking that you can book the trip yourself and make a saving. Yes you probably could, but would you rather worry about hotels, travel arrangements etc or fully concentrate on your ibadah. Let brother yasin and tarbiya tours take that burden and just concentrate on achieving closeness of Allah. Having a guide that will take you through all the steps of umrah, ensuring you don't fall into forms of bidah, is something money can not buy. I left the holy city of Mecca with the feeling that I had used my time as best as possible, thanks to brother Yasin. Even after we came back to the uk, brother yasin took the time out to ensure that we put actions into our lives to ensure we spiritually remained close to Allah and his beloved messanger. Fantastic experience: We went for Umrah in October 2023 with Yasin at One Call Travel. It was one of the most amazing experiences. Yasin had taken away all of the anxiety and stress of the journey from arranging all the travel paperwork and running through step by step the itinerary & required rituals through to accompanying us and ensuring successful airport check-in and flight/transit through to ensuring we arrive safely to our destination hotel. Yasin took time to show us the local amenities in both Mecca & Medina and was the perfect guide during Umrah, ensuring the group is always together and no one is left behind. The hotels were excellently located to the Haram making it easy to pray every salat at the respective masajid. We also had the opportunity to go on Ziarah where Yasin ran through the important events that occurred and why it is it relevant for us to experience. This coupled with his evening tutorials, covering the rights & rituals, enabled us to follow the footsteps of the prophet (s.a.w) and the Sahabah, in line with the Sunnah. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Yasin and the Tarbiya Tour team for making things smooth, throughout the trip, beginning, middle and an open end. Although i could not travel i feel this travel agency need more than five star. This is because there is good communication all the times with updates. Alhamdulillah, I am glad that I ended up going ahead with OneCall Travels for my first umrah. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. The group leader, brother Yasin is highly experienced and well organized. He has literally structured everything and kept everyone up-to-date, especially with the new covid protocols. He will go through some reminders which include virtues of umrah, Ibadah, etc, and will also educate you so know why you are doing this and how it relates to the fundamental of the religion. Brother Yasin has also made effort to communicate with everyone, keep the group engaged, and is very approachable. My only recommendation to OneCall Travels is continuous Improvement which is the case for any successful travel agents. I really enjoyed the Ziyarah etc in both, Madinah and Makkah and would suggest including more group-guided exhibitions/museums. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone planning to go umrah to at least experience it with OneCall Travels. You will not only perform umrah but will also have a good experience. Fantastic experience: I booked ummrah in October 2021 for my father in law, we decided to use OneCall Travels as my father in laws English is limited and with the new rules of updating and using the apps would have been difficult alone. The booking was so smooth and lots of information shared on the Whatsapp group chat so everyone was prepared. On the day of travel there was an issue with the flights (not booked via OneCall, we booked separate flights, staff travel), potentially my father in law was going to lose all his travel but Yasin and his team went out of their way to get my father in law the best flights a day later so that he could rejoin the group. I was so worried about my father in law whilst he was away but I didn't need to be, Yasin sent me updates of my father in law, pictures of him happy with the group and made sure he was well looked after. My father in law loved his trip and enjoyed going with the group, this is something as he has been to Ummrah 30 plus times alhumdalillah. Fantastic experience: I had not travelled to Saudia Arabia previously so when I made intention along with my other half to make annual pilgrimage (Hajj), I naturally spent alot of time researching for the best agent. One Call Travels and brother Yasin came highly recommended by friends and family. He offered a comprehensive and convenient package at a great value and with his experience we were looking forward to the trip. However, the covid 19 pandemic had other plans. Due to this global crisis we were unable to travel in 2020. We were reassured by the fact that our money was ATOL protected. Brother Yasin kept us regularly informed about travelling status and we decided to defer our trip to 2021. But again travelling was not permitted. I really appreciate Brother Yasin for his honesty and keeping every word. We now have received a full refund which was organised immediately upon request due to changes in our own personal circumstance. We hope to make hajj in the future and we hope that One Call Travels and brother Yasin will be there to support us when that time comes, God willing.

When Hajj was then cancelled for international pilgrims for the second year in a row, we made the decision to ask for a refund which was returned without hesitation. Negative experience: We have £2000 taken from us, during the pandemic. It's frustrating to see other people have been refunded their monies in another review.. unless its a fake review or OneCall were very selective with who they give full refunds too. My experience with OneCall Travels was extremely unpleasant. I have not wanted to write this review, to not give a negative light to a Hajj company but this has to be said. I booked Hajj with OneCall travels in Jan 2020, before the first lockdown for two people, myself and my wife. By March I had paid £7000. When lockdown hit, OneCall travel continued to forcefully ask for payments even when there was complete uncertainty on whether hajj will continue to go ahead. We went through months of me explaining to him that we had a pandemic going on and we were finding it difficult to continue paying during the pandemic.. When I asked to pause on payments, Br Yasin would very rudely respond on any queries making him very difficult to communicate with,. He would often use hadiths and emotional blackmail to make me feel bad for not paying .. eg. "have faith and continue to pay, those who pay will get the rewards etc". When it was becoming increasingly apparent that Hajj was not going to go ahead, I asked regarding updating his cancellation policies to reflect the current pandemic climate, and told him what other companies were doing (pausing payments, offering full refunds, waiting list for 2021 year hajj) he would get very defensive, and say things like "speak to the director of other companies and ask if they are fully booked and then get back to me"; or when I told him my elders have advised me to not continue payments he would respond with "tell them where they got their authenticated sources from and get back to me" .. he was extremely difficult to work with. My wife once called him to ask a few questions regarding his cancellation policy, and yet again he was extremely rude and unprofessional to her too saying things like "you should communicate with your husband more etc". This is just not what you'd expect when dealing with a hajj company. This experience alone and dragged out back and forth messages went on for around half a year, and was a very stressful period of my life, especially that we were dealing with trying to get £7000 of our moneys back. There are many other hajj companies who have adapted their refund and cancellation policies in light of Covid, offering full refunds. Instead Br Yasin has stuck to keeping a non-refundable deposit of £1000 each when cancelling due to pandemic. We asked if he could lower the deposit from £1000 per person to £250/500 per person, so we are not as hard hit by the cancellation; but he was adamant on keeping the full £2000 even though Hajj was cancelled. We cancelled in Mid June 2020 (only ONE month before expected Hajj, deep into lockdown with no announcement from Saudi regarding whether hajj would go ahead). Br Yasin refused to make adjustments to his cancelation policies in light of current pandemic climate, and continued to keep the deposit of £1000 per person (£2000 in total). Overall, this company will do anything to hold your money.. even go as far as keep a huge deposit of £1000 PER PERSON to avoid giving you a full refund during a global pandemic. Reading other reviews, perhaps I would've have had a pleasant hajj experience had covid-19 not happened, but Br Yasin brute refusal to return £2000, and being okay to continue to profit from Hajj 2020 which was eventually cancelled and during a global pandemic, should make you think twice when considering who to part with your hard earned money with, especially when dealing with such large sums of monies for a Hajj experience.

Fantastic experience: I made the intention to travel to hajj this year with my wife.due to covid hajj didn’t happen for us I’m travellers. I told brother yasin to keep my money for next year. But due to my change of plans I can’t make it for next year so I told brother yasin I can’t make it. Alhamdulillah straight away within 3 working days I got my full refund.
