Positive experience: Incredibly quick turnaround once I'd completed the application but I found the nationality confusing as all the reminders says it must mirror the passport, but passport says GBR/British, whereas available nationalities say United Kingdom / United Kingdom - British subject, and it took a bit of trial and error ... It's the former! ... but maybe that's just me!

Positive experience: Easy to fill out all questions. However, wish the forms asked for the photos at the beginning with all the formats and parameters you needed to use. Form duely filled in, payment made- then asked for the photos. Problem being not everyone has access to jpeg and others on their phones. Panicked that we couldn't get the photos organised before running out of time and losing our payment. Had to find someone with scanner to carry that out.
