With a stay close to Disneyland and then a road trip around California, there were so many elements to get right and it all went perfectly! Leah is endlessly patient and works hard to tweak the holiday until the customer is 100% happy. Leah also arranged a holiday to Disney World for us a couple of years ago and again we were so impressed, hence us using Charter again for California! You would think for such a personal service you would have to pay more than other travel agents but Charter Travel have the best prices around! Fantastic experience: We used charter travel for our Florida holiday in 2023 found them efficient , the price was within our budget and we had an amazing time . Fantastic experience: What a company, what a team, what a holiday! I cannot recommend Charter Travel LLP enough for what I can only describe as an exceptional level of service. Right from the start, my travel consultant Danny took on my requirements in detail and presented a bespoke holiday package that was incredibly priced. Making sure to get it right, he was patient and understanding whilst we refined the trip and even suggested recommendations... A 3 day stop over in Toronto and a visit to Niagara Falls was a brilliant idea too! The pre-care from the customer service team was excellent, sending me all the information, itenanary and changes and making sure everything was in place prior. The holiday went absolutely perfect, we visited Toronto, Orlando and Playa Del Carmen over an epic 17 days and the team made sure each flight and transport was in place. The only issue was the dodgy transport from Cancun airport. The driver (from Mayan Travel Company) was 40 mins late and then refused to take myself and my 9 year old son unless I paid him an additional $100. Needless to say, I did so and directly informed Charter Travel over this situation. Once again the team were excellent, Dawn and Kate in constant communication with me and attempting to get an answer from Hoppa, they quickly provided a solution for our return transfer and advised me to relax and enjoy the holiday. I have travelled alot and can genuinely say that I have never received this level of attention and service from any travel company I have used. The team were exceptional and the service beyond compare. I will only use Charter Travel LLP from now on (and I have high standards and expectations). Danny, Kate and Dawn- thank you for what turned out to be a memory making holiday.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Peter while booking our future trip you could tell how passionate he is about creating memorable trips for people based on their individual needs it came across via email communication and when speaking on the phone. I have visited Orlando a few times before and have actually helped a few friends out with first trips with tips and hints so I pretty much knew what I wanted he confirmed a few things for me and managed to make a suggestion for the flights and got a very good price compared to others lets just hope flying premium does not spoil me for future trips I may have to do economy! Fantastic experience: We booked our ‘once in a lifetime’ holiday to Orlando for my husband and I and our two children through Peter at Charter Travel and had a brilliant experience with them from start to finish. They came in with the cheapest and most competitive quote compared to other agents and booking direct/ looking online ourselves and this allowed us to truly have a holiday of a lifetime with upgraded hotel options, one of which gave us Express Passes for rides at Universal Studios. We wouldn’t have been able to get this deal for the same price elsewhere and it really made our holiday run so much more smoothly and be even more special. Everything booked through Charter was great and went smoothly: flights, hotels, airport transfers and attraction tickets all spot on. Peter and other staff at Charter were always happy to help with any queries etc and responded quickly by phone and email. Peter also helped with putting room requests in with the hotels and these were all meet too, and we really appreciated his honestly that this might not be the case but we were lucky it all worked out exactly as we wished. We’d love to go back to Florida one day and wouldn’t hesitate to use Charter again and recommend them for this and any other holidays.

Fantastic experience: From the start of our booking with Charter we’ve received great service from Sean, who organised holiday prices and patiently answered many, many questions before we confirmed the booking, and Kate, who supported the booking and all changes really quickly. We’ve never booked with Charter before but so far we can say nothing but good things about the experience so far! The overall costs, communication and service has been excellent. We would definitely come back to them again in future.

Fantastic experience: Used Aidan at Charter Travel for the second year in a row - last year for a trip to Disney, Florida; Universal, Florida and Bahamas and this year for a trip to St. Lucia. Negative experience: I would not even give them one star but that is the minimum I could add. Booked a villa, car hire and extras with them back in 2019 to go to America at ester in 2020. Not their fault but Covid hit everyone. We recieved not a penny refund from them. All they said is we may be able to get your flights transferred but will loose everything else. They tried to convice us that we could still go as the villa was still available, even though the country was not letting anyone in. Very poor when others with holidays recieved refunds. It took me months to argue with my holiday insurance company. We as a family lost thousands. It was going to be a holiday of a lifetime for my family and now unable to do this. Very poor company to deal with I am sorry to say.

Fantastic experience: Excellent company if you are looking for booking a holiday to the USA, they are person centred and very competitive on price. I booked my 2019 Florida holiday and Richard helped me with every aspect of my holiday so when I was ready to book again for 2024 I didn’t hesitate in contacting them and Richard got back to me straight away with prices and nothing was too much trouble for him even with me changing my mind on the dates. And due to the excellent service I booked again. I will also be going back to book my 2026 holiday.

Fantastic experience: We've used Charter in the past for Florida and they we're great so when we decided to go to Thailand we asked them to put a package together. It was outstanding! 4 nights in Bangkok, 3 days at the amazing Elephant Hills resort and then 9 days in Patong at the fabulous Amari Beach Hotel. We had private transfers throughout the trip and the company used for this literally made us feel like VIPs. Charter provided the base for a fantastic trip and then helped us tweak it until it was exactly right for us. Huge thanks to Claire at Charter. We're already planning our next homiday! Once again Charter Travel have given us outstanding service. We arrived home from an amazing holiday in Thailand booked with them and decided the only way to get ivervthe holiday blues was to book another holiday. Weve booked Florida as a large family group for March next year. Our consultant was Peter, who is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient! It took some organizing sorting out 11 then 9 passenger, but we got there in the end. Not only did we get a better deal price wise, even though we still fly with Virgin, the house booked is huge and so close to all the attractions. We would not have got that elsewhere. Can't recommend Charter Travel enough, they go above and beyond every time.

I sent so many queries and he always responded straight away and never once said stop with the questions. I spoke to him on the phone twice and he was both professional and helpful. Negative experience: Called, left details, no response. Chased two days later, left details, no response. One week on and no response. You just can't do business like that. It's appalling!

Fantastic experience: Contacted Charter after a friend recommended them and I'm so glad we did. One point of contact, Andy, who put together a great Florida villa holiday for my extended family of 8. Andy always returned calls, was open and honest throughout and made the whole process easy. He was informative and a pleasure to deal with. It was made clear to me the terms of the booking required bank transfer rather than credit card but as he saved me in excess of £3K for a similar package from a different Travel Agency (Hays), I can live with that. Those worried about protection should note that you get Section 75 protection on the full amount if you pay a minimum of £100 by card and Andy happily accepted a deposit by credit card. Happy Days!

Fantastic experience: We did 2 weeks in Orlando, split across 3 different hotels and we went back and forth with quotes and trying to find the right fit, and nothing was too much hassle. The whole 2 weeks ran so smoothly and we had the most incredible trip. The tickets were easy to sort and the transfer was efficient and on time, there wasn't one issue the whole trip. We will certainly book with Charter again on our next trip.

Fantastic experience: Wow what an amazing holiday we have had! We visited 6 countries (Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Dubai) in 7 weeks and Danny made all this possible! He organised all the flights and there was a lot, hotels, transfers, F1 tickets, car hire etc nothing was too much trouble! Danny used his expertise in his field and made suggestions and give guidance on the different countries we had chose to visit! I would highly recommend Charter Travel in every aspect and will be using them again to plan our next trip!

Fantastic experience: We got married in Mexico in May of 2023 and managed the travel booking through Charter Travel. We put a number of people through Charter on the booking totalling around 38 people. All 38 got upgrades and premium service and we were upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel which was a really nice touch. We then flew onto other locations and although had some issues with the flights, Peter managed to sort everything along the way and kept us well informed. Peter also happened to be on location during the time of our wedding so met him in person I've just mesaged them again as we're looking to book another trip. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have just booked my bucket list trip to Las Vegas to do a dual landing helicopter excursion over the Grand Canyon. We have also extended the trip to San Francisco to include Alcatraz and a full day to Yosemite National Park. Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgable and guided us to the best hotels to stay, nothing was too much trouble. He has booked all flights, including internal flights with baggage, and all the excursions. One-Stop shop. Everything has been seamless and efficient and I am really looking forward to my trip in April next year. Great Company and will definitely use again!

Fantastic experience: I booked a family holiday through Charter Travel. Seven people across three generations to Florida for three weeks. The whole trip went like clockwork. After attending high street travel agents and large travel companies online I found the smaller brokers could offer a more suitable tailor made package. I had quotes from half a dozen all within the same price bracket but Charter travel were very thorough and honest. All the variables we needed were arranged without any hassle. Any questions we had after booking were answered immediately. The villa was excellent, couldn't fault it. Great location. Hire car was nearly new and from a major chain. All tickets were provided and the package was amazing. The Security deposit was returned with 48 hours of returning home I very rarely write reviews but if you are planning a big trip.....Charter travel are the people to talk to.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to take our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren for a terrific family holiday to Orlando and Charter Travel put the whole package together for us. Sean and Kate were outstanding and showed the benefit of first-hand experience of the destination. Sean recommended a beautiful villa about 30 minutes drive from most of the parks and organised our flights, accommodation, car rental and theme park tickets very efficiently. When I inquired about a mobility scooter to get round the parks (I have a mobility problem) he pointed me at K&M Rentals who were superb - £202 for two weeks' rental compared with $60 a day at Disney. The Charter team could not have done more to ensure our great family holiday was a success and I cannot thank them enough for their tireless and friendly efforts. I will certainly use Charter Travel again for our next venture overseas - simply first class service.

He listened to what we wanted and sent us lots of different options. He was so patient as we had to sort the group leave. I cannot fault his Customer service at all it’s been 100% Kate in administration has been great also, I have dealt with her on both bookings. She always helps me out if I need assistance. Fantastic experience: Was very hesitant to book non direct initially. I shopped around slightly and was choosing between 2 companies as I didn’t want the hassle of booking it all myself. As soon as Jason from charter travels gave me a call… it was a no brainier. His professionalism, customer service and willingness to help us has been unmatched. He sent me through so many different quotes before we booked to not only find what suited us, but also find the best price. We’re able to pay in monthly installs if we want, helped us add the dining plan onto our existing booking, and even after booking has continually sent us follow up emails. I hope this review can persuade someone who was as overwhelmed as I was at the thought of booking this all themselves to trust the process and let charter travels give the amazing experience that I’ve had. Fantastic experience: Well what can i say about this company, we have had the best holiday to nashville/memphis, from start to finish, some reviews saying about bank transfer, which i was a bit worried about at first, but not a problem always emailed with balance when it went through answered, phone calls and email, the only thing i would say, wish we upgraded our hotel, location fantastic, but oh it needs refurbished, and price better than anyone else i checked, so will surely be using charter travel again , thankyou, to all the team and your hard work xx ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Brilliant customer service Nothing was too much trouble for Richard getting us quotes for our holiday ,I changed the dates numerous times.. We are traveling to Orlando and booked our flights, accomodation and carhire. On the website we could only fly from Heathrow but after mailing Richard he sorted us flights from Gatwick which was a great help.. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Charter Travel enough to anyone wanting to book a holiday. We dealt with a great chap called Peter, who went well over and above for us. He would respond to e-mails incredibly quickly, including late at night. Charter made the booking experience hassle free, and helped immensely with optional tours, applying for ESTAs and anything else we were not sure of. Perfect service.
