Negative experience: Booked a flight with them to New York which the airline cancelled a few days before the flight. It’s now been 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Also took nearly £100 in fees despite it appearing as half that on the initial email when I agreed to cancel. Latest update in the last screenshot is saying it will take an additional 4-6 weeks from now. I wish I would have used someone else.

Fantastic experience: Flight schedule was changed and we were notified asap. We responded that the changes were ok with us. The big surprise is that we got our updated tickets very quickly - arrived on New Years Day and due to the holidays we weren't expecting to hear anything until the end of the week. Fantastic experience: I bought a ticket to Southamerica though TravelUp back in November. My partner decided to join me so I called TravelUp last night. It was nearly midnight but they have 24 hours customer services, they picked up the phone fairly quickly and I was assisted by the very kind Ghani Usman, he was efficient and clear, minutes later I had my ticket. Fantastic experience: Was booking flights to india and was struggling to find any decent deals and then decided to give TravelUp a call to clarify some queries regarding our plans. Luckily spoke to Mr Taha and after some back and forth he managed to find a deal at half the original cost with some changes to out original dates. So was definitely super impressed with their customer service and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for quick, cheap and reliable service.

Fantastic experience: In the past I have been frustrated with TravelUp after trying to redeem a refund for flights cancelled due to Covid. I think they have made some improvements, and I recently was able to utilise my voucher. He was amazing and helpful on top of that he has the professional etiquette in dealing with me throughout our conversation in finding the cheap flight that I have seen on the website in the sky scanner. He was very patient with me with the requests I made, as I have to make sure that my disability will be forwarded and be given the assistance that I need when I fly back to the Philippines. The seat that I need he make sure that is also written for the air staff be given to me. Fantastic experience: I really got very good rate for my hotel stay when booked via Travel Up. It was almost the half price compared to the rates in hotel website. After making the payment, I received the booking confirmation from TravelUp immediately. The only challenge I had was to get a confirmation from the hotel directly as the booking reference number Travel Up provided to me was not matching with that in hotel records. Still i got a confirmation from hotel with my name searched. Later, Miss Harley Winget from Travel Up contacted the hotel reservation department directly and provided the correct booking reference number. Thanks Harley and Travel Up. I am waiting for my upcoming stay and will update my review based on my hotel check-in and stay.

Fantastic experience: Had my tickets done through Travel Up, now twice this year. My agent was Kyle Roberts and he was excellent in dealing with my queries and made every possible effort to get the cheapest deal in the market. Fantastic experience: This is only the second time I have used an online Travel Agent to purchase flight tickets, since before the Pandemic as the experience I had trying to get refunds during that time, put me right off !! However, I needed to fly to Kenya with my husband at short notice and before Christmas and the Airline flight prices were too high. I took a chance with Travel Up and booked a very reasonable priced flight with Kenya Airways. However, this week I had to change my husband's flight and was quite honestly really pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of Mark Vincent who was fantastic and who assisted me in changing the date of the flight for a reasonable cost. Fantastic experience: We booked business class flights with TravelUp much cheaper (£1,250 per person cheaper!) than with the airline concerned (Thai Airways). We paid the extra £25 per person for the "TravelUp Gold Service Pack" which proved to be well worth it because we had an issue when we tried to book our seats via the Thai airlines website because it looked like the flight was only for 1 person. It turned out that there were two booking codes (one for each person) and we got a response from Leo Ross at TravelUp within 30 minutes of emailing them. So all sorted, and very happy with the service we received from Leo.

Fantastic experience: I booked a flight with this company. I needed to cancel after booking just over 24 hour period. Francis Norris was very helpful and patient with me on the phone. He process the cancellation happily. in accordance to the terms and condition they were were in the rights to not cancel. I found this very kind that they processed a cancellation . paid a small fee and I thought this was very very reasonable. I would recommend this company on the basis of this customer service. For third-party company to do this, is reassuring in today’s world.

Positive experience: The website is very slow today for some reason considering it's lunchtime, and the payment didn't go through the first time, however when I rang up the phone operator Shane Bond was very helpful and patient so it was all resolved with little effort and he stayed on the line until everything was sorted. Now looking forward to the flight. I'd give 5 but due to the website issue I took one off.

Fantastic experience: Our flights were delayed then cancelled with the air traffic disruption on 28th August . I rang TravelUp as we had recently booked some other flights with them. The agent was very helpful in finding alternative flights for us as we needed to return home earlier than the 5 days delay that the original flight provider was offering us when our flight was cancelled . I am particularly appreciative of the time and trouble he took going through the flight details with me as it wasn’t straight forward with the diversion and stop over . He was patient and helped me get these flights booked relatively quickly and the e-tickets came through within a couple of hours . Sorry but I didn’t catch the agent’s name but thank you to him and Travel-up .
