Fantastic experience: Served by Becky. Will 100% come again and will specifically request to be served by her again. She went above and beyond to find lots of different options in line with what we wanted / needed. Also advised on some excursions and we found a fabulous catamaran excursion for one of the days of our holiday. Fantastic experience: I called the TUI store for some advice on booking excursions for our Rome trip, and let me tell you—I struck gold with Jorgie! She was an absolute gem—bubbly, professional, and knew her stuff like a travel wizard. Not only did she find me a cracking deal on two excursions, but she also booked everything seamlessly AND saved me money. I was ready to throw my wallet at the screen, but she had my back! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had from a travel agent. From now on, if I’m booking a trip, I’m calling Jorgie. If you need anything travel-related, do yourself a favor—ring up the Boro store and ask for her. You can thank me later!

Helen helped and gave us great advice on everything we required and her knowledge was second to non with lots of great tips and trips to help make our holiday perfect, We have already booked up to go to Punta Cana next year with Helen and TUI because of her friendly and very helpful approach. She made a big fuss of our children as this is an exciting process and had them involved in this. She even got them a "boarding ticket" and a certificate for thier help. One of the best experiences we've had and will certainly use this branch in future because of the service we recieved.
