Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with the fabulous Georgia at the Hastings branch of TUI. I had done all my homework on line but thought I’d pop in to the branch and thank goodness that I did! Georgia is a superb people person and a natural in this role. She patiently and expertly talked me through the options etc and I booked an all included holiday to Mauritius. Any issues just pop back. Well 5 days later I had to pop back as I had got a surname wrong compared to the passport! Georgia sorted it all out for me with the 3rd party Air Mauritius. They needed photographic evidence and quoted 2 weeks to hear back as to whether there would be an admin charge for the change and my stupid mistake. But within 2 hours I had confirmation of the booking name change emailed to me. No charge. Well done Georgia ( TUI she is scored 11/10 and she is a credit to you and a proper ‘Keeper’) and well done TUI and Air Mauritius - all round EXCELLENCE 100% so far! Thank you

Fantastic experience: 5+ stars for abbey who booked my sister and mine Walt Disneyworld trip to Florida! We gave her our budget flight times and the days we want she went above and beyond to get it all sorted went through it with us and any question we had… we a problem with the tickets where it was linked to my old trip and she sorted it out straight away! Fantastic experience: Was very delighted to be able to book an appointment with Sara last Thursday, was greeted by Sara and Leigh and offered a cup of tea, they both make me feel very welcome whenever I visit Tui, Sara as usual helped me book our holiday to Jamaica, she is very knowledgeable and efficient, nothing is ever any problem and she goes the extra mile. Fantastic experience: Today I went into the Tui shop Hastings and I was served by a delightful assistant called Leigh. I am 85 years old, she was soo patient with me, even though there was customers waiting I never ever felt rushed. She explained things clearly to me and made sure I understood everything. She definitely is credit to your company and I have no hesitation in suggesting to friends to visit your Hastings branch and hopefully they can also be seen by the extremely helpful Leigh.

Fantastic experience: The service I receive from the girls in Tui Hastings is beyond outstanding. The staff are so friendly and treat me like a friend not a customer. I highly recommend this shop. Especially Sara, Gemma and Sue.

Fantastic experience: Abbey helped us book our holiday in the Tui Hastings branch. She was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and despite store being busy focused on us without rushing anything. She even put the Tui App onto my husband's phone as we are not very good at tech! Highly recommend using this branch and Abbey!

Fantastic experience: Sara at the Hastings Branch arranged our holiday & I explained I was a little nervous of all the booking & management of sorting a holiday having not been anywhere abroad for 5 years. She was amazing, explained everything thoroughly & each step of the process making sure everything was taken care of & we have just returned from an absolutely fantastic week away. We booked extra leg room & private taxi transfers as I'm not the best at travelling on a coach. We had a couple of hours delay going but was kept well informed on the Tui app, the daily communication was excellent, Sara requested a pool view for us & let them know we were returning guests , the whole rest of the hoiiday ran like clock work & everything was all on time on the return for which we are very grateful. I feel anyone can book a holiday for you but you can not fake genuine care , fantastic customer service & a willingness to go the extra mile, if I could give more stars I would. thank you for a first class customer service experience & we will be back to you again & have already recommended you to friends. .

Negative experience: Visited Hastings shop today for advice on pending trip to Rhodes. Unable to give any advice or further information other than trips will resume in August. Didn’t seem too bothered to find out either! Spoke with Tui direct and they could not have been more helpful. Not impressed with customer service from this shop

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Sara at Tui Hastings I was able to book my family cruise with ease and my questions were all answered promptly. The cruise operator website didn't provide clear information on cabin layout and pictures were all generic so using Tui was very beneficial for us to get the right cabin for the family.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Leigh yesterday when I went in to pay off my holiday, even when the card company decided it was a suspicious transaction and decided to block the payment so had to wait for me to get it cleared with the bank. Leigh did some research for me about excursions and airport lounges while the bank sorted everything out and nothing was too much trouble.

Negative experience: Tui what a joke they cancel our holiday in March due to COVID-19 and (AUGUST) still waiting for a refund been promised given loads of different numbers and when you ring the numbers its say numbers no longer in use . You lost so many customers doing what you've done . Me one of them
