Fantastic experience: I would like to thank RB collection for arranging a fantastic holiday in Australia, this included flights, hotels, all of which were perfect, excursions, and car hire which enabled us to explore the east coast from Sydney to Brisbane. We felt that RB was on hand should we have a problem which ment that we could relax and fully appreciate Australia. Fantastic experience: Well priced,superbly planned by RB Travel,our flight to Nice and private car to Monte Carlo brought us to our cruise ship the Siver Spirit. Having travelled with Silver Seas before we knew what to expect….quality service throughout. Excellent food,entertainment and comfortable suites secured by Nathan ensured a wonderful 12 day break. Trips to spectacular coastal resorts,approaches by sea to so many memorable land marks and superb guides meant that the cruise will live long in our memories. Monaco,Sardinia,Sicily,Malta,Montenegro,Croatia and Slovenia provided wonderful tasters of what the countries have to offer. The weather was brilliant throughout..RB travel even provided that! We have just returned from a wonderful Mediterranean cruise with Oceania which we booked with the help of Sam Cooper at RB Collection. Fantastic experience: 'We have recently returned from a special trip to Italy to see Andrea Bocelli in Lajatico. Kayleigh organised everything, through a series of phone calls and emails - and it all worked perfectly. We had had a longer trip perfectly planned by Oliver and the team a couple of years ago that had to be cancelled at very short notice due to family bereavement, this was our third attempt to get there. Kayleigh worked extremely hard to find us the ( elusive ) executive tickets we wanted , along with flights from our area and the right hotel and the room with a view. All the transfers worked like clockwork , with Angelo the driver for the concert deserving particular mention - he was wonderful and looked after us so well. A massive thankyou to Kayleigh for working out the perfect package for us, with patience, understanding and in a professional and friendly manner . Tuscany was everything we thought it would be, and more - stunning scenery and peaceful. To see Andrea Bocelli outdoors in the Tuscan countryside was magical, and the hotel Borgo Pignano was truly amazing. There’s so much to love about this place ( too much to write about !) , its location , stunning scenery, the beautiful house and buildings, the vineyards, the first class food. Too many little touches and details to list ! Gigi’s tour of the estate was very much appreciated and fabulous , his passion for the place, the land, the animals, and all the food grown and produced here is very special. World class service from every staff member we encountered without being over bearing. The people that work here are a special power. The lovely lady who runs the bar said she was proud to work here and you can tell , and see exactly why. If you are thinking about a special holiday I can highly recommend the trip, the hotel, the event and of course RB collection . We are normal people who wanted a special once in a lifetime trip and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations . Needless to say, I’m now hoping to go back soon !'

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous family holiday to Canada. Kayleigh was amazing helping us with an itinerary that factored in some very specific stops! The trip flowed perfectly starting in the East, flying over to the West then taking the Rocky Mountaineer to Banff. The wildlife sightings and scenery throughout the whole trip were just incredible. Bears, bald eagles, whales and sea otters were the wildlife highlights. RB Collection were great to partner with, incredible customer service helping us achieve a very special family holiday full of incredible memories.

Fantastic experience: We used RB collection to find us the perfect holiday for the first time this year. We consulted with Sam told him everything we wanted and a bit about what we enjoy on holiday. We always wanted to go to Sicily and I in particular wanted to see an active volcano as I studied geology. The result was perfect Sam could not have improved on the holiday he found us and the private 4x4 excursion he also booked for us. We will be consulting Sam for every holiday from now on. Sam got to know us and our preferences so well then with a wealth of knowledge smashed our requirements of the park. I cannot praise the Company enough from the personal and relaxed consultation and booking, you really don’t have to think about anything to the complimentary surprises when you get your tickets. Fantastic experience: We were impressed that Sam took our information over the phone and looked for the best holiday for us , in the dates we could go , before we visited the office. He knew the hotels he had recommended to us and gave us examples of customers who he knew loved the hotels named. This was very reassuring. The service provided was excellent. Sam explained everything clearly to us. And he even recommended other hotels we may be interested in for the future. These we have looked at and want to book one for October this year as soon as we are back from Cyprus. Sam also rang me and mentioned we may need documents to take 11 year old Daisy out of the country as we hold a Special Guardianship Order. He took the time to print off some information about Cyprus and rules entering and leaving the country. We have booked a few times with Robert broad travel and each holiday was amazing. We feel the service given as always was excellent , and all aspect of the trip covered ie travel insurance , taxi to airport , airport lounge. The private taxi is a lovely touch so is the security fast track. Thankyou very much for those. We are all excited to get away , and there is something for all of us to enjoy. Sam made sure we will have the relaxing holiday we have all been needing for a few years now. I will recommend RB travel To all my friends and family. Thankyou for your help !

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from our Florence trip organised by Sam at RB Collection.... I need to say the service is second to none from start to finish! Sam organises absolutely everything, leaving no stone unturned! It was my husband's 60th birthday while we were there, again Sam liaised with the hotel and a restaurant for me to ensure the day was memorable. RB Collection make you feel so special, wanting to understand exactly what you want from your trip and then going away and tailoring that trip to your dream holiday! Fantastic experience: Exemplary service. A seven-day Greek Island cruise with added on days in Athens front and back was planned to perfection from start to finish by RB Collection. Hotel and cruise advice was spot on and Sam Cooper put everything together with patience and a smile. Fantastic experience: Dear Nathan I just wanted to send a personal thank you for arranging an absolutely amazing holiday. The Maldives surpassed all expectations. The welcome on arrival at the airport and at the resort was incredible, (thanks for the card). The room was filled with balloons, banners, cakes and sweet and savoury treats, one of the staff opened a bottle of Moët with his sword just as a dolphin swam past our villa, what a way to start a holiday! The resort staff are so friendly, you feel like one of the family. The sea/sand/fish looked like pictures from a magazine, I have never visited anywhere so beautiful. Fantastic experience: On our return from South America we have been reflecting on our holiday of a lifetime and the wonderful service we received from RB Collection and particularly Sam whom, from the moment we walked tentatively through the door in the the middle of 2024, until we returned from our trip in the middle of march2025, guided us expertly through a continent we knew little about. What an experience we had witnessing different cultures, traditions and stunning scenery. the 3 weeks were seamless and the confidence that Sam had installed in us to 'go and embrace everything' helped us to fully enjoy all that we encountered. Fantastic experience: Just back from a 3 camp Kenyan safari in the Conservancies. Having assessed our preferences on price and type of holiday Nathan Collins and his team sourced the perfect holiday. The camps were just as we like and the game viewing spectacular. Organisation of the outward and inward travel from and back to Heathrow/Nairobi went without a hitch, too. Clare was always at hand to deal with checking in and general queries. Best holiday ever and superb service from RB as usual.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Customer Service I was looking to book a very special trip for my wife and I to the Ice Hotel in Sweden. I didn’t want to leave anything to chance as it’s a trip we had been wanting to do for many years. After a quick search I came across RB Collection. What a result! From first contact to make an enquiry the team were amazing. Proper, old school customer service. Knowledgeable, human, personal and attentive. It started with a quick response to the enquiry message on their website, became a Teams call to discuss what we wanted from the trip (we live far away from their office) became a written quotation and then a seamless booking. Payment was made easy too. The information they gave us on the hotel, the activities and the local area were fantastic. RB Collection even got us an upgraded room at no extra cost which made an amazing experience just a little more special. Just before departure two very nice touches that you just don’t get from other companies and certainly not when booking yourself: Four days before we were due to depart a parcel arrived at our house containing all our travel documents and information printed out in an RB collection folder, a very nice touch and handy. (Swedish immigration were questioning arrivals and a quick open of the RB Collection folder had everything we needed for the immigration official, nice one). The day before we were due to travel Sam from RB Collection called us to let us know there were closures of the M25 and that we should allow extra time to get to the airport and to wish us a safe trip. Nice touch. The trip was fantastic, and I already have a call booked in with Sam at RB Collection later this week to book our next holiday. A fantastic company that goes above and beyond the modern expectation of customer service. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We asked RB to create a holiday of a lifetime for us ….. and they did exactly that. We visited Stockholm and the Ice Hotel and all the arrangements were perfect. The hotel in Stockholm (Nobis) was superb. A fabulous location and such friendly and helpful staff. The rooms at the Ice Hotel were anmazing and the activities RB found for us were perfect. The day with the huskies was the best ever but the sauna ritual was also great. If you want a special holiday that will last in your memory forever, give RB a call!!

Fantastic experience: Had a fabulous time on our APT Amsterdam to Budapest cruise. Excellent boat with wonderful staff from the Captain to the cleaners and everyone inbetween. The food was superb and plentiful. Saw some beautiful places and plenty of Christmas markets. R & B Travel, our agents from Lichfield did a marvellous job for us sorting this trip out and can’t thank them enough.

Vietnam itself is a fantastic country to visit, the food is delicious and you can soon immerse yourself in their way of life as the people are so friendly. Fantastic experience: A big thank you has to go Clare and the team at RB for your help in organising a surprise birthday trip for my wife. It is the first time we have used London City Airport to travel from/to and it was definitely one of the most relaxing trips we have had through any airport. Florence is one of the nicest cities we have visited and the Hotel L'Orologio was perfect and close to great restaurants, the Ponte Vecchio and many other historical locations. Train travel is easy and the station was less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We decided to travel to Pisa for the day to see the leaning tower and it was not a disappointment. The bus station is directly outside the train station in Pisa and LAM 1+ bus takes you to the tower. All in all a fabulous trip and would recommend RB Collection to anyone for their perfect mix of professionalism and personal service.

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself stayed at Blue Waters from the 7th February to the 21st February 2024. We had been to Antigua twice before staying at another property that we both loved. However we decided to try somewhere else and we challenged Robert Broad to find something just as good. Their choice of Blue Waters was excellent. It is a beautiful resort and apart from all the things you would expect like great food, good accommodation, good entertainment etc. the highlight was the people, they were just so helpful and friendly, I have found that throughout the Caribbean to a large extent but this was beyond anything else. 6 days into our stay my wife slipped on a step, no fault of anyone just an accident but everyone at Blue Waters were just excellent, they couldn't do enough for us. It involved a 14 hour stay in hospital and they made contact with the staff to ensure we had the best treatment and even brought me some food from the resort. Once we were back in the resort again couldn't do enough, whenever they saw her in her sling they went out of their way to help, excellent. Throughout this the local rep was very good making enquiries and Robert Broad helped me enormously when I was considering flying home early. You never want these things to happen in a strange country on holiday however they do and what you then need is the best care, that's what we got. Thanks to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of my recent holiday in Chile, arranged by RB Collection. The scenery and wildlife were exactly what I hoped for and the accommodation and transportation arrangements were superb. The guides and drivers in Chile were helpful, efficient and prompt. The derive from the start was first class and the team were exceptional in the support provided and helping to arrange a tailored trip. They suggested a beautiful hotel in the Tuscan countryside which was exactly what we were looking for, The hotel staff, the food, etc were all fantastic. We were very well looked after by our driver who took us to the concert. Everything was very well organised and we did t have to worry about a thing! Fantastic experience: We have travelled quite a few times on holidays planned and booked with the helpful staff at RB collection. Some have been simple bookings chosen from brochures, others have been personalised tours. Service is always excellent and the tours have been outstanding. Travelling this year was a bit nerve racking with all our concerns about Covid but we went on a grand adventure around Iceland and they helped us with everything, including when we missed our return flight on a Sunday which was our own fault. Outstanding service every time and we're looking forward to planning our next grand adventure with RB Collection.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend RB Collection enough- they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish (we’re so sad our holiday had to finish!). The service was second to none. Oliver helped shape our holiday destination based on our fairly broad specification (far away, hot, quiet, nice beach, posh hotel) into a perfect break for us. It felt great to know we were heading to a resort that RB Collection had visited personally. All of the stress and admin involved in booking a holiday during the current climate was taken out of our hands by RB Collection. The holiday was incredible. Luxury transfer to and from the hotel, fantastic hotel with the best room in the whole place. Great beaches, weather, food and service. Thank you. Fantastic experience: What can I say about RB Collection other than absolutely excellent customer service from Oliver. Very few organisation's I find nowadays pride themselves on this but RB have genuinely been exceptional in everyway, before and during the pandemic and now. Customers are certainly their focus. Also such a wide variety on offer abroad and home and all quality options I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Since the pandemic we were quite nervous about travelling, but RB advised wisely on hotels and destination. They were very clear and thorough about all the new travel requirements and took the stress out of the whole process. They looked after everything for us, from lounges to restaurants and even all our travel documents printed before we travelled, along with sending us a checklist. We have used them for a number of years now and they haven’t yet disappointed us. Highly recommend them. Thanks RB for another great holiday.

Fantastic experience: Booked to go to the F1 in Monaco 12 months ago but it obviously got cancelled. Great customer service from the RB team during lockdown, very attentive. Recently received full refund. Shall definitely look to booking through RB again as soon as it is possible.

Clare has been pro-active by calling me and updating me on any progress, which I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: When we were stranded in Budapest following the cancellation of a river cruise we thought to phone RB Collection who we had booked the cruise through. We explained our predicament and Nathan and his team got to work. Within an hour we were booked on to connecting flights back to Birmingham together with a hire car to return us home. Nathan then discussed compensation with the tour operator and recovered all of our out of pocket expenses plus a discount on a future cruise. Our experience shows the benefit of using a specialist travel agent when things go wrong.

This is the 6th trip we asked RB to organise and as always, they are meticulous with the planning, they are through with the explanations. Negative experience: l recently booked up with RB to see Andrea Bocelli singing live in concert in his home town l was absolutely disgusted to find out that on the night, he performed one song and that was sitting down,and it was an Opera I was totally mislead about the performance
