He always took our needs into consideration, such as our need for a hotel within walking distance of the holy mosques in Makkah and Madinah, since we only had to walk for around 8 mins. The hotels were very pleasing and hospitable and we enjoyed staying in them. We also really enjoyed the Ziarats of Makkah and Madinah as the drivers were very respectful and knowledgeable. Negative experience: Me and my husband had planned to go to Umrah and decided to use this service for our tickets, visa and hotel package. We have been so so disappointed with everything. They took all our money and didn’t provide anything. We will be taking them to court as they are fake. We arrived at our hotel in Makkah and were not able to check in because some else had apparently checked in with that reservation number. When we contacted them for help they made us wait for hours and hours and at the end ignored all our messages. Please don’t use this service they take your money and provide you with fake documents.

She arranged everything for my family and me, including tickets, accommodations in Makkah and Madinah, ziyarat, and airport transfers in a well manner. Overall, the process went smoothly until our departure, and I want to share an honest review to help others. Upon arriving in Jeddah, our driver was a bit late but eventually dropped us off at our hotel around 2 AM rated 4.2⭐. My son and I were in ihram, so we decided to perform Umrah before Fajr prayer, as it was less crowded. However, we faced an issue at the hotel when they requested an HCN number that my travel agent hadn't provided. I had to wait two hours until the agent contacted me with the information, which caused us to miss the opportunity to perform Umrah on time; we ended up going around 9 AM. I had paid for a top-tier room at Al Kiswah Hotel Tower 1, but was given a lower-priced room in Tower 5 by a local agent on behalf of my travel agent. The room and service were disappointing, leading me to rate the Makkah Hotel stay as 1⭐. The next day, during our Makkah ziyarat, our driver was excellent and arrived on time, earning a 5⭐ rating. For the trip from Makkah to Madinah, the driver was punctual and drove safely, dropping us off at Saja Al Madinah Hotel, which I rated 4⭐ due to its cost and limited view of Masjid Nabvi. The Madinah ziyarat went smoothly with another great driver 5⭐, and our transfer from the Madinah hotel to the airport was also on time 5⭐. Overall, my experience with AlMuslim Travels UK was good, but I did encounter issues with the Makkah hotel arrangements, which did not match the price I paid. Negative experience: Don't waste your money here. Terrible Umrah experience. Saja Al Madinah hotel which they offer has smelly rooms, just about luke warm water and no wifi. This hotel business is clearly haram when they fail to deliver what they advertise. When you pay for breakfast, the hotel says not included please contact your agent. Imagine having to contact your agent in the UK from Madinah, why my hotel is saying breakfast not included. When you do contact them, no response. Why would they, they've taken your money already. Have been to Hajj/Umrah three times and this is one of those nightmare experiences. Even when you ask the agent to give you hotel reference confirmations they will wait until the very last day or even on the day of your travel to give it to you. They should fear Allaah for the crappy service they run. Its simply robbing people of ones money while providing next to nothing of a service and most certainly not a pleasant one. The agent Almuslim Travel and this Saja Madinah hotel should be avoided.

Al-Muslim Travels is a company working apparently from London but most of their Agents are dealing with you from Pakistan. Most of the Google reviews online you see are mostly hoax or being bought. I initially bought the package from a person called Mohammad Awais - who is an immature inexperienced Agent (confirmed by their own Agents). He ruined my package by issuing a wrong ticket for wrong dates and then ended up blaming me and my family for it (not sure how customer can be blamed for their blunder). Then we complained and matter was escalate to another unprofessional and imbecile Agent (called himself a manager) named Aamir. He spoke to me and my husband very rudely and was just trying to bagged the money in from us for their mistake. We have been through a lot of stress, depression and anxiety because these fake unprofessional Agents. They are all frauds sitting there to loot your money. We had the crappiest experience with the hotels and transport. We paid hefty amount on top of our package for transport which they didnt book appropriately (for 4 people). We had to pay extra in Makkah and Medina for their unprofessionalism. We told them that our mother is disable and require extra assistance throughout the flight and hotel, which they completely ignored. Which again caused my family a great distress throughout. What suppose to be a beautiful spiritual experience of Umraah, turned out to be the most stressful and painful memory of our life. If you are reading this review to know about this company then save your money and go elsewhere. Or at least save yourself from these 3 names.....Awaise, Aamir and Saad (all works from Pakistan).

Fantastic experience: We had wonderful experience with our Umrah trip. Booking was so easy. The agent (Asif) made everything so easy for us and he gave us all information. It was our first umrah trip which was amazing. I would recommend to my family and friend.
