Fantastic experience: Firstly, may I say that I can't think of anything that would contribute to improving the service provided by the amazing staff who work at the TUI Canterbury Holiday Store. I find as always, and especially during my last visit of Tue, 17th June 2025, as I was greeted and made welcome which immediately allows you to feel relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I don't think Chloe in the Canterbury store could have done anymore, she was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to get us the holiday we wanted.The people she called at the other end however are a different story, Chloe ended up talking to several different people re explaining the situation over and over again because no notes had been made on the system, even after speaking with a senior member of staff on the other end. Although I was getting frustrated, Chloe kept her cool throughout. She was very professional but also caring. She really is an amazing member of your team. Could not recommend her enough. Thank you Chloe!

Fantastic experience: Amazing!! we cant wait to go on our dream holiday. We went into your Canterbury branch and just wanted help. We decided we would fly to Edinburgh as a trial trip because we had not booked anything before and were nervous about doing so. It was just what we wanted and so when we returned we came in to book another trip. Appointments were easy to book and change if we needed. Sian was so polite and patient with us. We almost booked a cruise but could get the dates, Sian to the rescue again, we thought lets go further so we gave Sian the places and she made our dream happen. Were off on the holiday of our dreams all thanks to Sian's hard work. You might say its her job but believe me not she is worth her weight in gold and a credit to your company. Fantastic experience: We had an appointment with Chloe' at TUI in Canterbury yesterday afternoon and she was amazing! We found her to be friendly with a happy disposition and she made us feel at ease and very welcome. We explained what we were looking for and it wasn't long before Chloe' had the exact holiday we wanted, and more, booked for us! She was extremely efficient, willing and so very helpful, especially as my husband has health and mobility issues. Many thanks❤️

Fantastic experience: The staff at TUI Canterbury are wonderful - they really know their business and you can rest assured that you are in safe hands with them. Just knowing that they are there for you on the other end of the phone to answer any questions or provide any support you may need is very reassuring. It's a bit like taking your own pocket sized travel agent with you anywhere you decide to explore! I'd like to add a personal thank you to Sarah who has helped us to arrange many a fabulous holiday over the past twenty years (at least)! Fantastic experience: I would just like to take a few moments to give a review about the wonderful Lilly in the Canterbury branch and hope this feedback reaches her. Myself and my husband have never travelled abroad before and desperately wanted to book a family holiday to Disney but didn’t know where to begin. We bit the bullet and visited Tui Canterbury where we had an appointment with Lilly to book the said holiday. From the opening greeting through the entire appointment, Lilly was so helpful and reassuring and helped us meticulously plan every detail of our holiday to give my family the best and most rememberable experience I could. She had such a positive and upbeat attitude, always with a smile and her level of confidence and experience shown, really put our minds at ease. We didn’t feel rushed and really felt listened to. We came away having booked exactly as we had hoped, feeling super organised and well informed. I could never have booked this independently as it was a mindfield. Lilly made it look effortless. Negative experience: I arrived at 17.06. They closed at 17.30. Too late for the agent to find out what I wanted and investigate before they closed. Which I thought was odd. I thought she could have taken my details and then got back to me another day? She did say I could come another day, but it would be the same problem as I work during the week. A shame after reading all of these reviews.

Fantastic experience: Chloe has arranged a holiday in Gran Canaria for my wife and me, June 2025. Working with Chloe was a very pleasant experience. Her customer service attitude is excellent. We had many questions about the holiday, all of which were dealt to our complete satisfaction. For example, we were advised that our holiday date must change as BA cancelled the flight. Chloe contacted us to explain the situation, telling us she had explored other options and had a plan for our approval. Arrangement to meet her the following day was made, when she told us that a replacement flight had been identified that we happily accepted. Chloe has an engaging manner that gives confidence to people, like ourselves, who have yet to acquire an understanding of the digital complexities that so frustrate managing some necessary arrangements. Today , booked a Christmas cruise with the help of Chloe, who is a patient and professional agent. Nothing was too much trouble, even asking a few questions Chloe always appeared cheerful and responded well! Sarah the Manager always polite & helpful. This is personal service in a computer technology age. 10/10 to you all in store & thank you for all your assistance . Forgot to mention, staff always offer you a drink to !

Fantastic experience: Leanne at the Canterbury store has looked after me for the past three years and is always so patient especially when I change my mind so many times. She adds extras for me and researches what I want before providing me with options. I can’t fault her or her staff particularly Stacey who comes to the rescue in Leanne’s absence. Although Canterbury isn’t my local store I would go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Leanne Clayton has helped us book 2 holidays now. We used her services last year for the first time and she was so kind, helpful, informative and incredibly patient. Fantastic experience: We have just booked our wedding at TUI Canterbury with Stacey. We absolutely love this TUI branch. We are always given a warm welcome by the staff and are never ignored. We have had negative experiences at other TUI branches but NEVER at this one. We will always travel a bit further to get to TUI Canterbury Stacey was informative , knowledgeable and friendly, as was all the staff. We were given all the relevant information and all our questions were answered promptly. So glad we have booked our wedding here and will definitely be back to book our honeymoon soon! Fantastic experience: Yesterday and today me and my mum booked a cruise with Leanne in Canterbury tui. She was so patient, helpful and so kind. She ran us through details of the holiday and insurances etc… Having someone who makes you feel in good hands makes such a difference, thanks Leanne :)

Fantastic experience: After booking our holiday with TUI online we had a notification that our flight coming home had been cancelled. I called TUI & spoke to someone who kindly helped me secure a flight home for the following day & extend our stay by an additional night. A few days later the app was not showing this amendment nor had I received confirmation of the changes. I popped into the Canterbury branch & spoke with Amber who could not have been more helpful. She spoke to her colleagues on the phone & confirmed all the amendments, within 2 hours I had confirmation via email & on the app. Amber really helped putting my mind at ease & next time I’m booking a holiday I will be sure to go in & see Amber

Fantastic experience: I've booked previous holidays here with Stacey and I wouldn't use anyone else. She always goes above and beyond to find us exactly what we are looking for. Always makes sure that we are provided with every single bit of information. Stacey also makes sure we have everything sorted from car parking at hotel the night before our holiday and even excursions whilst we are away. I would not use anyone else. Fantastic experience: Wanted to take my wife for a weekend break to Dublin and didn't know where to start. Popped in and spoke to Ebonie who arranged the flights, transfers and accommodation for us. Fantastic experience: We used the tui store in Canterbury to book our holiday to Madera and Ebonie - the lady we dealt with- was fantastic. She was knowledgable and incredibly helpful when I had hundreds of questions as we were undecided where to go. We had an amazing holiday and I’d most definitely recommend booking through the Tui store in Canterbury and Ebonie again.

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday to Rhodes online but our holiday was cancelled due to the wildfires. We tried to contact the call centre but was unsuccessful so I went into my local Tui shop in Canterbury and they were absolutely fantastic. Chloe and her colleagues helped to sort everything out for us. They were so helpful and polite - it turned the whole experience around. We were able to book an alternative holiday to Kos which was fabulous. I definitely recommend the Canterbury branch and I will be going into the shop to book my next holiday rather than booking online. Positive experience: I went into the Canterbury TUI shop to book a few nights away to Rome today. Leeanne was really helpful and booked a lovely hotel in Rome in June this year. I will be going back in to finish off my booking with her nearer the time. It took a lot of the stress away of booking online. I will definitely visit the TUI shop for future holidays

I've bot done ant coach tours before but thought would be a good way to start holidaying alone. Fantastic experience: So myself and my wife had booked a holiday without the children - after finding out that others are taking theirs, we decided to take ours. After a call to Tui my wife decided to go into store and speak to someone - Kirsten couldn't have been more helpful in changing the details, keeping in contact and we're going to have 2 very excited children when we arrive at the airport. Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter visited to enquire about a first time cruise. Naomi is lovely, she is very knowledgeable! My daughter suffers with cognitive problems therefore information needs to be repeated & brain fog gets in the way of everything! Naomi was so kind and so patient with us (even when the shop had gotten very busy!) We needed to make this trip an extra special one as this is our first holiday since finishing treatments Naomi was very informative about assisted travel & cancellation policies. We found our visit very supportive & felt really looked after. We are very excited for our cruise, thank you Naomi
