Fantastic experience: Fantastic service . Four of us went in to book are holiday and from the moment we entered the store we was made to feel welcome all the staff were fantastic. Amy and Sam helped us book and they couldn't do enough to help us . Absolutely fantastic. Thanks again and we will 100% be back to book again .

Fantastic experience: Went in on 4.1.25 to look for a holiday.Joanne was so helpful ,found us a lovely 5 star all-inclusive hotel in paphos to stay as we are going to a wedding out there and making a holiday of it as well the staff are so friendly ,made us a cup of tea to warm us up as it was so cold that day ,was not put under any pressure to book. Fantastic experience: First holiday post pandemic and post chemo so needed a helping hand. Julie at Westwood Cross had the perfect hand to hold. She guided my husband and I through the various 'safe' holidays considering my health and our budget, she advised us of the various deals and sales on offer and spent time finding the perfect all inclusive holiday for us. We travel in February and Julie has offered us her help any time up until we depart. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a great trip to Portugal in May 2024 this year We booked with Tui at Westwood Cross, Jules was super helpful and clearly had brilliant knowledge of the local area and the accomodation we were looking at staying in and this really put our mind at ease. The accomodation , location and standard was excellent. It felt like I had my own personal holiday planner so I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are looking to book a holiday. At first we wasn’t too sure where we wanted to go but she had so much knowledge of different countries from her own experience I was amazed can’t wait for our next trip courtesy of Jules !!

Fantastic experience: Just booked a cruise for January '25 (within less than 3 weeks!) with the wonderfully helpful Kate. We thought about booking online but are so glad that we went in store and sought the experienced advice and sensible suggestions to make sure we booked the right package from pre-flight, arrival at our ship, had all the info we needed for our stay on ship through to our excursions and return to the UK. Fantastic experience: We recently booked our holiday here with elle.As a family that has not been on holiday for 7 years we was looking for quite a lot of help choosing our holiday.We needed help deciding on the location firstly as we didn’t want to travel too far with it being some time since we have been on a plane also the hotel was very important due to the holiday being a celebration for our sons 13th birthday.But most importantly our son has autism and adhd and Elle helped us with choosing extra leg room seats to help with a child with adhd but also gave us the sunflower lanyard to help us make others aware of our sons disability’s.Ultimately we are very happy we chose this store but even more happy we had Elle guide us through the whole process.I would highly recommend this store and will be using them again.Thank you TUI and Elle

Fantastic experience: I booked a last minute holiday to go a couple of days later with Elle, she couldn’t have been more then helpful. Showed us plenty of options all within our budget and explained the difference in Tui blue, sensatori and platinum holidays for us so we knew what to expect. We’re still on holiday now and would recommend our all inclusive resort to everyone!! The staff really can’t do enough for us over here, Elle found us the perfect holiday and we are so grateful. She was also helpful by showing us different excursions and getting us a quote for travel insurance. 5*s all round!!

We arrived without an appointment but Hannah got us in really quickly and we were looked after by the lovely Naomi, who was really approachable, helpful, friendly yet professional at all times. She's a pleasure to dream with and a credit to TUI. The booking process with Naomi was really easy , especially as we were booking for our friends as well who weren't with us. Naomi was really diligent and spoke with our friends on the phone to ensure we had their permission to book on their behalf too. She booked our chosen destination - Agadir very quickly, ensured our requests were noted and our bookings linked . She also offered us options for other services that TUI supply. Fantastic experience: Tui Westwood Cross, Thanet, Kent I called to enquire about a Mediterranean cruise and spoke with Kate. She was so very helpful and explained everything. She sent through the details by email and suggested that as the cruise we wanted was only 2 weeks away to come into the store and book. We did just that. First we sat down with Kate and went through the details again, once happy she started the booking for us. Luckily as we were off in just a few days a big discount came through and the holiday cost us way less than we had thought. What a bonus. Kate did everything for us and I cannot recommend her highly enough as one of Tui's reps. Just have to wait now to enjoy our holiday. Thanks Tui and Kate

Fantastic experience: We popped into TUI WWX at the weekend with our 3yo daughter. We were welcomed by all who passed us despite clearly being busy. We sat with Amy and explained our hopes to go to a specific hotel at a specific time. The stars aligned as Amy had been to that hotel twice before and made us feel even more at ease that we’d chosen the right place to go as a family. Amy was bubbly, friendly and very sweet to our little one who quickly made herself at home with colouring books! The website doesn't allow filtering by kids clubs by age and/or explain if entertainment options etc are available out of high season. She also helped us find friendly times. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: amazing service kate we wanted to book a multi centre holiday in italy for our 20 year wedding anniversary. we were greeted by kate who asked us to give her some info on exactly where we wanted to visit and how long the trip would be. after much discussion and a plan coming together she contacted Citalia and with the help of the operative gave some very useful suggestions eg getting the train from venice to rome and rome to naples instead of flying, and several options of hotels in sorrento. we booked the trip on our 2nd visit after deciding which hotel to choose in sorrento. Throuhout both visits and several phone calls from us kate remained friendly. helpful, knowledable and professional. we would definately book with Tui again {this our first experience} and of course recommend to all our family and friends.

We were looking to book online however after speaking with Jane, she talked us through the advantages of booking with the shop directly and we ended up with the perfect holiday. Janes knowledge meant we found the perfect trip for the whole family so a massive thank you! We will certainly be booking all our holidays through Jane at westwood from now on.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Ellie at Tui westwood cross. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon when we arrived. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, but when we were it was worth the wait Ellie couldn't do enough for us and answered all our questions and booked us the holiday we wanted at a better price than was online so definitely worth the drive down to talk to a real person.
