There was no mention of asking for any personal details, so thought nothing ventured, nothing gained and replied to the email. within a few days I received a code via email which I activated and got a £100 Amazon gift card, which has come in very handy.I would say to anyone who receives a communication from NDL, don't hesitate, this is a 100% offer. Fantastic experience: A lot of companies could take a leaf out of NDL’s book. I am registered disabled and had a problem that other companies couldn’t sort out. One phone call to NDL and within a few hours Colin Blake had phoned me, put my mind at rest and even though it was a Saturday and all offices were closed he reassured me, asked me to leave it with him and it would be sorted by Monday morning. True to his word he rang me 9am and had done everything he said he would do. I was so impressed I have told everyone I know and wish that every business had the same attitude towards their customers. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? I was fortunate enough to win a prize and was put in touch with NDL to sort it. From the first conversations it was clear they’d done this before and were very communicative throughout the booking process and were quick to respond to queries (big thanks to Niels). Once we were on the holiday, there was a slight hiccup with a third party (not at all NDLs fault) and in actual fact, NDL were on hand to help out in an instant (we had an out of hours number we called at 3AM UK time). The work that Katherine did here really saved our holiday, by the time we had woken up she had been working relentlessly for other options and found us the most incredible place.
