TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Popped into the Bromley branch today at 5.10pm. The shop had 4 members of staff and no customers but myself. The bureau exchange was not staffed. When i asked about that service I was told that the staff member on the phone at a desk in the store was the person to speak to. That staff member made no attempt to indicate that she would be with me shortly, although i moved within her sight. In fact she started to tap a telephone number into the computer to make another call. So I left the store. That is what TUI calls good customer service!!!

Negative experience: Very poor service. Tried to arrange a family holiday but the lady seemed like she didn't want to help at all.

Fantastic experience: Really happy coming in and booking in the shop with help and advice and a good price partner as I am travelling alone. It may seem a step backwards by actually going into the shop but I will be doing it again.

Negative experience: Went into Tui this morning with a friend to get some information about booking a holiday. One of the assistants saw us come in then turned her back on us and went to sit down where she did nothing whilst we were in there. No one asked us if we needed help or even approached us. We were completely ignored so left after about 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Went into Tui in Bromley today. I was greeted by the lovely Sarah on the front desk with a very warm and welcoming smile. She immediately asked a member of staff if she was free and in no time at all we were seated with Lisa. Lisa asked where we would like to go our budget and within no time at all our holiday was booked. Insurance booked and 1 day trip booked. All the ladies in Tui were so friendly very helpful and cheerful. It was a lovely experience with very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Sarah even took the time to chat with my granddaughter and tell her all about the holiday we just booked as I was finishing off the last of the paperwork. I have always booked on line but from now on Tui in Bromley will be my go to for future holidays. All the ladies were so informative and it has made me feel I have a holiday that is perfect for my granddaughters 18th birthday celebration. A big thank you to you all

Negative experience: Awful customer service today from the staff at Tui Bromley, came into the store today at 17:07pm was left standing with my girlfriend about 2 minutes until someone told us they will be with us, one lady got up and ask if we was making a payment to which we told her no, she then informed us that because they are getting ready to close which wasn't until 17:30 that we would have to come back tomorrow to book a holiday, I wanted to book a holiday today and a pay a substantial deposit towards it, we already knew where we wanted to go would of taken less than 10 minutes to sort out, the fact the computers was still on and the store wasn't due to close until 17:30 we found very rude we felt like that we had been judged on the way we looked (we had a similar kind of experience last year), the lack of anyone acknowledging us was also very poor, for this reason we have decided that we shall take our business to another local tui store, really terrible trip to tui Bromley today!!

I used Debbie for the first time many years ago, and now always request the same lady. She goes above and beyond for her customers and always makes me feel so welcome and special as she gives her undivided attention to us and all our needs. She gives honest and trustworthy reviews of the destinations and hotels, she makes good suggestions for our holidays as a family which I wouldn’t of thought about myself.

Fantastic experience: Really helpful staff with great knowledge base on all of the different holiday types they provide. Whether it's a Cruise, short breaks, full on holidays and flights. Between the various members of staff they can provide detailed information about most destinations. There is also a currency exchange in the shop.

Fantastic experience: Booked here for our summer holiday to Costa Rica, they matched their online price and staff very friendly and said would link to booking together and would email me. 2 days later got email saying all requests we put forward and 2 booking linked.
