Negative experience: Dear owner I have spoken to two of your staff about this i have offered your staff my bank details while I was in the shop they wouldn't take them saying that I had to email them my details which I'm not prepared to do

My husband had an accident before we left and Kieron and Louise organised wheelchairs for us at all the airports we would be passing through and answered every question I had (which was a lot). Fantastic experience: I've seen holiday online, went there to book, has to pay full, so went back home to transfer more money, came back 15min later, holidays went up and took 1 free child places off, as someone boughtit or wahever was the reason, I would buy it by myself online and get even extra discount but lost it all, due to deciding to go to travel agent and book there, from now on only booking online without going to the office, so well 2 yers ago I would recommend them but after today... will go online and do it myself... UPDATE: Well I can't believed what they have done... somehow they pulled some strings or ropes even maybe.. and TADAA! We ARE going on holidays!! Thanks a lot and Well done to them !! As that deal was maybe out of season still unbelievable good!
