Negative experience: Travel hub Wembley cheated me on my son’s ticket to Portugal in March 2024. My son when going to Portugal was below 2years and while coming back to UK would be more than 2 years after a week staying there. We had informed this to the agent. What the agent does is they charge him full ticket to go and come which means he would also have his own seat while going and coming back. When we went to the airport we got to know that he was booked on a lap for both journeys. We argued and called airlines who informed that the agency never booked separate seat for my son although they charged me for full ticket. They paid the airlines to sit on the lap for both journeys and pocketed the extra money from me. When I called the agency, they had a nerve to ask why I called the airlines. And then assuring me that to go ahead with travel and if airport staff don’t allow to sit on lap from Portugal to UK then to contact them. They never till date refunded the extra money taken to travel to and fro to Portugal. Writing this review for people with Kids to be careful when booking tickets with travel hub

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Santosh from Travel Hub enough. From the very beginning all the way in January of this year to the actual trip, he was fantastic. Santosh catered the whole trip to what we wanted and delivered. The contact throughout the trip was impeccable so no questions or queries ever got unanswered; he was always to hand despite the time differences. Even with last minute changes to flight delays, Santosh was able to deliver and provide us with a great driver and vehicle to take us to our destination. I was doubtful on how this trip was going to pan out but their contractors in India, Tamarind Global also made the experience seamless. From agents being available to as soon as we arrived from a flight at the airport to the staff being present at the hotel to assist us in checking to followed up fantastic tour guides with an immense amount of knowledge throughout. The hotels Santosh had booked for us were of fab standard and great breakfast options too. Our 3 weeks trip to India was an unforgettable one which we thoroughly enjoyed because of Santosh. I was the main contact for the booking but the whole party was incredibly impressed at how smooth everything was. We cannot thank him enough. I will 100% be recommending Travel Hub and his services to anyone looking to book a similar tour around India. Thank you!

Negative experience: Me and my partner booked 2 tickets to india and we got ROBBED for £500 ….. please people be careful as these guys are scamming people. I have called on 3 different occasions to cancel my bookings.. 1st a lady i didnt catch the name she told me she will cancel my ticket if i pay £200 and refund of £500 because i didnt had a enough money i said ill call in few days. 2nd call i made i spoke to (manav) who actually made my bookings and told me charges will be £250 but didnt say per person. So i said i want all the call records and call me back but no one got back to me so i called and spoke to (rushant) who gave me canclation charges of £295. Now i asked him does this cancellation charges charges all the time as no one told me plus they never say its per person the anount so they charge or take all your depost if u had to cancel your trips. People please be careful of this company and they smamers and will ROBB YOU FOR YOUR MONEY…..

Negative experience: Tried booking 3 times yesterday evening for a 2 night trip to Benidorm Advertised on this site ,paid through our bank App 4 times but Travel Hub kept saying something wrong ,tried again this morning, holiday gone up but still wanted to book,exactly same thing happened so still not booked, then someone from Travel Hub rang to say did we still want to book the 2 night stay to Benidorm but the holiday gone up 145 pounds MORE ,Double in PRICE give up!!! Do we eck !!! So they Advertising holidays that aren't really there ... for price Advertised!!! Realised why the payment wouldn't go through 4 TIMES although our bank had authorised it ... NOT GOOD TRAVEL HUB Very Disappointing .... !!!!
