Negative experience: I was in today to collect boarding passes and for the ten minutes I was there the rep spent eight of them on two calls, ignoring me - she didn't have the courtesy of asking me if I minded her taking the calls, considering her other two colleagues dedicated their time with their customers, ignoring the incoming calls. Won't be back !!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, booked online and unfortunately 7 weeks before holiday the hotel unexpectedly closed and was left with a cancelled holiday. Phoned lisburn Tui who went out of their way to get me rebooked into another holiday with no extra cost, even know i didnt originally book with them instore. Very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we got sorted

Fantastic experience: I am thinking about whisking my husband off to Spain. Spoke to a lady named Kerby who was very helpful and full of good ideas around activities that we could do whilst away. I have never booked a package deal before so was unaware of all it could offer me. Kerby definitely gave me lots of information and some great tips such as getting my last minute money exchanged in store. The price quoted was great too!

Fantastic experience: Got transferred to this TUI branch when calling from the south west of England after core hours. I cocked up our seat booking on a TUI flight. Needed some help fixing my mess. Spoke to Margaret Hull, retail manager there. What a star. Went way beyond what I’d expect to help me. She got it corrected. What a star. Even called me back later that evening to advise she’s been able to get the seats I miserably failed to do book, booked. My wife and I are now sitting together for our four hour flight to Tenerife. Only outstanding matter for resolution is movie choice. Chick flick or action. Certain Margaret could even get that settled had I asked. Thank for your exemplary service. TUI needs to make sure you there always … around the clock too please. Sorry M. Oh, rude to mention age of a lady but tomorrow is her birthday. A biggy too. Fantastic experience: What can I say about my experience in TUI Lisburn!! From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted by the friendliest smile! Coming from a customer service background myself i truly value good quality a service! I was welcomed by an advisor named Rachel who gave from start to finish did not disappoint.. I’ve wanted to go to Cape Verde for quite some time but never actually made the plunge. I really wasn’t sure about following through with the holiday but Rachel really went above and beyond to make this trip special! Needless to say I’ll be returning to TUI Lisburn from now on. Fantastic experience: Called in looking for recommendations and advice on a summer holiday. Got chatting with Megan who was a very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant young lady. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but she went above and beyond in catering to what I like and providing me with a lot of different options that fitted into my budget. I’m usually quite fussy and find it difficult to settle on something but Megan made it a very smooth and straightforward experience so thank you! Positive experience: Called into Lisburn office today with a few others for further information on a holiday to Mallorca we had explored on the TUI website. Kerby was most helpful and it was good to deal with someone face to face. I later phoned to book the holiday with Kerby and after requesting some additional details I received confirmation by email. All in all an efficient process and good to know we can follow-up with Kerby should we have a query or require further information.

Fantastic experience: Four of us called into Tui office with queries about a holiday to Majorca in September. Kerby was extremely helpful with all our various questions and requests. Subsequently we rang and spoke to Kerby who booked it all seamlessly over the phone. Kerby has a very calm, friendly and professional manner and is a real asset to the team. Fantastic experience: Recently I phoned the Tui shop based in Lisburn requiring a 2 week holiday to ibiza. I got through within a matter of minutes to a young girl called kirsty/kerby (not too sure). She was extremely helpful and friendly which also made me feel at ease asking any questions. Will definitely pop in store!

Fantastic experience: I got an unexpected text today from TUI with ideas for a sun filled holiday for 2024, so I called in for advice, as I get into a panic when booking the right thing for my childern and myself. Member of staff Sarah B, was extremely helpful with understanding my son and my own disability needs and what we were looking for in a family holiday that's suits our needs. Being a single parent or 2 children can be stressful enough as it is, without having the added stress of trying to plan a trip abroad to give young childern a good positive childhood experience and memories. Sarah B is a lovely helpful staff member that has made sure we got the right activities and help booked for us, and has made the main part of the planning so easy. So plenty of kids entertainment to keep them busy and maybe I can get a little rest bite also this year, all inclusive in the Canary Islands ⛱️ Its my 1st time using the company and I have to say, so far I am impressed

Negative experience: This has got to be the worst travel agent ever ,twice over a period of 2 months i went in to get flight prices to be told both times our system is down ,the staff member was the most unhelpful useless person his best reply was to go online ,if that's the case maybe they should close or at the very least replace their staff with those who know how to deal with the public .As a result of this I will not be booking with this company

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience yesterday with trying to amend my holiday to travel in two days, I kept getting cut off the phone and this was very frustrating for myself but it was something out of my control. I was transferred to this lovely lady called Roisin who was fantastic with 20 mins of talking to her , I was claim and she had changed my whole holiday and emailed through my new booking within minutes. Roisin phone me back to sort out my seats on the plane and did my check in, all my stree had been lifted thanks to this lovely lady, I will be forever grateful to her. Fantastic experience: TUI Lisburn is our go to when booking a holiday. In the last 15 years we haven't used another travel agent. The service we receive is second to none. They have never disappointed us with any of our holiday destinations, we have two holidays booked for this year already. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
