Fantastic experience: Popped in yesterday to use the exchange, the young girl in the booth was so pleasant and helpful, great customer service, didn’t catch her name but she had a lovely Eastern European accent, so hoping you know.

Fantastic experience: Really good! Better than searching on line. Friendly staff, especially Natalie, who was really helpful and patient and because of that, made me want to book as I knew she’d covered everything for us. Definitely will come here next time I’m looking a trip.
