Fantastic experience: I took my Sister on 'The Wild Atlantic Way', bus tour recently for her birthday. She just loves the film The Quiet Man. The trip to Cong made her day. It was a real birthday treat. From day one we both had a brilliant time. Bill the tour guide was a mine of information, history wise. The hotel was excellent for food and location. The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant too. Kay the Maitre'd and Ed one of the food waiters stood out from the crowd at the Westport and Spa Hotel. Well done Travel Solutions. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Just back from Portugal with travel solutions and it was a fantastic holiday from start to finish, the deal we had was just amazing This is our 3rd trip with ts and I wouldn't book with anyone else now

Negative experience: Trip to Vietnam booked through Travel Solutions. Various problems experienced. Some listed below 1. First hotel had no window. It was like spending 4 days in a cupboard. 2. 3rd hotel was like a dodgy b&b. Dust and ants everywhere. Paint peeling off the walls. Exposed wires. Got transfered to another hotel, but had to pay for our own way there. 3. Waiting for transfer back to airport to fly home. Taxi not arrived after half an hour. Turns out taxi booked by Travel Solutions for 14 months time!!!! Worst holiday ever!!!!

Fantastic experience: The best travel company. Just home from my 5th visit to Pamporovo and my sons 6th. Great value for money. Not one complaint. Everything spot on as usual from start to finish. Carole the representative in Aldergrove had already pre booked our seats as there were 3 of us. My son is a giant so the front row was perfect. The Hotel Perelick was 10 out of 10. Great location and facilities are incredible. Excellent staff who work so hard. Rooms spotless as are the bathrooms. Comfortable beds with snuggly linen. Really quiet at night too. The resort and ski school again so organised and the staff so helpful. Bill the representative in Pamporovo is also a star and really interesting to chat to. We also got the emergency exit on return flight which helps big time. Already looking to next year!

Positive experience: Had a great few days in the lake district with travel solutions, felt very safe with our driver Jimmy. Sam also accompanied us and was very friendly and accommodating, the only down side was the Hotel very dated and freezing, heat never on in the bathroom so having a shower was out of the question !!!! several requests were made to put heat on, We were allocated a table on the first night which we had for the 4 days so it did not give us a chance to get to know the others on our tour, Food was luke warm except for breakfast which was great and thoroughly enjoyed, Overall we enjoyed the break the hotel was in a lovely setting with the wildlife in abundance, but please have heat on in mid november, we were chilled to the bone at night in the bedroom,

Fantastic experience: Yorkshire dales and TV tales tour was excellent. Logan's couch was very clean and comfortable with a very friendly and professional driver. The Holiday Inn hotel in Harrogate was also very clean and an excellent choice for getting in to town centre easily. There was a very good menu selection every evening and a full breakfast every morning. Our tour guide Bryan Dodd was very friendly and helpful and along with Adrian our couch driver, made our holiday so much more enjoyable. I have recommended holiday solutions to all of my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We are just back on Friday night after spending 4 nights in Scotland at the Rob Roy taking in the sights of Glasgow Edinburgh and Sterling with Dessy the driver and Alister the tour guide we had a great time they both made sure we all were enjoying each day nothing was too much trouble for them they went over and beyond for everyone they are a credit to the company and we are looking forward to our next trip with travel solutions

Negative experience: New York holiday cancelled due to hotel now housing refugees. Offered alternative hotel at £250 extra per person. 10 of us travelling, booked well over a year ago, lots of saving done, transfers booked, travel to Dublin booked not to mention the expense of winter clothing, excursions etc. A lot of money spent between us all. Travel Solutions answered a review by one of our party stating we were offered 3 alternatives. The fact that most people booked into the ROW NYC were offered & ABLE to get alternate accommodation by other travel agents at no extra cost to them was a kick in the teeth for us. To find an extra £250 each was not possible nor was it feasible for a 4 night stay. The 2nd option to change dates was quite laughable. We booked these dates (10 - 14th December) because these were the dates we wanted to travel to New York. We had 2 younger children in our party who, like ourselves, wanted to see New York at Christmas. And the fact that we all work makes it damn near impossible to just chop & change dates to suit Travel Solutions. That left their only other option of a full refund which doesn’t include the extra money we have paid for transfers, excursions etc. Would not entertain your company ever again.

Positive experience: Just back from a week in Sunny beach staying at the Sunny victory apartments ...fantastic place close to beach bars amenities etc kept spotlessly clean.... the only fault the pool bar was not open the entire week also the on site bakery and shop only opened the thursday of the week ... the day before we were to fly home about 15 of us were very disappointed .Cant understand how you can sell something saying about amenities etc if there not open

Negative experience: 10 of us were due to travel to New York in just under 5 weeks but our holiday was cancelled without any warning due to the fact that the Row NYC is now being used as accommodation for refugees. Travel Solutions informed us that our options were either cancel our entire trip or pay an extra £250 each for a different hotel. This trip had been booked for over a year and it was bought as a Christmas present for a few of the group, so to let us down at this late stage has left a lot of us in a horrible position. We had got dollars, estas done and paid for, transfers and excursions booked and paid for (which we are unable to get money back for) so to cancel at this late stage with no warning is unacceptable. The lack of care shown throughout all of this has been despicable!

Negative experience: I booked through Hays, who sub-booked through Travel Solutions. The accommodation was entirely unsuitable. In the confusion of seeing my holiday fall apart, I checked into another hotel and contacted them them the following morning (fully in accordance with their website) via Hays Travel. They did not respond or assist, they offered none of the flexibility and commitment to customer service they claim on their website. I do not believe suitable accommodation was available at the quoted price.

Negative experience: Have had a holiday booked with travel solutions for a year and a half. Due to travel next month and they phone to say it is cancelled with no warning unless we pay an extra £250 each to stay at another hotel!!!!! Dollars got, estas done, transfers booked and they do not care. They do not care about their customers. Do not book with them!!!

Fantastic experience: A massive Thank you to Travel Solutions. I got Monza tickets for my Husband and his Elderly Father. They were both nervous to travel to such a big event and immediately landing in Dublin Airport, Bill answered the phone and put their mind at ease. Bill was amazing, always full of info (which my father in law greatly appreciated) and always on hand to help. They had an absolute trip of a lifetime and haven't stopped talking about it since! I paid by installments and the office staff answered all my questions and had all my details with no fuss! Thank you Travel Solutions, you made dreams come true :)

He was so personable and great with everyone in our group. Chatting away about everything making sure we all know as much as we could about London and wee hidden gems most people aren't aware off. He was amazing a real credit to himself and the company. Our trip wasade so much better by Colin and Ryan our bus driver in London giving us wee tips for travel and places to eat etc. Honestly was a brilliant trip and when we travel again I will definitely be requesting Colin as our guide

Fantastic experience: Well my friend and I went on tour with travel solutions to the lakelands and Carlisle. We had the best time ever, our tour guide Allistair went over and beyond to make all happen and that we were all happy. Our driver Dan was brilliant and made us safe while driving, it was a credit to both of them. Definitely would have them again for a tour. It was a tour to remember for a long time with many friends made.

Fantastic experience: Excellent travel company can't praise this company enough. Waiting for you at check in, when you land they are there to ensure your onward journey is correct. Polite and courteous staff at all times nothing is a bother. When your departing for home they are waiting at the coach drop off to walk you to your departure desk. You feel very safe with this company which is a huge deal. Especially if you travel alone. Keep up the excellent work.

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from a skiing trip to Pamporovo, Bulgaria. Really glad we went with Travel Solutions and the entire customer experience was flawless. Cannot speak highly enough of the reps they had on site and their willingness to help in any way. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Trying to get through to this company is horrendous. Waiting on phone 25 minutes still no answer. Message them but no reply. Trying to book 2 holidays for 3 people but no luck getting it done. Any answers on how to get through to them??

Negative experience: Very poor trying to phone for week at different times can never get through. Always in queue was sitting in for 1 hour never moved would have been waiting all day to b answer.

Positive experience: We spent a week in Pamporovo and were delighted with the travel solutions team and how well organised everything was. Very friendly and comprehensive with information and accessibility throughout our holiday and the pick up service was very efficient. Bill knows what he is doing and was helpful in putting everyone at ease. My only complaint was the awful minibuses we had to endure on the three hour transfer with the constant smell of fumes and not once was a window opened even though someone on the bus was constantly sneezing and coughing. I spent most of my holiday trying not to succumb to whatever I caught off that person and had to take a week off work sick when I got home. In this day and age would it hurt to have some ventilation on a bus? With regards to self catering options...I only wish someone had told me that if you go self catering that means you will either have to bring a suitcase full of food or eat out every night. We like to cook for ourselves but only did this once in the end due to very poor ingredients options and that it was almost dearer to buy ingredients than to go out for food. The 'supermarket' in Snezhanka was more like a tuck shop. If you want to eat crisps and alcohol for dinner you'll be fine. We walked ten minutes to the biggest supermarket and it was very overpriced with very limited options. £4.50 for a carton of pure juice, £2.50 for one tin of tomatoes. We were able to get a few things for breakfast and one very basic dinner with no vegetables or meat and that came to £25. Luckily there are lots of good restaurants but I think it would be good to highlight this to people when they book... Self catering means eating out. We would definitely go back to the resort and hopefully by then the buses will have been upgraded to something from this century lol. But aside from that, everything was perfect.

Positive experience: Just back from Harry Potter studios tour London. Colin was our tour manager and looked after our group very well. Having never been to London and a limited time for sightseeing on day 1 I was apprehensive at getting lost and not seeing all the major sites. Colin went above and beyond his duties and took anyone who wanted on a guided tour of major sights. We were able to see all we wanted in the timeframe. Colin even took photos for us on our phones! Colin then gave us directions back to coach and we enjoyed the rest of the afternoon doing our own thing. Day 2 was Harry Potter studios. Again Colin looked after us all and kept us informed throughout. Going home flights were delayed due to storm and Colin made sure everyone was ok and made sure the group were all together. Thank you for a stress free break away in London. Well done Colin

Positive experience: My own personal situation was dealt with professionally and to my my great surprise and satisfaction. Then only problem I had was getting back onto the bus to disembark the ship in Belfast. As a disabled person, it was almost impossible to return to the bus, having to negotiate a number of obstacles because of the way the parking was laid out on the ship. Absolutely no fault of Travel Solutions, whom I cannot praise highly enough for the way I, and my party, were treated. First class, from Chris in the office, to Brian on the bus. One star lost because of the ship's parking layout.

Negative experience: Just been on shopping tour staying at the Loch Long Hotel at Arrochar. The bus. driver and content of the tour was very good. The food in the hotel was unacceptable. Poor choice. Cheap ingredients and badly cooked. I have never stayed in a hotel where the food was so bad. We later discovered that clients who had complained were given different meals to a much higher standard. This is not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Travel Solutions for a "Bucket List" holiday in June, to South Africa (Cape Town & Kareiga Game Reserve- 4 nights in each), and rounded it off with 5 nights in Mauritius. What can we say! It was wonderful. First class hotels, faultless venues and impeccable arrangements. Private transfers and an upgrade to Business class en route to Mauritius. We were informed at every step of the planning and of any changes. Our adviser, Nikki, was able to inform us about the South African stays before we booked as she had been to these venues before. We are fairly seasoned traveller's but have never had such a well planned package. We are now looking at a cruise for next year and will be asking Travel Solutions to check it out for us. No point in looking elsewhere. Great Job guys.

Fantastic experience: Just back a few weeks ago from trip to Harrogate. Brilliant. Our driver Paul and guide Brian were excellent. Brian obviously knew the area. He kept us well entertained all the time. Both of them couldn’t do enough to make sure our trip was so enjoyable. The coach was new and comfortable. Hotel was lovely and so convenient to Harrogate.Could be a bit of a struggle walking uphill for anyone with mobility issues. Food was good. Staff were so helpful. I was impressed to see the general manager helping to serve dinner. We have used the company several times and definitely recommend. Going with them again shortly. Would love to go to Europe with the company but appears you have to fly first so then it’s a nonstarter. Maybe you’ll think about a tour or so where you go from Hull

Fantastic experience: Just back from a trip to Legoland and Cadbury world and what a stressfree experience from beginning to end. Myself and my children had an absolute ball. Our tour manager Alistair was simply amazing, so friendly, helpful and funny which made any traveling time a joy. Craig, our driver was excellent, very friendly and helpful and together with Alistair they made the perfect duo for such a trip, entertaining all the adults but especially the kids. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the only trouble I have is that I know I will be comparing any other trips we will inevitably have (with this company) to this amazing first one with our fantastic host and driver.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend them enough. For F1 trips anyway. I was always afraid to go to an F1 race solo (not many of my friends like F1 and it’s a huge cost if you are not a fan of the sport). But I felt looked after and secure by our amazing tour guide Bill Godfrey. I got to know the other people on the tour pretty quickly and had a great time. But I always felt that Bill looked out for me because I was solo. Amazing guy. We all love him. I went to Monza this year again and was delighted to see Bill again. And a few people from last year. I messed up my passport details online but had amazing customer service fixing it. As I said: I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Positive experience: Just back from the Emmerdale Tour. Priced very reasonable. Studio tour is great, but a lot of walking. The hotel we stayed at The Midlands Bradford was adequate, the food was ok, but on the last nite we were served barely cooked chips and gammon you could have soled your boots with. The coach itself was v comfortable and our Tour Guide Allaister was brilliant, funny informative and very caring to disabled passengers. Neil our driver was always on time and very helpful. I would recommend this tour, we had a great time.

Negative experience: Hi i traveiied on a holidaday to Italy on 28th.September.. were very dissappointed on our hotel and location. I realise that it was a 3 star,it was highly recommended to be good. Clearly the budget for hotel was very poor. Trips were excellent but in my view hotel is part of the holday. Food was good but very very basic with no choice. I feel hotel has never been researched . Older people were in bus and it was very dangerous to get a bus to sorrento and also to the litrtle village which hotel was supposed to be in.

Fantastic experience: Just back from our 2 week family holiday to Bulgaria booked through Travel Solutions; stayed in Sunny Victory Apartments. It was our first time in Bulgaria so we were a bit apprehensive, however, could not recommend both Sunny Victory and Travel Solutions enough as they exceeded our expectations.
