Fantastic experience: My family and I went on holiday last year with Barrhead travel to Paphos, Cyprus. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The travel agent Stephanie was fantastic!!!!! We have 2 children aged 6 and 10 years so we really needed her expertise with the best hotel that catered for our family needs and it did not disappoint. So we had no problem in contacting Stephanie again to book our holiday for this year. She got us a great deal again that catered for our needs especially with young children. We are going to Salou in June and absolutely can not wait (counting down the days).

He went above and beyond, contacted to see if we got safely, and through our trip to make sure everything was okay. Nothing was a bother to him, He is an asset to the team. We stayed in hotel Jupiter albuferia and it was absolutely perfect for both boys aged 4 and 1 there was so much to do for the both of them, we purely went on his recommendations and it absolutely paid off!! Fantastic experience: Not long home from a week in Portugal which was booked with the help of James Kearns at Barrhead Travel. James was professional, and easy to approach about any queries throughout booking process, the lead up to the holiday and even while on my trip making everything very straightforward and stress free. My partner and myself had a wonderful time away with the Jupiter Marina Hotel exceeding our expectations and all in all loving our time in Praia Da Rocha, Algarve. With plenty of things to do such the coastal cave boat tour, local beaches and multiple pubs and restaurants plus much more. This was the second holiday we’ve booked with Barrhead Travel and it certainly will not be the last holiday booked through them. Definitely 10/10 would recommend

We just like to remind Kieran an Barrhead Belfast that you taken a large sum of money of us an we have received “no holiday” “no communication” “no refund” I would also like to ask Kieran why I’m blocked from Barrhead social media as it was the only way we could communicate with Barrhead? I also like to ask Kieran an staff at Barrhead Belfast why my comments an other consumers comments requiring about there refund on FB are been deleted? Because of what is going on at Barrhead Belfast we had no other option to file a complaint form to CMA (competition an marketing authority. We also have ask ABTA to investigate what has happened to our holiday package as we can’t get any answers from Kieran at Barrhead Belfast. We have contract The Stephen Nolan show to investigate Barrhead Belfast also. But Kieran it be nice if you could contract us or another member of staff at Belfast about our refund as it was yourself that taken our money on the behave of Barrhead an yous can only hide away for so long. Because it is a large sum of money Barrhead travel has taken from us, we will take ever route possible an not stop until we get ever penny back of Barrhead travel We do know staff members are reading the reviews of Barrhead so we appreciate if you could forward this review to Kieran o Donnell

Negative experience: I booked three holidays this year, a weekend break , a cruise and a trip to new York. All was cancelled , I have been trying to get a refund for these trips first one in March . It’s now September and I’m still waiting for my refund. Don’t do business with them

Negative experience: I paid for a Honeymoon holiday in March and we were due to travel in June. We did not receive any confirmation from Barrhead that the holiday was cancelled. I only knew because I kept checking the flight number. I have not had any communication from Barrhead since paying them in March and I have sent several emails requesting a refund. Very annoyed that I have spent so much money and have been completely ignored by Barrhead.

Negative experience: My holiday was cancelled a week before I was due to travel 20th March 20. I have sent many emails regarding my refund. They asked for my bank details to give me my refund on 11th June. Still nothing they are ignoring my e-mail. Poor customer service. I had a message back from jet2, but because I booked with Barrhead travel Belfast they must refund me.

Fantastic experience: Great travel agents. You can tell they have really lived and experienced your dream trips. I was going to Amsterdam for a weekend and the fella was able to advise me to stay away from the blue lights (he learnt the hard way - pun intended) and to venture no stronger than White Widow. He'd been around the block a few times let me tell you.

Negative experience: don’t come here ever to book a holiday, every time we go in here whether it’s to pay for our flights (which u have to do) or change details on our holidays (which you have to do in store) the staff gives us dirty looks like we’ve five heads and eyes. Honestly they have been so rude to us and they’re not friendly at all. Would’ve been a better solution to book online, I would avoid this at all costs especially if you’re a group of young adults....
