Negative experience: Absolutely humiliated today by staff members laughing at me behind my back person I spoke to kept looking at them I turned round two colleuges laughing behind a computer screen wise up so unprofessional and also my holiday balance had shot up without my knowledge be careful if dealing with this company I still wait on my itenary after paying my deposit last year May 2023

Negative experience: Was going to book with this company to go to America, rang them a few times for quotes etc and it’s as if I was speaking to myself, I always thought that I would be looked after by this company as coming to it for the first time, but I’ve decided to go elsewhere, and where I get real customer service & not ignorance down a phone!!!

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due! We first booked a skiing trip for the start of this year with these guys, by pure chance we passed the window in belfast last year and the staff were very helpful from start to finish we were more than impressed. We started to look for a summer break this past week and called in last Sunday, again staff no matter who you got were all a great help with great enthusiasm. We didn't book on the day and i decided to try closer to home (Newry) lets just say the travel agents there were no comparison to these guys! I rang up today and got a different member of staff on the phone who again was overly helpful, end result we’re now booked and really excited to travel through these guys again thanks stewart travel, great job

Negative experience: We used Stewart travel quite a few times However phoned them regard a holiday The girl who took the call was she asked where we wanted to go and what was the limited spend said she would call back 3 days later nothing never be back again booked with a different agent

Negative experience: Have booked holidays with Stewart travel for about 10 years but the girl who arranged multiple holidays for us with knowledge and efficiency left a few years ago. We really trusted her and she never let us down. Since then for us our experience has gone downhill. Granted the pandemic has been challenging but any queries they say they’ll get back to you and they don’t. After 6 weeks I rang again and promised they’d be in touch in a week - nothing. We wanted to add someone to our existing booking so it was potential business. I asked to speak to someone about our experience nothing again. Sloppy mistakes over multiple bookings which never happened before, wrong room type, mistake with date of birth, no special assistance ordered when they said it was. In the round after this cruise in August we have used Stewart Travel for the last time they don’t seem to want business anyhow and for us the deterioration in service provided means trust is gone.

Fantastic experience: We are coming to the end of a fabulous last minute cruise booked with Eamonn's help with only days to go. He was terrific, friendly and helpful, guided us through every step, printed all our information and went way above and beyond to make our trip the best it could possibly be. Thank you so much Eamonn, you were Fab. We will see you again soon, we hope.

Fantastic experience: Great currency rates & customer service.

Negative experience: I booked a cruise with them all was great then Covid hit, give me my refund and kept my deposit said it had to be returned in cruise credits but kept twice the deposit amount??, now there was 26 of us in the party everyone else has received there cruise credits, I've been waiting for a call back from there manager Dougie since AUGUST!! And everytime I call hes on annual leave, this boys gets more annual leave than our MLAS. Well word of warning to anyone you book a hoilday and a pandemic hits enjoy getting to know all the staff through out stweart travel very nice and respectful on the phone and help no end just couldnt be bothered to phone you back!!!
