Fantastic experience: I have just returned from my holiday to Lanzarote, booked through Donna in this shop. From start to finish Donna has been there to add our waterpark tickets and to answer any questions we had. I haven't been on a TUI holiday and was very nervous. Even when in resort we contacted her as she lived in Lanzarote and nothing was ever too much trouble- can highly recommend Donna and thank you for your recommendation for Rancho Texas. It was amazing.

Fantastic experience: I was in today to book a holiday to Mexico for my family, had an issue trying to do this online, so glad I did, the staff where extremely helpful, knowledgeable & it's great to hear they have actually been to the resorts I was looking at, it's a far better experience going in & speaking to an actual human instead of being stuck online with no one to ask any questions you may have. I'll definitely be using TUI stores instead of going online next time.

Fantastic experience: We've booked our wedding in Mexico with julie from day one julie has looked after us gone above and beyond in helping us she is just amazing. We've actually had this girl tortured . We wouldn't go anywhere else for holidays due to fact what julie has done for us and all the girls in there are brilliant from myself and charlene julie you are the BEST

I'd had never been able to pick such an amazing holiday that met all my needs. She truly made me feel so relaxed and helped take all the stress away from booking passes and all the other wee things I struggled with. I can truly say our holiday was amazing ...hotel was beautiful, food amazing. Even the hotel she picked for us to get our connection in Birmingham was the nearest one to airport 5 minutes walk . That was my first time making connection from different airport but definitely would do it again as was so relaxing as I aways thoughts different. Courtney helped us find our Holiday, she shared her own experiences which was a massive help in us reaching our decision, all the staff spoke to us and made us feel very welcome, even the manager came out to talk with us and shelare her experiences too. I went in this TUI store yesterday to look for something new and different for a hoilday and I was giving loads of options and been suggested to do a cruise and stay as a first time cruise hoilday. When I looked at the all inclusive package involved for a cruise and hotel ontop with the cruise, l couldn’t wait to booked it. So, I have went back in today and booked the 14nights stay and cruise all inclusive package for summer 24. Totally recommend to anyone who are looking to do all inclusive or an first time cruise, to book with this TUI store.

Fantastic experience: Called at the store on a Sunday to book a holiday to philadelphia then to new York then on to a cruise out of florida with a stay in Orlando and talked to Emma. Had all booked and deposit payed by the middle of the week. The professionalism and knowledge that she showed was unbelievable.
