Initially I went in just to get some information and Lois was absolutely brilliant from the moment I stepped into the store. She was so patient and listened to everything I was saying I wanted. She put it all together and booked us a holiday that we are so excited about. I loved going into the store and actually talking to such people face to face rather than on the internet. Fantastic experience: Recently came into the store just to find out some information about a hoilday. I used to work for TUI so am used to booking everything myself. After sitting down with Lois I knew I had to book. From the moment I walked in she was warm and welcoming. Lois took the time to listen to all our needs and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was covered. You could tell she generally listen because by the time a quote was ready everything we asked for was included from select your seats to high floor request. Lois even took the time to remind me about insurance. This is something I forgot every year and I usually have to book at the last minute. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have someone do all the work for you and to be able to walk out the shop knowing that every part of your holiday is booked. .

Debbie listened to what we wanted, on our holiday, then she arranged everything for us. She made it so easy for us. Debbie explained everything, all the fine details, she did not try to Rob us, or try to get is to spend more than we needed, Debbie was very truthful about the cost of everything, so there was no hidden costs, we went to florida for 2 weeks. Debbie explained about the park tickets, different parks and different prices, she even helped me out with hiring a car for 2 weeks. She made the holiday very easy to understand. Everything went nice and smoothly. I will definitely be booking my next holiday with debbie, when we plan on going to florida again and Las Vegas where me and my fella plan on getting married.

And as we haven't been on a plane since 2008 we are ready for a good one. Now after some hours through our own fault of picking different destinations we settled in the end. Negative experience: Not great service from TUI and first time booking with them. The people just can’t wait to get you off the phone unless they’re going to get a sale. Not great at information giving and even at that, it was a struggle. I will not be booking with them again after this flight, unless the flight changes my mind.

Negative experience: Search the Internet for people that have icelandic króna in stock and tui Sutton-in-Ashfield came up. So walked in and was told no we don't stock it and how does the Internet know what we have in stock..rude. so I ordered some for Friday, left my phone number and the amount I wanted, still no phone call so took my business else where. Which I suggest anyone in Sutton to do. Just plain rude and unprofessional.ill never book a holiday with you in a million years. Stick to jet2 online. Cause them girls are just plain rude.

Negative experience: Came for a refund last week to be told during lockdown the systems had changed and they would ring when they could get access. 9 days later still no call so I rang to be told come down tomorrow and the Manager can do it!! Turn up to be told Manager on a conference call can I come back in 10 minutes. Come back in 10 minutes to be told the Manager has just gone on lunch!!! Come back in an hour. No thank you I’ll sit and wait. Was told I hadn’t been fobbed off last week and everyone is entitled to a lunch break (I know I work too). Terrible customer service and very rude.

Negative experience: Waited 1/2 hour to be served to then be told at 4:45 that they shut at 5:30 and even though she had become free she wouldn’t be able to look at anything for us cus they wanted to shut up on time - they don’t deserve customers and lost out on a very expensive holiday for 5 adults. None of this information she was aware of because she didn’t ask.

Fantastic experience: Cannot tell you how helpful the lady was with me today. I had booked a holiday in the Norwich store and whilst staying with friends, had forgotten my itinery. A quick call to the Norwich store and the necessary documents were emailed across and printed out for me. A really friendly, high quality customer experience. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Very smiley staff but unable to complete any task without telling you incorrect information. Swapped advisor over mid booking after waiting over 2 hrs to see someone. Amended my holiday and got charged 200 more in cancellation costs than quoted.
