Fantastic experience: Went for a skiing trip to Bosnia in late January 2025 and what can I say apart from…wow an amazing country, a plethora of history, encyclopedic tour guides, delicious food and generous hospitality. And the best part?? It was all arranged by Tazikyah Tours who are informative, friendly, have excellent communication and are competitively priced and just want you to have the best time - which I did! Fantastic experience: AL-HAMDU-LILLAAH! We went on a 4-day/3-night tour of Andalusia / Southern Spain. The itinerary was cram packed. We visited: Cordoba, Medina Azahara, Plaza de Espana in Seville, Royal Alcazar of Seville, Pampaneira in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Alhambra in Granada. Plus we had time planned for self exploration of local areas and for souvenir shopping. The Islamic guide, Spanish guides, representative of Tazkiya Tours all gave it 100% to make this such an amazing and memorable trip for everyone. The hotels we stayed at also hit the spot, clean with good breakfasts! Plus the recommended spots to have lunch and dinner were very handy. I can't wait for my next trip with Tazkiya, they have really set the bar high for everyone in the Muslim World Tours segment. Really well done to them. You can see there is a real passion to provide the best service and experience for a tight budget. I really can't believe the value we got, it was outstandingly good. We have left with a sense of the height of Islamic past in Andalusia which has only strengthened our own faith. I can't recommend this company enough to everyone. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of joining Tazkiyah Tours on their Bosnia trip. The itinerary was well balanced and gave a wide range of activities on offer. From visiting historic sites, exploring Bosnia’s exceptional natural beauty, villages (engaging with locals) and optional excursions (coffee experience with a local family) was a great added touch. The tour helped us to learn and live the history of the tragic past in the country, which definitely would not have been possible if I had organised the trip myself. The team on the ground from Holiday Bosnia, were exceptional. We learnt so much from Amirtelibecirovic, an amazing tour guide along with their lead Kamraan, both with a great depth of local and historic knowledge. They were supported by Galib and Vedad, locals, who were amazing to have around and always going out of their way to give the whole group a wonderful experience. Words don’t justify having them team up with Tazkiyah, great collaboration! That brings me onto Sajid, the tour organiser from Tazkiyah. Communication with him from the booking stage until the end of the trip was excellent. His organisation, attention to detail, genuine warm personality and understanding of the whole groups needs was brilliant and faultless, particularly with the very warm weather (reaching up to 42c)! He ensured accommodation, meals and transport etc were all sorted to individual needs which showcased his brilliance as a tour organiser. Arranging Sheikh Ali Hammuda to join the tour was a nice touch. Was great company and grateful for his insightful and engaging talks. Met some amazing people on the trip, giving an unforgettable time with great laughs and forged friendships. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah I have had the privilege of doing Umrah during Ramadan with Tazkiyah Tours. This was my first time doing umrah. I have heard about how difficult it can be as it’s a very busy time. However, due to the team’s efforts and experience, the organisation was seamless throughout. Prior to contacting Tazkiyah I have had quite terrible experience with another agency, and a few people told me that was the ‘norm’ amongst umrah companies. The lack of communication and disorganisation has put me off but Alhamdulilah once I contacted Tazkiyah tours, everything felt too good to be true! All I did was send a copy of my passport, the money, and I showed up at Heathrow lol Everything was taken care of, there was WhatsApp group created where we were updated throughout. We had a pre umrah webinar before leaving London and then another face to face before doing umrah with the Sheikh. There were a lot of opportunities to discuss anything you were unsure about. What I was most impressed with and appreciated the most was the hotel check ins. These could be tedious due to the amount of people and also the fact that we were fasting but Alhamdulilah. A team member checked us all in, prior to us arriving and we were just given our keys upon arrival and were told to head to our rooms! Speak about princess treatment! And the hotels were luxurious! The company gave us a free 5 star hotel upgrade in Madinah! The masjid entrance was a few steps away! We travelled to Makkah in a comfortable coach. The organisation from the Miqat to iftar stops to reaching the hotel was top notch. The steps of performing umrah were reiterated so that it was fresh on minds when we arrived. The team took us all the way to the Ka’bah and then we completed our individual Umrahs Alhamdulilah. The organiser Sajid treated us like family. He checked in on us during the trip to ensure all was going well. We had the team’s contact details if we needed anything. I could not recommend Tazkiyah Tours enough! May Allah swt reward them for all that they do, to ensure we have a pleasant experience! Ameen.

All my fears and worries were lifted with the support and guidance from the group leader and the support systems he had put in place for our group. Fantastic experience: Me and my wife were supposed travel with Tazkiyah to Palestine this month but unfortunately with everything going on they had to cancel the trip. Nevertheless I was very impressed with the service received from the team and brother Sajid in particular. We were given live updates along the way and were always kept in the loop by Sajid. He also gave us a number of different options when they decided to cancel the trip including things like having priority on their next trip to Palestine or transferring the deposit to a different trip like umrah. We opted for a full refund and Alhamdulillah I was very surprised by how quickly Sajid refunded us, they cancelled the trip in the second week of January and I got refunded at the end of January! I look forward to going on a trip with Tazkiayh in the future InShaAllah, will definitely be using them and I highly recommend you to as well.

Fantastic experience: I travelled with this agent once before; honestly one of the best and most memorable holiday experiences i've ever had. The 2nd trip, unfortunately due to political events which were out of anyone's hands our flights and hence trip were cancelled. Fantastic experience: I booked onto the Al Aqsa tour scheduled for November… this was based on recommendations from my sister who had been on the same tour in Feb ‘23… The booking was made without any issues for three travellers. Due to the unfortunate and tragic circumstances in Palestine the tour was cancelled… I was contacted by Tazkiya tours and given an option for a refund or to book onto another tour or await the next tour to Al Aqsa… Due to personal circumstances I requested a refund and without hesitation or any issues my full refund was processed in a timely and professional manner… I fully intend to re-book with Tazkiyah inshallah when the situation is better and we are allowed to visit… A great professional service which left me very impressed… Thank you to the team at Tazkiyah for your service….

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah - by the will of Allah I can say I’ve had the pleasure of being part of a Tazkiyyah tours umrah trip, and in the month of Ramadan nonetheless. From the outset the support from admins Sajid and guidance from Qari Makki was excellent, you really feel at ease with the communication that they give you, always on hand to answer any questions or remedy any issues that come up whether it’s a visa or delay getting somewhere, the brothers always have a plan and back up plan. I would highly recommend an Umrah trip with Tazkiyyah tours, it was my first umrah and I can say assuredly it was an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic experience: My family and I went to Umrah this Ramadan (2023) with Tazkiyah Tours. It was my first time so I was very nervous and full of questions! They had a pre-trip seminar which was very informative and also gave us a chance to ask questions… no one was made to feel silly for asking questions that may have seemed obvious to others. Cannot thank Brother Sajid and Qari Makki enough for the advice and guidance they provided, both before and during, the whole process. It’s tough to organise any ziyarahs during Ramadan, but they managed to do this for us in Madinah which we appreciated so much! They were very upfront and honest about what our expectations should be upon reaching Makkah, as it was a very busy time so that it wasn’t too much of a shock to the system when we got there. I feel very privileged to have been able to visit Masjid Al Nabawi and Masjid Al Haraam with this group, and would recommend them to anyone who is planning to go themselves. You’ll be in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I booked Tazkiyah tours for my trip to masjid Al Aqsa and had a good experience from start to finish. They supported us through and took care of our needs throughout the holiday including the airport security at landing and departure from Tel Aviv. The hotel was comfortable and the buffet food provided for breakfast and dinner was good. Overall the trip was good value and the masjid is well worth a visit for everyone. I learnt a lot on my visit thanks to all the talks and sights visited during the trip.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to with how well Tazkiyah Tours treated me in my Umrah trip. It was my first Umrah trip and everything was very well planned out day to day. We had a good routine, that neither felt overwhelming or too little but was perfect. The hotels were both 5* and to my knowledge they were as good as they got in both Makkah and Madinah. Everything was smooth, the buses were great and the operators assisted us at all times when we needed. As well as performing Umrah, the tour leaders took us on a Ziyarah, everything was explained greatly, which really benefited us in terms of knowledge. During free time, the tour operators made effort taking us around Madinah and Makkah and as young men, this made our trip not only great spiritually but fun. Jazak’Allah Khayr to Sajid for looking after us and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My name is Sajida and this was my 3rd umrah, SubhanAllah it was the far best umrah, In the past when we did umrah just by ourselves with families, yes it was slightly cheaper but very very stressful. This time when I went on my 3rd umrah November 2021 I was able to compare a great difference of travelling by yourself or with Tazkiya Tours, we had English speaking sheiks with a vast knowledge of Islam, SubhanAllah. Alhumdillah we had 5 star service throughout. five star hotel in madina called zam zam and 5 star Hotel in makkah called Conrad and both hotels were literally 2 mins walk away from the Haram, which was a blessing as the swollen ankles and blistered feet couldn't have walked further. Tazkiya Tour staff where the best and were there for our every need, Guided us step by step all the while explaining in detail the history and importance behind all the places we visited, They also did extra activities for the younger generation with only one goal in mind and that was for them to get get closer to Allah SWT which actually puts Tazkiya Tours apart from the rest of the Travel agencies, and if you have younger children and you want them to get closer to their deen then this is if not one of the best company to go with. They made sure all our needs were taken care of, inn shaa Allah will be taking my children to do umrah with Tazkiya tours in the near future.

Fantastic experience: What An Experience! Tazkiyah Tour Delivers! Alhumdullilah, I was given the opportunity to travel to the blessed lands of Makkah and Medina. Being my first time, I had looked at many companies and wasn't able to find the correct one for me. But after recommendations of Tazkiyah, I am glad I went with them. From the get go, they were very informative, stayed in constant communication with us in regards to the new covid rules and procedures of preforming the Umrah. They gave a full insight on the procedure via a seminar and webinar by Brother Sajid and Sheikh Ali on what to expect from the trip. Alhumdulliah, I noticed that most people who I travelled with were really open and friendly and easy to get along with and certainly met a lot of brothers I will be staying in contact with. The flights timings were excellent as you travelled from UK in the afternoon and arrive in Saudi early morning. The hotels which we checked into both in Medina and Makkah were excellent. 5* Hotels with amazing breakfast. Both being 2 min walks from the masjids. First time going, not knowing the place, not knowing the language was not a barrier as everything was planned. All the brothers going out to eat together (trying camel meat) ... its actually nice and would highly recommend and gaining knowledge from the Sheikh and sitting after fajr for quran circles. The tour was very organised, we were shown all the main ziyarahs in both cities as well as given the freedom to explore and do extra activities by ourselves. In all I would say that if you are going for umrah and want a spiritual and be able to gain knowledge, tazkiyah tours is the one for you. In sha Allah i have already made plans i will be using them again for next trip with them in Feb 2023. I just want to thank brother Sajid, Shoaib and Sheikh Ali for making this a trip, I will never forget!!

I was always apprehensive about going with a group to umrah as all my life I have travelled alone there. The group organisers were very helpful every step of the way and the fact that they had years and years of experience did show . I felt like my umrah was truly fulfilled to the best of my ability. Fantastic experience: Hajj 2020 Despite the trip itself being cancelled Br Sajid kept us informed throughout the process and was always helpful and responsive to any queries we had. Once the cancellation had been confirmed Br Sajid reachee out promptly to inform us and provide the options available and ensured a full refund was provided quickly (within two weeks of cancellation being announced).

Fantastic experience: I have been with my family to Umrah in 2019 and it was the best experience ever. Sajid was a great tour guide and this made us want to book Hajj 2020. We paid our deposits and unfortunately due to Corona Hajj was cancelled. However the way in which it was dealt was fantastic. Sajid updated the entire group regularly and individually messaged us and gave us options to either continue over to hajj next year or give deposits back. Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended Tazkiyah to me, which I thought was a good idea, so I decided to go through with it (Umrah Feb 2020). Having reserved a spot, I decided to read some of the reviews (probably should've done it before reserving a spot), some of the reviews made me a bit uneasy... but it truly was a nonsense. Sajid was soooo amazing (may Allah preserve him and his team ameen), he was patient (which was really needed, and so many other people wouldn't have managed to remain calm!), accommodating, very kind and soooo welcoming. The Shaykh he has chosen to go with, was also such a blessing! Allahumma barik lahum. Last but not least, the people within our group were also sooo amazing, it truly made the trip even better. I would not have changed any part of my experience: it was truly a spiritual journey, rather than just physical trip. Insha'Allah would definitely go again with Tazkiyah Tours, whether that be for Umrah, Hajj, Bosnia, Jerusalem, or anything else they offer. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah for such an eye opening trip to Andalusia. We traveled on Wednesday and returned on Saturday night. Although I booked through Tazkiyah, we had Al Amanah tour group members accompanying us too. Brother Fazal did a fantastic job of making sure it all went well Mash’allah. From our religious guide Dr Uthman Lateef, to our history guide Tariq to our Urdu speaking Mufti Abdul Wahab, the experience was amazing and very informative as well as spiritually uplifting. No time was wasted as we travelled from one city to the next our journey beginning from Malaga airport to Seville to Cordoba to Granada to Al Pujara mountain range and finally back to Malaga. We visited Al Hambra palace and gardens which was the highlight for me. What made this journey unique is the knowledge that the tour guide Tariq imparted about Islamic Spain and our heritage. This trip is a must not only for the elderly but especially for the youth who are suffering from an identity crisis about who they are and where they belong. My son who accompanied me on this trip said this is exactly what he needed Alhamdulillah

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister went on our first umrah with tazkiyah tours in the last ten days of ramadhan, it is possiby the busiest time to go other than Hajj time. Tazkiyah crew took care of us provided us with a great hotel and always made sure via the whatsapp group that everyone was okay at the end of each day and they made sure they contact them if there were any problems. Positive experience: I had been following Tazkiyah Tours on Facebook since they started the company, merely because of their amazing photos of Makkah & Madina. So for my first Hajj, I decided to choose to travel with them. All the services were ok, just the paperwork took them slightly longer than normal, e.g. Sending back updated invoices once you have paid them a couple of grand... Which was slightly concerning as the amount you pay them was not a small amount. But all in all, I had a memorable experience, and would recommend Tazkiyah Tours to all. Fantastic experience: Asalamu alaykum I chose Tazkiya to go for Umrah during the last 10 nights of Ramadan. From the start I spoke with Sajid the tour operator who was very helpful and booking was simple and easy. Arrived at the airport and checking in was smooth. Boarded a connecting flight to Cairo and then to Jeddah. Same in coming back from Madinah airport. I must mention EgyptAir were atrocious there and back. But I didnt expect much of them anyway, and some form of discomfort should be expected in travelling. We arrived in Jeddah and surprisingly everything went well and quickly in comparison to previous trips I had been on. The coach to Makkah was brilliant. All in part due to good work from Tazkiyah. Arrived at the hotel in Makkah in good time on yawmul Jummuah where the group was briefed. And we headed off to our rooms. LeMeridianTowers in Makkah was a fair distance from the haram with a private shuttle bus service to and from the masjid (free i might add). I was worried the service would be poor but I was very pleasantly suprised. The service was actually exceptional, and even during the busy days of Jummuah and Eid, travel to and from the Haram was easy. The hotel itself was also pretty good. Having experienced 3* close to the Haram on Ibrahim al Khalil Rd, at a similar price this hotel was a very good deal. Clean, good amenities, good food, and services including laundry, cleaning. The only drawback being its distance from the Haram. I would definitely stay here again. The tour leaders were all very good with their advice and did their best to aid the mutamireen. I completed my Umrah easily, and then went on to enjoy the rest of my time in the haram focusing on ibadah. I was able to do so much in part thanks to how easy Tazkiyah facilitated my journey and I had a brilliant time to yawmul Eid. With Eid completed it was time to depart Makkah. We were constantly updated via whatsapp with regard to updates. We headed to Madinah. Again very smoothly. The hotel there was reasonable, and a short walk from the masjid. We were only there a short while, although it would have been good to spend more time here I was still able to get alot done. Only negative is that no food was available from the hotel so you had to eat out. The journey back was arduous mainly in part to EgyptAir who as I have previously mentioned, were very poor. But we made it home safe , having had an amazing 10 days in Makkah. Alhamdulillah ala ni'mati al Islam.. Alhamdulillah for His blessings and calling us for Umrah during these auspicious days. There is always room for improvement. No journey is perfect.. Would definitely go with Tazkiyah again
