Fantastic experience: I had real trouble choosing a holiday that met all our needs this year. I popped into Tui Horsham and was met with Gemma who was amazing! She was very patient with us and sent us some optionsfor me to mull over. I tried to book online and came across some problems, so popped in store a few days later. Gemma spent a long time trying to sort out the issues, but got there in the end and then our holiday was booked in a jiffy! Thankyou so much Gemma, I'll certainly use you again to book future holidays!

Fantastic experience: Gemma at TUI in Horsham was phenomenal. She was very conscientious and considerate of our needs. We have a disabled son and she made sure that we were confident that all of his needs were covered. She also made notes in the diary to allow plenty of time to follow things through in time for our departure. Even though she was wearing many hats that day, dealing with currency and other enquiries, she made sure that we weren’t compromised in any way. Courteous, attentive, detail orientated - Gemma is well worth speaking to when considering booking your holiday. TUI Horsham is also the most competitive for Foreign Exchange rates in Horsham.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a trip to Cyprus with lovely Keira! She was so helpful, took the time to go through all the options with us and advised us on the best flights etc. I’d highly recommend going to her over just doing things online as she was able to recommend and do things slowly for us as a family.

Fantastic experience: Now mostly retired and with time to travel outside of school holidays (yippee!!) we have found Tui! Just booked another trip with Horsham Tui, this time with a very personable and extremely helpful Keira! All staff at the branch have excelled in helping and guiding us through bookings, they are clearly a great team with interest, enthusiasm and a will to help! Good job Keira and Tui team.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I went into the Horsham shop today to book a week away to Tenerife & was served by Keira who we have to say was very helpful & polite & sorted out our break away efficiently & with a smile even walking us to the door when we left. Fantastic experience: Tui Manager Kim dealt with us today. She was extremely efficient and unflustered when dealing with our two bookings particularly the welfare side of things for me. I have a high regard for her and her staff which is why we always chose to do our bookings at Horsham and have done for a good few years.

Fantastic experience: We went in today to book our summer holiday for next year. We were welcomed by Gemma, and even though we went in with a destination and hotel in mind, she ran through everything with us and gave us the reassurance we needed to book a family holiday with two toddlers and a older child. TUI is our go too, to book holidays as nothing is ever a problem for them.

Fantastic experience: We turned up at 4pm on a Saturday, knowing it was a bit cheeky of us to go in, that late in the day and book a full holiday... However, Emily was absolutely delighted to help us, and was so excited to plan our trip. She took all of our key criteria and found us the perfect holiday to Santorini. She even emailed the hotel on our behalf and made some personal requests for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Emily and will be back to book our next trip with her!

Negative experience: Never dealing with this two bob firm again Sold a sub standard holiday to Corfu which they aren't willing to do anything about, and the customer service is shocking!!!

Fantastic experience: We have visited TUI Horsham twice looking to book a holiday offering some Winter sun. Emily greeted us in a very cheerful way and spent time listening to our needs and offering her suggestions. Sadly our ideal holiday was a little bit out of our budget. Emily was quick to find alternatives that did come within budget. After spending a good hour and a half we left with lots of ideas. We returned a week later and on arrival Emily was just going to lunch. She said don't worry and promptly tried getting us to sit down. We insisted she had her lunch and we would go and have a coffee and be back. A little while later we returned and spent another hour looking at options and Emily was adamant that we make the right choice. We settled on a week in Lanzarote towards the end of the year and are really excited. A huge thanks to Emily, and the other staff, at TUI Horsham. Exceptional service

Fantastic experience: Booking a trip to Tenerife, identical holiday to last year. I had an idea of costs prior to visiting the shop and Emily happily confirmed them. She was very confident, friendly and had a lovely personality. She showed me how to use the TUI App and came over thoroughly professional. I have used the Horsham shop for the last 10 years and have no reason to change.

Fantastic experience: Gemma was an absolute gem and a credit to TUI. Having booked many TUI holidays online I had been having issues accessing the website for a 'last-minute' Xmas getaway and went into store for help. We had already got a 'shortlist' and Gemma went through the pros and cons of the Hotels explaining everything in detail and we got everything booked very quickly, even matching the website price. She even offered to do our APIs if we came back with our passports and also boarding passes if we wanted to pre-check-in.
