Fantastic experience: Booking a holiday in the Tui store was very easy. Chelsie was very polite, friendly and helpful. It was a 5* service for us and we recommend to everyone to try and book in store as they will give you their best advice. Thank you Tui Hayes

Negative experience: We came in on a Tuesday evening. There were 3 staff it was very busy. They were very over worked. Need more staff. On top of this I booked a holiday to Cyprus and the female staff member told me I could dine at the Italian restaurant at our hotel Louis Ledra Beach June 2024. On arrival to the hotel I was told that we couldn’t dine at the Italian restaurant due to us only staying 4 night. Absolutely disgusting. I always book with TUI but this is my first complaint. I then called this store and the manager was completely unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Suzanne 16/2/25 to book our holiday for my daughters 30th birthday, she was fantastic! There are four of us going and I was responsible for getting it all booked correctly…. I shouldn’t have worried Suzanne took care of everything for us it was easy simple and stress free. From parking at the airport to organising assistance (I’m disabled) private transfers making sure our cottages were all correct and advising us on excursions, travel insurance and airport lounges. If your booking a trip away go and speak with her you’ll get a fabulous in person service that is second to none 10/10 expect me back next year…

Fantastic experience: Visited Hayes Tui today and was attended to by Bethany. Bethany looked up holidays for myself and my sister in law. Nothing was too much trouble, we were not rushed and any questions we had Bethany advised us. We not only booked the holiday, we took out insurance and managed to get our euros too ! We had been quite indecisive about what we was looking for but Chloe helped us pick a lovely resort and her knowledge about the country was really informative. Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing. Having initially booked a few excursions, I wanted Tui's help in amending one of them and the staff were super helpful! They were very friendly and gave amazing advice. I really wanted to get a few things confirmed and Chelsie (hope I spelt it correctly) was on the case straight away and followed up first thing in the next morning! They are a little pricey but definitely worth the peace of mind and the fact that you can be rest assured you are covered.

Fantastic experience: We searched for a TUI Shop as we don’t have one locally. So glad we chose Hayes shop, as we were helped by the most wonderful young lady called Laeticia. We had our holiday cancelled on the 19th July due to the IT outage. After spending 9 hours at Gatwick we were told it had been cancelled. We rang TUI Saturday but no one seemed to be able to help. Laeticia was amazing helping us amend our holiday and liaisoning with TUI online. She was very caring and compassionate about our needs. She took her time explaining everything to us and we never felt pressurised into making a decision. We came away feeling a lot more relieved, and can not thank Laeticia enough for her help. We will definitely be going back there in future to book, rather than online.

Fantastic experience: Edited to add another great visit- On Friday 3 May 2024 my husband and I called in the morning as we wanted to book a last minute getaway. Chelsie was helpful over the phone and in person at the store and we were able to book smoothly. Thank you Chelsie! We have been into the Hayes store several times. All the staff have been friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. On our visit today Kirstie was extremely helpful in resolving a problem we had with our booking (our fault not Tui’s). Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday with Courteney S. over the phone. I was unable to come into the branch due to my work schedule but she kindly accommodated me over the phone instead. She listened to all my holiday requirements - dates, holiday type, accommodation wishes, extras that I wanted, and sent me a list of packages to pick from. She also explained to me what I need to look for when booking an all inclusive holiday to make sure I am booking somewhere I will be happy with. After picking the right place she talked me through all the next steps, dates for payments and how to set up my account online. She really was so helpful and patient and I will definitely be coming back to Courteney to book my next trip.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go to book a holiday my friend and I have been going to tui for the last 8 years first for a package holiday and then we started going on tui cruises . The staff at the tui shop in Uxbridge which is now on top floor of next in Hayes are so helpful we wouldn’t go anywhere else . We are both not tech experts and there is no issue going in for them to download boarding passes book seats etc . They are so helpful we do our travel insurance with them which seems as competitive as online and get our currency at the same time . The staff offer a first class service . Would fully recommend a visit to the tui travel shop . We are going on our 4th tui ship cruise next week and we have never been disappointed with the service onboard too

The store was very busy when I arrived but I was seen within an hour as Suzanne arranged for a call back. Great insight by Bethany in helping to choose our holiday and taking into account our requirements. Great follow up and service on the phone also. One of the best customer service experiences in booking a trip. Great management by Suzanne and attention to detail from Bethany.

Fantastic experience: I have booked an all inclusive trip to Cancun with my friends. Our travel agent and expert was Kai, he went above and beyond. Not only did he find us the best 5* resort in the whole of cancun but then continued to inform us of all the Do’s and Dont’s for Mexico and made us fully aware of everything to expect upon arrival. We are super impressed with Kai’s level of professionalism and service at the Hayes branch and we really hope that this is recognised by his senior members of staff.
