Fantastic experience: Used Eston Coaches to see Abba Voyage, Saturday 19th July 3.00 showing. Picked up Cromer Road Norwich 8.30am. Driver was amazing, an absolute asset to the company, lot of banter while also being very professional. Made the trip very enjoyable both there and return. Coach very clean and comfortable. The whole event was very well planned and executed. Will definetly use Easton Coaches again. Hats off to you, brilliant organisation, Thank you Sylvia

Fantastic experience: Day trip to the Great Central railway with lunch on the train with our very capable and helpful driver Joe.

Negative experience: Just returned from Easton tour to Torquay which was very poor. The hotel for the 7 days was run down and not as advertised. We booked a double room, but we were put in a room which had four beds forced into a room that would have been cramped as a double. The guttering outside the window was blocked and dripped constantly which spoiled our sleep. There linen was not changed all week and the room was filithy. The bar was not stocked and run by teenagers, who could not manage to produce a gin and lemonade without four attempts. Sink in the bedroom blocked for flour days despite being reported daily. The only saving grace was the restaurant staff. Would avoid this trip at all costs. While the hotel was mostly the issueEastons failed to check the quality of the accommodation. We would not use Easton holidays again and have booked with another company for our next trip for a week at half the cost. Very poor

Fantastic experience: Day trip to Brugge with Easton's. The coach was extremely comfortable, I was so pleased. Plenty of leg room, and I'm 6ft 2. The drivers Adam and Dave were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, funny and looked after us well. Would not hesitate to travel with Easton's again.

Fantastic experience: We has the royal albert hall Christmas carol show and it was brilliant, worth every penny. We had perfect seats for us as my daughter struggles with her mobility.the driver was very helpful and calm amid the terrible weather in the middle of .well done Easton

Fantastic experience: The trip to Cadbury world on the 31st of October 2024,the driver was happy to answer questions that my 10year old grandson had about the journey, well informed of what time scale for our trip, definitely will travel with them again.

Fantastic experience: Had a really enjoyable trip with Easton's to the Call the Midwife tour at Chatham Docks. Booking was easy, good instructions to find the pick up point. The coach was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the coach did break down on the return journey, no-ones fault - these things happen. Dean, the driver, was very professional and friendly and put all his passengers at ease. No-one on board minded at all, mainly down to Dean's fantastic conduct. Overall a big thumbs up, five stars and highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to use Easton's again.

Negative experience: Appalling service. Missed the coach as no proper instructions of where to wait on the ticket and not from the area of where the coach stopped. I'm a pensioner and can not afford to waste money on a company that can not give specific instructions on a waiting area. No compensation offered and certainly will not be using this sub standard service in the future.

Negative experience: Today I went on a day excursion to Leeds Castle in Kent. I was a single traveller, and although the castle itself was an okay experience, the coach driver was very unwelcoming towards me, never made any effort to speak to me, and when I departed the coach - ignored me when I thanked him, before thanking the people directly before and after me in the queue. There would have been no feasible reason for this, other than a third party having an impact on the way I was treated. The whole experience has left me unhappy, made me feel isolated (which is hard anyway being a single traveller) and distressed. I ask Eastons tours as a company to provide me with an explanation as to why this happened, so I can take the necessary steps to stop this happening in future.

Fantastic experience: Our family recently had the pleasure of taking a trip to the London Museums with Easton Coaches, and I can't speak highly enough of our driver, Ryan! From start to finish, he brought incredible energy and enthusiasm to the experience. His excellent manner and extensive knowledge made every moment enjoyable and informative. Not to mention, Ryan's cracking waistcoat was a fantastic touch that added to his vibrant personality! His ability to weave humor into his narration kept the entire group engaged and entertained, making the history and stories behind our journey to London come alive in a way that was both fun and educational. It truly felt like we weren’t just learning but experiencing the rich culture and heritage of London. Without a doubt, I would give Ryan and Easton Coaches a five-star rating! He made our trip not just memorable but truly special. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for an exceptional guide for their London adventures!

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from a 6day holiday to Cornwall to Doc Martin village with Eastons. Great holiday from beginning to end, organised very well, taxi pick up worked very well..hotel food was very good, driver very good. Maybe a tiny critiscism had day & half free time not always easy for people to find something to do but also can see that driver needs a break. Have used Eastons several times will do again, a plus they dont use feeder coaches.

Negative experience: Having just had an Easton holiday, I was disappointed that being disabled that was not taken into consideration. Easton ,didn’t pass that information onto the hotel I was booked into. On my return I was taxied via Bungay to get to Lowestoft I expected that I would be straight home at 7pm after travelling all day.

Positive experience: Great trip. Coach was clean, comfortable and driver Adam kept us all well informed. Superb value for money and will most definitely use again.

Positive experience: My with and daughter went to the Ideal Home Show yesterday. They both had a nice time only problem being just over 4 hours to see the lot. Unfortunately they missed quite a lot of the shows going on. Got there 11.55 home 4.10 pm not very long

Fantastic experience: Just come back from the York trip. It was my first time on a coach holiday and would definitely do it again.

Positive experience: We have been on 4 holidays and several day trips as seen in their brochure. Comfortable Mercedes coaches with a toilet if needed. Hot and cold drinks available on board. My recommendation if staying on one of their holidays is to see if the hotel can provide a packed lunch as this can save you a lot of money on excursions. Usually a 3* hotel and food is generally very good. Everyone is different and ones expectations are different, but we found a very good family business.

Very good company - used quite a lot on day trips Friendly drivers Offers local trips around East Anglia and London (theatre trips and tourist sites) Also holidays further afield If you live in South Norfolk get the coach from Harford Park and Ride - can park all day for free and coach collects and drops off right near your car !! (If you live north of the city you can also park for free at their base at Stratton Strawless)
