Fantastic experience: Amazing service and friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure your holiday is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go above and beyond. I have always been extremely happy with the hotels/holidays that Oyster provide and constantly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Always use Oyster Travel. Nothing too much trouble. Had problems in Majorca booking our return seats/boarding passes and a quick email to Oyster and all sorted! The staff there also manage to put together packages that are not in the brochures

They spend two hours making arrangements for five people with certain requirements. The staff had personal experience of the hotels giving us their honest views of each. Our holiday in Cyprus, flying from Norwich, met by private taxi and taken to a lovely hotel this is what we wanted. Well done you efficient, friendly ladies.
