While many parts of Hajj via Nusuk are outside any travel agency’s control, Hasan Travel & Tours did everything possible to support us and resolve issues with local Saudi providers. As a pilgrim, you have to accept these limitations, but with them by your side, you’ll feel reassured and well cared for. Fantastic experience: I overlook a organisation that makes Islam accessible to Deaf people (Al Isharah). We have completed two Deaf accessible Umrah trips with Hasan Travel & Tours in 2023 & 2024, and MashAllah they always exceed all expectations. I took a group of 50 people, with varying needs. The brothers from Hasan Travels (both br Muhtadi and Sh. Mishkat) were extremely diligent in their planning and execution. They went out of their way during every part of the process. Their communication was prompt, they made expectations clear and their advice was spot on. Being seasoned Umrah and Hajj providers, they knew exactly what would be suitable for our group and were very professional in their dealings with us. Sheikh Mishkat was our tour guide during the trip. He made himself available pretty much 24/7, and there was never a sense of getting annoyed from all the questions, requests or anything we asked of him. We learned so much from him as a group. They are super active regarding giving advice, answering questions, spiritual guidance. Nusuk Hajj application was very complicated, however they guided us effectively with useful impact. In the end, everything was very smoothly done and well delivered. Hotels, transport, everything was well managed during Haj time. Even after finishing Hajj they are giving us advice. I am highly satisfied with them and all of our fellow Hajjis are also very pleased with them. Fantastic experience: Hassan packages Is literally the best decision you can make. You know your in the best hands with them. They take precise care and make every detail and every hour of your journey super special and a moment to remember. They are super friendly, easy to get along with and ensure you are put with the best people in your room and with your families from the begginining to the very end. Everyone goes on about Al Bait packages however all the people who chose this didnt have such a personal special experience as we did. There are times they hardly sleep and they are putting so much hard work in the background but they never let you feel their tiredness or anything. They explain everything in detail, there for you every minute of the day, help you out in seconds of messaging them or ringing them. Even in the London seminar we were given so much time and they fed us so much already, I was not expecting that at all. We all had such a good experience and felt like they were family we were truly sad to leave their side. I highly recommend you to choose them, you will not regret it one bit. Also I must add the amount of gifts and bottles and all the things they provide is endless so please don't buy bottles and umbrellas. They also prepare your cards ensure to send out reminders on the group and check up on you. It's amazing. People say Hajj is hard but hand held on heart I didn't feel much of that at all and I truly believe it was because it was Hassan travels.

I dont know how to put into words the level of hospitality , helpfulness , and guidance these brothers provide. We booked through nusuk having no idea about hasan travel, but I could never go again without them. Pros- everything. Cons - These guys will leave you feeling emotionally empty about leaving after all the bonds and friendships formed with the group. Our guide was Maher and he went beyond for us, always informing us promptly and we never felt lost. Sheikh mishkat and sheikh yunus provided us with the most amazing naseehah throughout the whole journey. Brother Muhtadi is an absolute workhorse and you dont want anybody except him pulling the strings for your next hajj & umrah. We went for the package we liked on nusuk with no choice on the guides, but with the option of a choice I would still go with these guys! They guided us throughout the nusuk platform with very informative graphics, phone support and seminars. During hajj we were guided with informative, clear and with empathy. As individuals varied in their state of health and knowledge. The choice of hotels were selected to best suit the pilgrim and it really did enhance our ability for worship, making prayer at the masjid everyday feasible. It was my first time doing Umrah as well and from February-Hajj season they provided resources on their YouTube channel to help with understanding the booking process on Nusuk as well as post booking to understand the rituals of Hajj and Umrah. All of the team, particularly Muhtadi who was our group leader during Hajj were responsive immediately on WhatsApp or Telegram and kept us informed even things did not go totally as planned, Alhamdulillah nothing was over or under promised and they were very organised and knowledgeable. Thanks to Zakiyah and Adillah in the sisters group who looked after us in Mina and throughout Hajj, not every travel group provides women guides etc... so this was really helpful for us to have a space to ask women related questions to knowledgeable women. We stayed in Vocco hotel in Makkah which was reasonably close to haram for hajj. Medina we stayed in view Al Medina that’s was very close too. Fantastic experience: Went Ziyarah with this company and I have to say it was a 10/10 experience. Very informative and pleasant. We went to various places across Makkah such as Arafat and Jabal Al Nour. Went to a museum at Jabal Al Nour which was such a cinematic and eye opening experience. Negative experience: Sadly I’ve noticed a decline in service from this travel agency. It’s difficult to reach them, and when I do, they often promise to call or email back but don’t follow through. Recently, I inquired about an Umrah package and was assured a quotation by email, but it never arrived. Unfortunately, I had to turn to another agency. They used to be reliable, but their recent complacency is disappointing. I hope they improve and return to their previous standard of service.

Now I want to talk about our guides. We had a Hasan hajj team, and I don't know where to start from. Hasan hajj is a family business that is based in east London. The whole family was so helpful throughout the whole journey of our hajj. They made it nice and easy for us. My whole hajj journey was amazing. They organised the whole hajj packages very carefully . Starting from Jeddah airport to makkah hotels, mina etc. They are very knowledgeable and we could just rely upon them. From initial contact stage Brother Muhtadi was there to give guidance and support on getting registered on the system, they held several webinars prior to the booking date to guide people through the logistics of the booking process as well as be on hand during the manic rush when the website went live, they were there to provide instant support. In preparation for the Hajj journey itself, throughout the Hajj days and after, they spared no effort to make sure everyone was catered for and looked after and had guides available throughout all the rituals. From the brilliant spiritual guides Sheikh Mishkat and Sheikh Abul Kamal to the logistics of transport from entry to Saudi and exit after Hajj was well planned to make best out of a huge operation. Fantastic experience: There are many Hajj tour operators across the U.K. however, Hasan Hajj was a name that kept cropping up from those who had previously been for Hajj - they seemed to have an undeniably formidable reputation. I took the first step for my Hajj 2024 journey by registering my interest with Hasan Hajj and a 2nd provider, Al Rajhi (I didn’t proceed with the latter - not because I hadn’t heard good things but because I had heard more info and detail about Hasan Hajj’s service). I received an email notification from Hasan Hajj approx 2 months prior to Ramadan advising me that I should register with the Nusuk app and complete/upload all the information requested for my bio (name, address. DOB, image, passport info, passport copy, passport size image). Once this had been done, there was an online seminar which was held advising us on how to navigate the Nusuk app. I found the process to be a little challenging however, I went to the Hasan Hajj Office and met with the Logistics Manager and one of Spiritual Guides. They explained the entire process to me (shifting, non shifting, premium, luxury, costs, benefits of group flight vs customs flights, etc). They even gave me a tutorial on how to checkout when the Nusuk system goes live for payments/booking packages. So when the system had gone live for bookings (mid-Ramadan), I had a very good idea of how to login and checkout with minimal fuss and giving me the best probable chance for a positive outcome and Alhamdulilah, I managed to book during Phase 2. Hasan Hajj were in touch to check bio info and package booked aligned. They did the same when the e-visas were issued and again when the group flight tickets were issued. There were several seminars about 6-3 weeks prior to departing for Hajj. These were on the Heritage of Hajj, objectives of Hajj, fiqh and adab of Hajj. They also covered what to pack for each part of Hajj, the religious rulings, FAQs with Q&A sessions as well as spiritual advice. The team clearly had bags of experience stemming as far back as 1978. They could speak a variety of languages (English, Arabic, Urdu and Bangla). They were polite, patient and customer focused. And this continued to be the case throughout the entire trip. From London to Saudi and back, they held our hand every step of the way. There was no information overload and they were super helpful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and I heard from other pilgrims upon returning from Hajj about their experiences with their providers and they were envious. I was actually trying to book for my mother in law and thought that we wouldn’t be able to go. Going Makkah first and straight into Umrah was a bit tiring for the family but Mishkat and team made everything straightforward and easy with step by step guidance along the way. Mishkat was very knowledgeable having lived and studied in Saudi and his fluency in Arabic came in handy. Was willing to travel from Lancashire to go with Hasan Travel. From initial inquiry to booking Muhtadi answered all questions promptly and utube seminars and live seminar was good preparation. After hearing my sisters and brother in-laws experience, I didn’t look else where. My brother in-law forwarded me Muhtadi’s number, I contacted him that day, he was very quick and responsive. Within that day I booked my Umrah package for me and my son, the process was so quick and simple. Very polite and helpful also forwarded me the YouTube links to the seminars they previously had funnily enough I came across the same video the day before, I contacted Muhtadi that to me was a sign Allah, alhamdurilllah. Anytime I had a question I would message Muhtadi via what’s app within couple minutes I received a reply. That init self showed how reliable they are. I was constantly updated with many useful information regarding Umrah and when the seminar will be carried out etc. On the day of Umrah Mishkat guided us throughout the whole Umrah reciting duas etc alhamdurilllah me and my son completed our umrah. Unfortunately after completing umrah, I became unwell, but I knew my son was in safe hands where Mishkat and Maher took my son with them for prayers etc. Allah reward them always for what they have done. When ever I found myself in a situation, I didn’t know what to do, I would ask Mishkat, who was there to help whenever needed. Mishkat went out of his way to show us around the food court in clock tower which was on the 3rd floor and also guided to Safa Tower where you can get Bengali food from, for those who love their Bengali food lol. All in all the whole experience was amazing, they made it so easy, always talking about the history of Mecca & Madina and also shared the life experiences while living in Madina. Alhamdurilllah I have had most amazing time I can’t wait to go back, when I do Insha Allah, I will book with Hasan Travel & Tours again no doubt about it. Fantastic experience: I was blessed to go to Hajj 2023 / 1444 and after the debacle of booking through Nusuk I was allocated Hasan Travel & Tours as our guides. Nusuk didn't provide us with a choice in the process of selecting the guides and we were concerned as we are based near Birmingham and Hasan Travel & Tours is in London. Once the handover was completed from Nusuk to Hasan Travel & Tours all my worries disappeared. The communication from the Hasan team which is a family run business was great. We managed to attend in person the training seminar to understand the itinerary and the rights, you could really feel the love and experience when the Hasan team spoke in order to ensure we have a successful Hajj. Once on the ground in Saudi Arabia the Hasan Travel & Tours team were great, always had a smile on their faces with insightful reassuring words and you could tell we were an extension of their family. The Hasan Travel & Tours team can speak multiple languages, primary English but others include Arabic, Urdu, Bengali etc which is great as if there are any issues on the ground they can use there wealth of experience to remediate.
