Fantastic experience: Visted the TUI store in East Kilbride on Saturday looking for some information on booking a holiday for 2026 and was assisted by a lovely polite member of staff called Niamh who took the time to sit and go through all of my options. She was extremely helpful and answered any queries I had. Nothing was too much hassle. Great store and staff.

Fantastic experience: Have had an amazing experience in store from Lynsey & the Team! We experienced poor service through a local competitor who cancelled our holiday at short notice. Lynsey & Niamh took on the challenge to find us a holiday to suit our needs at such short notice. Lynsey recommended Riu Monica and we had a fabulous time prompting us to pop back in and book a cruise and also back to Riu Monica! Wouldn't recommend any other agents, Lynsey & Team have been great and the TUI overseas team are also amazing

Fantastic experience: Just booked a wee last minute trip with Lynsey and mags, they both done an amazing job and got me such a great deal, managed to get a much better deal than hays travel offered for the same holiday. Fantastic experience: I normally do my own research and then book holidays online but I had a couple of questions I needed answered so phoned the website number. I got put through to Niamh at the East Kilbride branch and she was so helpful with my questions! She also went out of her way to find even more information for me and then sorted out the rest of my booking over the phone. It was a real pleasure to deal with someone so professional and friendly instead of the usual anonymous form filling. I will be contacting her again for all my future bookings.

Fantastic experience: Was in today at tui East Kilbride and was dealt with initially by Kira who was happy to spend time helping me decide what I was wanting, no alterations or deviations were a problem. Left to discuss with husband and when I called to take offer I was dealt with by Claire who picked up where Kira left off but Claire is obviously a cruise fanatic and yer infectious joy of causing and all the hints and tips she gave me were brilliant. Fantastic experience: My husband and I who are both in our 70's and I am disabled, found the staff Jenny and David, very knowlegdeable, friendly and helpful, we could not praise them highly enough. They were able to advise us on the most suitable holiday and helped with advice re transport taxis, and hotel room. They could foresee and difficulties that disabled people may encounter and in our experience solved all our problems/needs. We would like to thank them both and if the holiday at Levante Cala Bona lives up to the booking experience we will certainly use TUI for our future holidays.

Fantastic experience: Popped in to our local Tui shop in East Kilbride to book our main family holiday for 2023. We were seen to very quickly, despite the shop being very busy. We were helped by David, who was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I still prefer the face to face interaction when booking a holiday, as opposed to booking online, and David didn't let us down. We are planning a spring break to Paris on our own, and David was very helpful in spending some time helping us to find something suitable, and nothing was too much work. We will be back to see David hopefully over the next few days to get our trip to Paris booked up also! Highly recommend this branch, they were all very pleasant.
