Fantastic experience: Very nice service and the driver is also handsome.
Negative experience: Taxi failed to arrive Driver claimed he could not find our address- nonsence !
Fantastic experience: Picked up in perfect time for london city airport, very nice driver and journey.
Positive experience: The man I spoke to on the phone to book the taxis was really helpful. Unfortunately our driver on the day was so rude and aggressive. We were waiting in the car park and realised the driver had stopped down the road. I politely asked if he could drive up to where we were as it was en route to our destination anyway but he refused. I said we could walk down to where he was parked in that case, at which point he threatened to drive off without us for making him wait. The cab was booked for 23:30 and even after the confusion we were in the cab at 23:35 so his annoyance seemed unjustified. The other two drivers we had were on time and much more friendly.

Negative experience: In the past 6 months I've had 2 of their taxi's (white car and a blue car) cut right across my lane at road junctions. The 1st one was as I was coming down the first hill in Winchelsea (towards Rye) and one came round the corner from Rye end right over into my lane before correcting his steering. The second time was Sunday afternoon (7th July) as I was coming from the Maltings out onto the main road. As I was pulling up to the Junction the idiot in the white taxi coming from the Horse & Cart end cut the juntion completely off coming into the Maltings and nearly hit my car. Do these taxi drivers have full licences?. The standard of driving by their drivers is dire which makes me question it. They now have an office at The Malthouse Business park so all residents need to be aware of their dire driving standards.
Hello Adrian. One of the car was mine and I exactly remember what happened, you were in middle of the road expecting that everyone to think that road was yours. And instead of looking at the road you were looking in to my eyes directly and swearing at me If the same thing happens to you continuously then you should judge your driving too. For now there is nothing I can do to help you. Answer to your question Our drivers have 3 types of licences.

Negative experience: Rip off. Wondering why time and half at 11pm
Hello El Maco I'm sorry that our price tariff made you upset. As a company we only work with Hackney carriage taxis plated by the local council. Prices are reviewed and decided by every local Counsil around the UK. We are only allowed to use the tariffs given to us. We have no right and no power to change the tariffs. I think all around the world after certain times tariffs changes which is around 11pm. some places even earlier than 11pm. May i kindly ask if you can reconsider about your review as my operator was not rude or disrespected you. You asked how much and he answered kindly. We didn't even get a chance to serve you. I would really appreciate it if you could remove your review as it would effect our business in a bad way. Thank you for your understanding. Hope you have a great time in Rye. And if you need a taxi at some point please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to show you the tariff boards in one of our cars that proves our tariffs are made by local Counsil.
