Fantastic experience: This is our first time doing umrah. We came back last Thursday. Very very thanks to brother hadi . He was so helpful and did excellent customer service. He contacted with me almost everyday by SMS that we are ok or not. We have been there 8 days . Without hadi we can’t even do anything. My wife and 2 kids are very happy to stayed hotel what he recommends us . The hotel was excellent and very clean and tidy . Very close to haram. 2 minutes walk from haram and it was 5 star hotel including breakfast. Hadi offers us everything including transport as well . The taxi was on time .hadi given us the best price to other agents. Alhamdulillah we had the most amazing experience with no issues at all . I would definitely recommend to others. Negative experience: I booked a 10-day Umrah package through Kaabah Tours for my parents, expecting a high standard of service with 4 to 5-star hotels as promised. The stay in Makkah was fine, but the experience in Madinah was a complete disaster. Instead of a 4 or 5-star hotel, they booked a hotel called Durrat ul Aiman, which was listed as a 3-star property on paper. In reality, it was nowhere near acceptable. From the moment my parents arrived, the room was extremely dirty—floors and surfaces were not cleaned at all over a four-day stay, and the bed sheets were stained with blood and hair. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, there was no toilet paper, and the room remained cold due to a lack of hot water. The poor hygiene and overall condition of the hotel left my parents feeling unwell, ruining what should have been a spiritual and memorable experience. For the price paid, this trip was far from what was promised, and I will never book with Kaabah Tours again.

He made sure we got the best price but did not compromise on giving us best service. Private taxi transfer he arranged was high Air condition new vehicle with relaxed seating. Taxi drivers were all very helpful/english speaking. We were unsure about madinah hotel when booking as we weren’t familiar with hotel but Awan assured us hotel would be of high standard, which it truly was. Negative experience: The Customer service was very good, but they were not professional in their actual job. My hotel was changed in the last minute and given 2.6 miles far from HARAM. later when we reached at the hotel in Makkah after a long day of journey I was told you don’t have a booking. Imagine your family waiting in a car to check in at 3 am in the morning and the taxi man was insisting to leave.I had no choice but to pay again at the reception and get the room. Guess what in all that frustration I lost one of the most important bags of my luggage the one had all my baby milk powder and bottles. Therefore after reaching Madinah the Zowar international hotel give me a small room and said your booking is for only 2 beds. I wanted to scream and swear at the the agent but I couldn’t raised my voice in the holy city of Madinah the receptionist was willing to change it for me but the hotel was packed. The Purpose of this review is not to drop their google ratings but anyone travels first time check before you leave the country and contact direct with the hotel and confirm your bookings to avoid any hustles in a new country.
