Negative experience: To begin with she putted her mobile to call not land line.that it self shows something. Second of all the lady is very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from her.

Fantastic experience: I was trying to book flights ✈ today the lady in the travel agent was sooooo helpful and very supportive managed to book off to Portugal with the best deals definitely recommended
