Fantastic experience: Highly recommend sitting down with Helen if you want the best holiday you’ve ever had! Me and my girlfriend went in there looking for holidays in Turkey, Helen did her searches and recommended a hotel in hurghada called ‘Jaz aquamarine’ she used her personal experiences and background as a former rep to make sure we had the best hotel we could get for our budget and she smashed it out the park and further, can very confidently say we will be going back to Helen for any holiday in future! 5 stars fully deserved

Fantastic experience: Lauren has always been very supportive in ensuring that for many years my husband and I have booked exactly the holiday we would most enjoy. Last year, she wowed us with her knowledge of P&O cruises and supported us in choosing the itinerary for each destination throughout our cruise on Iona. Fantastic experience: Helen must be one of the most knowledgeable people in the travel industry. She made us welcome and helped us sort fantastic holidays in Cape Verde and recently to Tenerife. Both hotels were beautiful and the food and staff were brilliant. Don't usually go back to the same place but will definitely return to these places.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I went to book a trip to Las Vegas & we were served by Claire, she was super helpful & knowlegable, this trip is for our 25th wedding anniversary next year, so Claire had an idea of our budget & she was fully aware it was a special trip for us that has been a good year in the planning. Claire got us the best deal, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was clear & direct (not pushy at all) & she is such a lovely person, the perfect ambassador for a reputable travel company, we are super impressed & will be returning to tui in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Came in today and was greeted by Helen and Lauren, they helped me with exchanging some money into euros ready for my winter break to Tenerife which Helen booked for me a couple of months ago. The refurbishment of the store looks great and the service was 10/10 as always, thank you Lauren and Helen!

Negative experience: We booked a holiday & bought our euros from Tui Birkenhead in August 2024. When we came to exchange our unspent Euros we were told they would only buy back £200 worth at the rate we bought them. At NO TIME was this ever explained to us and they were quick enough to take our £1,500 for the Euros. We were also told that it's on the receipt but by the time you get your receipt the transaction is complete, we wouldn't have agreed to your conditions & gone elsewhere if it WAS EXPLAINED. We complained in store & eventually ended up losing £90 instead of over £200. I emailed Tui complaints on the 9th September 2024 and have just received a generic reply saying that it is explained in store. Your staff are incompetent & apparently the useless woman who sold us the Euros had just returned to work after 6 years. She OBVIOUSLY needs more training & Tui need to stop ripping people off. We will NEVER use Tui again. I gave you 1 star but only because there isn't an option to give you 0 stars.

Couple booking our first holiday. Went in unsure and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Spoke to Louise and had a good, long chat, went through all the options for dates and flights and what was the best value for money. Showed us everything we needed and we ended up booking the holiday right there. Left feeling happy and excited for our holiday with everything covered. 10/10!

Positive experience: First time in Fuengirola and the Yaramar Hotel. On arrival interior was nice, modern, and clean. Reception staff where informative, helpful and warm. Hotel room not as modern as the rest of the hotel and definitely needs an update to resemble the rest of the hotel. Food was varied, delicious and appeared to cater for all, I ended up looking forward to every meal time. Staff at the restaurant where brilliant, funny and warm. Entertainment pretty poor, sometimes very poor and 14 euros for the use of the safe for the week abit wrong in my book. Location was epic, sea view was so beautiful, of an evening the view was also brilliant from our balcony, as fuengirola is a beautiful place day or night. I went for 10 days, didn't want to come home, definitely going back, next time for x2 weeks, same hotel and same season. Brilliant holiday and one I will remember for a long time. Fantastic experience: Popped in this morning with a piece of A4 paper with so many figures, dates and options on that I'd got myself in knots. And there was Micheal. The only thing I knew for definite was the itinerary I wanted, he gave me prices for several cabin options for 3 dates, no pressure or presumtion that I'd be booking...but I did, He has the patience of a Saint and a great sense of humour. Waited while I made a call to work to check I could book those dates. I had a lovely experience and Micheal and his colleague made my day. And that's why I go to Tui in Birkenhead.

After a pretty bad experience with TUI in another branch last year we are so glad we decided to give it another go. Michael was really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
