Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay in Old Harrow Barn. Eleven of us aged from 74 years to 3 years got together for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The Barn was spick and span and the heating was just perfect. Everything one could think of was supplied by the owners. The hot tub, the Casino set, the table tennis, the darts and the cinema were much appreciated. Thank you so much for letting us stay and being so helpful with your emails. Our stay was way above what we had expected. Everyone so enjoyed it that they want to come back very soon. I know that we will all have fond memories of the Old Harrow Barn. Thank you, Marie

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Pump Station in Dungeness for a friend's birthday weekend, and it was an incredible experience. The attention to detail in the design is outstanding - everything from the lighting to the kitchen utensils has been thoughtfully chosen. The space has been maximized so well that five adults fit comfortably without feeling cramped. Comms with Bloom Stays was super easy and clear. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for a unique and beautifully designed getaway.

Positive experience: The cottage was cosy and well presented and our stay was enjoyable and relaxing in a beautiful spot. The only negative was that the shower was cold however the bath was v hot! We have already recommended it to our family and would indeed return

Positive experience: Unique building in a unique and beautiful location, minimalist and industrial inside and out. Loved listening to the wind and waves in the top bedroom, so cosy. Only downside were the mattresses which were pretty uncomfortable despite mattress toppers - took a sneaky peek and they were definately too old for the spec of the property. Other than that a fab space, clean and generally well presented in one of the most special places in the UK

Fantastic experience: Plumcot Halt is a really charming accomodation based. on an old railway goods carriage. It has been converted to an exceptionally high spec and the furnishings and decor are first class. We wanted for nothing, it is really well equipped and the small space has been used really well. As a base for exploring Canterbury (20 min walk to the city centre) it is perfect. A great enclosed garden area for our dog meant we could let her outside without worrying. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had the most wonderful overnight stay in the Rumwold shepherds hut The hut is beautifully presented, Kristinas attention to detail is second to none. In a lovely location with an amazing view across the marsh! It was Valentine’s Day and we were not expecting to see such a lovely touch with heart balloons, Prosecco and chocolates- what a welcome ! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend anyone to visit! Get your wellies on and enjoy the huge sky above!!! We will be back!!! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Magical place. You could go half way round the globe and not find somewhere as way out as Dungeness. Pump House not cheap but everything absolutely top spec. I'd never go somewhere that's not at least as good as where I live.

Fantastic experience: We just spent a really special weekend at Finchcocks Oast for a joint 60th birthday celebration for my husband and his best friend. There were seven couples in all and the space was perfect for group meals, chatting over coffee, watching rugby on the telly, playing table tennis... The gang went on a rugged, muddy walk on Saturday and then came back and scrubbed up for a catered meal that we organised with Home Gurr'own (a fantastic local caterer). The place had everything we needed for a large group and the bedrooms were hotel-like. We're already talking about renting it in the summer so that we can take advantage of the pool!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at The Hayloft over a very sunny February weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need, warm and cosy even without the log burner. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after some very long walks from the bottom of the garden. The countryside is lovely to explore and it means you can explore & leave the car in the drive, which is great. Its well placed for visiting Canterbury, Ashford, Designer outlets and the South coast and some good local pubs with good food. Bloomstays were easy to deal with and there was lots of information upfront to make our stay very relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Our recent stay at El Ray was nothing short of magical. Nestled just a short drive from Hythe, this gem transported us into a different world entirely. Dungeness, with its unique atmosphere, offered the perfect backdrop for a serene getaway featuring stunning landscapes, tranquil dog walks, and the soothing sounds of nature. El Ray itself is a marvel of design, blending modern living with historical charm. The transformation of an original train carriage into a sleek galley kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living area added a touch of whimsy and nostalgia. The open-plan living space, complete with a cosy log burner and expansive bi-fold doors, presented breathtaking views of the beach and coastline that captivated us, regardless of the chilly winter weather. Despite visiting in late January or early February, we were graced with glorious sunshine. The warmth allowed us to enjoy the outdoor veranda, where we basked in the sun and soaked up the panoramic views. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from underfloor heating to extra fan heaters, ensuring a snug and comfortable environment. El Ray's thoughtful layout includes two perfectly proportioned bedrooms that were ideal for our family with two young children. The innovative design and spacious interiors were a delightful new experience for them. The location of El Ray, positioned near the power station, offers a splendid sense of isolation and tranquillity. Nearby, The Britannia pub provided the perfect spot for a leisurely walk followed by a pint of Guinness and some delicious fish & chips. An evening stroll took us to The Pilot for a hearty family meal in a welcoming setting that, despite not taking reservations, had ample space for diners. Our adventures also led us to explore the charming light railway and the local nature reserve, enhancing our experience of Dungeness's rugged beauty. Adding to the seamless experience was the excellent communication from Sophie, our property management contact. She was incredibly accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which allowed our children extra hours to explore the beach and create lasting memories. El Ray is not just a place to stay; it's a cinematic experience. The strategically placed landscape windows frame iconic views of the power station, radar tower, and lighthouses, much like scenes from a widescreen film. It is an inspiring, picturesque retreat that left us enchanted and eager to return.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time at Wave Cottage. This warm, cosy cottage was extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Of course, the icing on the cake was the view and being able to witness sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. The decor throughout was very pretty and added to the seaside vibe. The kitchen had everything you need, plus a view, and cupboards contain a lot of extras to avoid you having to buy just for your stay - a very welcome and thoughtful gesture. The beds were extremely comfy with quality bed linen and the shower was fabulous. Everything in Sandgate is easily walkable. The Ship Inn, 10 minutes walk through the town or via the esplanade, was very welcoming and friendly with good food. A real pub with locals, visitors and dogs. The Dog House serves a delicious breakfast (don't be put off from it's exterior if it's windows are all steamed up) with very tasty, local ingredients. Folkestone is a very pleasant 40 minute walk all along the esplanade and is definitely worth a look and, although we didn't have time to explore, I understand Hythe is also walkable in the opposite direction with a cafe where you can get a bacon and scallop butty. Next time! Sal was attentive to all our needs both before and during our stay and obviously wants her visitors to enjoy their time here. You will!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Have just returned from an incredible stay at Perry Farm in Wingham to celebrate a very special wedding anniversary! The house was beautiful; well kept, clean and full of character. We were a group of adults and children and there was ample space within the property for all eating together and seating to play games. The pool table was a lovely bonus and the grounds were great for exploring even in the cold weather. The bedrooms were spacious and beds all comfortable. The kids (& adults) enjoyed numerous games of hide and seek. What made the property extra special was the owner; Kim was so accommodating both prior to and during our stay and made it a really special weekend of celebrations. If anyone is considering booking this property then do not hesitate. We would love to come back one day!

Fantastic experience: we had a lovely stay at " pebbles " in folkstone via bloom stays, from start to end our stay was flawless, jo - our host - was amazing, and nothing was too much. the venue was clean, immaculate, well situated, private and within walking distance of folkstone and sandgate with many nice restaurants cafes etc on offer. the view from our room was just amazing. If your looking for a nice retreat i cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: The Oast is a fantastic property, which has been lovingly restored and maintained. The lovely, friendly owner Alan welcomed us on arrival and then showed us around the property. He has thoughtfully catered for guests well above expectations with everything one might need. Overall a brilliant stay and would highly recommend. Will definitely stay again in future.

Fantastic experience: We made a seven day Christmas week booking with Bloom Stays for "Xanadune Beach House" Greatstone Kent for the family. Bloom are a very friendly, professional company to deal with and everything was as expected. " Xanadune Beach House" was large. spacious, very warm, and as new inside with every facility that a family could wish for including a Hot Tub. Our whole family enjoyed everything about the property with many memories being made and myself being asked by the grandchildren if we could returned again in the summer months. Thoroughly recommend Bloom Stays to book with and in particular the property mentioned

Fantastic experience: This cottage is right on the beachfront, so when you open the patio doors, you hear the soft sound of the waves—so relaxing. There is a local shop within a 2-minute walk, which is very well stocked, and there are good restaurants, a wine bar, and a microbrewery, everything you need without having to get in the car! The cottage was well-equipped and the photo's did it justice. The host is excellent and proactive with useful, clear information, which made check-in a doddle. Everything about this stay met our expectations and we will be back.

Fantastic experience: Truly unique and somewhat surreal setting with an interesting neighbour! Wonderfully quaint bungalow with so much character. Very comfortable beds and well equipped. Ideal for staying in and enjoying family and friend time and going for walks. The managers of the property were super responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a wonderful family Christmas at Old Harrow Barn. A beautiful house with fantastic facilities. Located just next door to their farm, the owners were super helpful and friendly. We loved seeing the hens each day and enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast. Lots of lovely touches, including a festive hamper. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Sea Spray cottage mid November and had a lovely week. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped and the file contains the all important instruction manuals for all appliances plus helpful tips on the surrounding area. Bloom Stays seems a good company and we wouldn’t hesitate booking with them in the future. Two minor issues - there was a considerable draught under the front door and we found the placing of the TV far too high on the wall. Other than that a great place to stay.

Fantastic experience: Lovely little hut, I stayed for one night with my fiancé but could have been there for longer it feels so like home, the bbq/fire makes this place even more special to be outdoors, lenny the sheep is very friendly but the only one who likes any kind of attention the other sheep keep their distance, the chickens joined us in the morning what an unforgettable Experience we will be returning 100% , we also checked out the Christmas market recommended from the owner and it was great for something to do the following day with lots of handmade stuff to buy

Fantastic experience: 12 adults … 1 amazing house! We had such a great time staying at Waters Edge. The owners have literally thought of everything to make a stay for that many people easy. Fantastic ovens, brilliant fridge, 2 dishwashers and loads of glasses, cutlery, plates, pans etc. There was literally nothing missing … The cinema room was a brilliant addition and the location on the beach was simply fab… our little dog loved it and so did we, it made dog walking a pleasure even in November! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our stay at Channel View, everything from booking through to accessing the property was easy and stress free. Accommodation was outstanding, clean and exceptionally presented, the location was stunning.

Fantastic experience: My family and I had a wonderful stay at Southbeach which we booked through Bloom Stays. The booking process was very easy and the guidance and advice given my Sal at Southbeach was excellent. The property was in a super location, walking distance to the town and less than a minutes walk to the beachfront. The apartment was very well furnished (the bed was lovely and comfortable) and also very clean. We were also left some delightful goodies upon our arrival. We will certainly stay at Southbeach on our next visit to Hythe.

Fantastic experience: Wave Cottage in Sandgate was a perfect home away from home. The house is so cozy and has an amazing view. On top of that, Sal added so many nice little touches. We will hopefully visit again soon.

Fantastic experience: The Watchtower is beautiful and we highly recommend it. We loved the stunning views over the shingle to the lighthouse and enjoyed watching the local wildlife including foxes, hares and birds from the conservatory. It was a really special having direct access ontot the nature reserve. The furniture and bed were very comfortable - there's even a piano! The Pilot pub is close by which is a bonus. Don't miss a tour of the Life Boat Station.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful, the barn has been converted to an extremely high standard and every detail has been lovingly considered. It is a peaceful haven but within short driving distance of lovely towns and places to visit. We would highly recommend.

Positive experience: An absolutely gorgeous property in a lovely location with a lot of high tech equipment throughout. You can access the beach straight from the garden gate, with the beach never getting too busy and only a short walk to the most sandy stretch (5 minutes). My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the house: Smears on the glass doors, cobwebs in the door runners and corners of rooms, dust bunnies & litter under the beds & hairs in the master bedrooms feature bath tub. Overall still a really lovely place to book! They even left some locally produced ‘Romney’ beers Cheers!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a clean, quiet, cozy experience free of complications and full of charm, we can highly recommend the delightful experience at the Shepherds Huts in Romney Marsh. We arrived by taxi from Ashford Intl station after a speedy hop from London, no trouble at all to reach this tranquil destination. With an entire app of information sent earlier we were fully prepared and so excited to see everything this beautiful place had to offer. The Hut is so thoughtfully accommodated that we wanted for nothing at all - we were greeted by local treats and enjoyed beautifully scented, luxurious showers straight into fluffy bathrobes (jet lag was no match!) A sunset walk among the sheep (and a sweet visit from the littlest lamb!) brought us fully back to life after a long day of travel from the US and at night, rain lulled us to a very comfortable sleep. The temperatures in the Hut were always pleasant and we loved to feel the breezes and soft sunlight through the many windows - never claustrophobic in such a well-thought abode. We rented bikes to trot down to Dymchurch and had a lovely day of it. Do not miss out on the local breakfast box - what could be better than the freshest farm eggs with your local coffee? The host is so very thoughtful and kind. We were sad to leave - this retreat recharged us fully, and we now count ourselves lucky to have seen this beautiful corner of the world! Our sincere thanks.

Fantastic experience: Lovely holiday home which was so well equipped which always makes a stay much better! Bed was comfortable, kitchen great, lovely dining area and the place felt spacious. Quite a few spiders knocking around, but probably to be expected in a barn conversion!

Fantastic experience: Coastguard Lookout is in a stunning location right on the beach. The views from every floor is spectacular as it is only a few steps to the sea. The bedroom and open bathroom took some getting used to, but didn't deter from anything. Overall a fantastic place that definitely has a wow factor.

Fantastic experience: The house was fabulous with a kitchen that would grace the pages of a lifestyle magazine. Huge amounts of space in every room, immense beds and bathrooms. Outdoor pool and other facilities great for children. Definitely a luxury stay.

Fantastic experience: Great stay at plum cottage in Dargate, near Whitstable. Great location and the cottage has everything you need. My husband, our cocker spaniel and myself had a great time, great for dogs to explore in enclosed field nearby and the beach is only 2.5 miles away.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous mini break with Bloom Stays at Pebblefish, Kent. Great communication, easy check in, beautiful property, light and spacious with different spaces for everyone to hang out in. Very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need,which made cooking and enjoying all the incredible facilities really easy. Fantastic place for families and groups to spend time together including the dog. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy and great location for beautiful walks from the doorstep with pub only a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this place and will look to rebook with Bloom Stays in the future

Fantastic experience: The Hideout in Folkestone-Bloom Stays - was excellent. Very nicely presented flat right by the beach at Sandgate, plenty of space for 4, good facilities and linen. A short walk into Sandgate shops and restaurants - altogether delightful!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely place, home from home. Everything you needed was there. We loved the games room in the garden and viewing room upstairs to look out at sea. Great location and house. The train going past was a big hit. We have lots of fabulous memories with our stay. Local pub close by with 2 lighthouses. The house was very spacious for 4 or more guests.

Fantastic experience: My stay at the Gate House was nothing short of magical! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its character and charm. Nestled in a peaceful, secluded setting, yet conveniently close to all the must-see spots, I wanted a place close to Port Lymne, only a 14 min drive, it truly offers the best of both worlds. The expansive gardens were a serene retreat, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the natural beauty. The Gate House itself was impeccably equipped with every amenity you could wish for. It was warm, cosy, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Toby, the host, was simply outstanding. His hospitality made us feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. His thoughtful attention to detail and those special extra touches elevated our stay to a whole new level of comfort and enjoyment. I can’t recommend the Gate House highly enough—it’s an absolute gem that I can’t wait to return to!

Superb quiet location - great WiFi too. Great contact with bloom stays who replaced the broken microwave within hours!

Fantastic experience: Driftwood is a seaside cottage literally within a stone's throw of the beach in charming Sandgate. We loved our stay here. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds comfortable and the shower room, with its sea view, roomy with plentiful towels provided. There is some interesting art in the property and it is nicely furnished. It would have been good to have had a bbq provided and the terrace swept and tidied as this slightly lets this otherwise lovely property down. Our booking with Bloom was easy and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Bloom Stays was new to us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Communication was good throughout from the booking to the day we came home. Choice of properties looks good but we love Pebble Fish in Dungeness, it fits well for a 3 generation holiday home and we will be back ( especially as Bloom Stays offer a discount for multiple stays).

Fantastic experience: I loved this place so much and never wanted to leave! It was so comfy, so cozy, so peaceful and quiet. It was an ideal staycation for myself and my elderly mother and senior dog. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, we ate at the snack shack just across the road for lunch and in the evening we took in the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of the pump station. I would Highly recommend anyone looking for a some tranquil peace and quiet go and stay at this property. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Our family stayed in Perry Farm for a wonderful relaxed week. The house is spotlessly clean, very well set up for families with thoughtful touches like books for all ages and board games. The kitchen has lots of equipment making cooking for the family easy but there are also excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes drive. The garden is huge and beautifully kept and we ate outside when we could. The owner is very helpful and responsive , and provides not just a folder for the house but also notes around the house. You will need a car - taxis are in short supply. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the huge hot tub and ate our breakfast sitting outside at the lovely table. It was so peaceful and gorgeous we all wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience: We had such a fantastic stay in the Shepherds Huts, everything you could need was provided from hot water bottle to wine bottle! Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was so lovely sitting out with an open fire looking at the massive Romney Marsh sky and stars. Thankyou for a fantastic getaway.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the lovely Coach House and absolutely loved it. The service was five star quality from booking to check out. Thanks to Brian and Sara who were our host and had very prompt and reliable communications with us all through out. The house itself is stunning and well maintained and allowed a family of over 12 people have a restful countryside stay despite the rainy weather. We will definitely use Bloom Stays again and will highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you enter the front door the "wow" factor starts. The cinema room is amazing. Enormous TV and comfy sofas. The kitchen is probably bigger than most houses! The first floor is beautifully set up with a lovely sea view. The top floor bedroom is a masterpiece. Everything is top spec, including 3 dishwashers, pots with built in thermometers, floor to ceiling, full width windows. The attention to detail is incredible. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at The Roost for a weekend as attending a wedding at Goodnestone Park which was a 10 minute drive away so perfect location. Lovely little cottage which was immaculate & superbly fitted out with everything you could want. Really welcoming host. Lovely courtyard to sit out in all planted with beautiful flowers. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience: Excellent property to rent for a real getaway from it all break. Well positioned on the cliff top enabling endless sea gazing. Well appointed with all you could need. We were a family group of 4 couples and a young baby. The house was spacious and had everything that we needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I went to stay at El Ray with a friend to get some writing done, and it was the perfect place for it! Absolutely stunning spot, and so peaceful. Fantastic experience: Stayed with old mates at The Landing in Hythe over a long weekend. The facilities were as described - clean and well appointed. What attracted us to book this particular property was the next door "annex" - The Butt of Sherry public house. An excellent stay. Thank you Bloom.

Fantastic experience: A perfect retreat to celebrate our anniversary. Set in historic marshlands of Kent, a generational family farm raising the best breed of sheep and wool products. The Shepherds Hut stay offered 5 star accommodation in keeping with the traditions. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen/diner with welcome package of wine, apple juice and food supplies. Wood burner, supply of logs, an outside bath to relax and take in the sunset and night sky. Beautifully presented living space and shower bathroom. The Shepherds Hut set in fields of sheep with the bleating of new born lambs and Sky Larks singing above. Would thoroughly recommend. The Romney Shepherds Hut perfect for a family with 2 children. Barbecue & outside seating. Beaches, the famous Hythe-Dymchurch railway, all within easy reach. Thank you for creating something so beautiful to birth great memories which we will cherish for years to come.

It felt like staying in a cozy, artistic retreat where every detail was curated with care and creativity. The property's garden was another highlight of our stay. It was a tranquil oasis that our entire family enjoyed, especially the children. They were thrilled with the outdoor shower, a fun and refreshing feature that added a sense of adventure to their garden playtime. The space was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air, and unwinding after a day of exploration. Our weekend was filled with delightful activities, starting with exploring the high street's charming boutiques and indulging in delicious treats from the local ice cream parlours. Whitstable’s high street is a treasure trove of unique shops and eateries, and we loved every moment spent there. The beach provided endless entertainment for the kids, who spent hours looking for crab shells and other seaside treasures. The fresh sea air and the simple joy of beachcombing made for a memorable family experience. Dining in Whitstable was also a treat, with wonderful food that catered to both adults and children. Each meal was a culinary delight, further enhancing our stay. We also made time to visit Whitstable Castle, which was a delightful excursion. The castle and its grounds offered a glimpse into the town’s rich history and provided a perfect backdrop for family photos. In summary, Oyster Shore is a highly recommended destination for a family staycation. Its beautiful decor, wonderful garden, and proximity to Whitstable's many attractions made our stay truly special. We look forward to returning and making more memories in this charming town.

Fantastic experience: Charming rural retreat in beautiful surroundings. Excellent linens and furnished to a high standard. I would have liked some wine glasses and a microwave would have been helpful but do not detract from a fabulous property with pretty gardens and an amazing view across fields with trees. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful. A real treat. Bedrooms had the feeling of a luxury hotel . Hosts were communicative and welcoming. Would love to come back. We wanted for nothing

Negative experience: Never again. The host on the property blamed our group for multiple previous existing damages. Bloom kept the full deposit and even asked for more money blindly siding with the host. All their “fancy” facade falls apart when you get slapped with a terrible customer support asking you to prove that you weren’t responsible for that old stain hidden under a coaster and the host is trying to buy new furniture for free at your expense. I’ve never had a single issue with a stay many years using other platforms like Airbnb. With Bloom? First and last.

Negative experience: Short & Simple: Pretentious luxury experience. Broken bed at the rental, was not fixed during the stay, tried to charge me for it. Refused to return deposit to "fix" damages supposedly caused by us. For all we know, we are all paying for the same "mark on the carpet" from the comments 2 years ago. - - - - They can't produce evidence who damaged what, also simply do not care. So will charge you by default. Their behaviour is very rude, dismissive, arrogant and entitled. Very bad customer experience. Do not recommend using their services. One of the lowest reviews I've ever written.

Fantastic experience: We had a really great stay at The Hayloft through Bloom Stays - unbelievable value for money! The views were great and we had such a peaceful time away. The house has a nice layout with the living space upstairs, making the most of the views. The property is also in easy reach of some great days out in Kent. We are very picky with where we stay and we would highly recommend The Hayloft!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my family stayed for two nights in this beautiful barn conversion, the property was spotlessly clean and we were greeted with a few treats which was a nice touch, the home was spacious and the beds were so comfortable with nice linen and pillows. The bathrooms were lovely too powerful showers and hot water. The home had a fully equipped kitchen and nice comfortable sofa’s. It was so quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The games room was great and so was the hot tub, the bbq and outside area was a lovely calming space! Bloom stats was very professional throughout our booking and stay, and I would highly recommend this home and bloom stays 5* service, we all had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: We had the best time staying at this house, the host was attentive and friendly and would pop over if we ever needed anything. The kitchen was really well equipped with all the utensils, cooking equipment and crockery etc. All the bedrooms were a great size with storage space and really comfortable beds! Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Outside furniture was comfy and the hot tub was great, lovely huge garden overlooking the coast, we really felt at home here, would love to go back!

Fantastic experience: We booked The Coach House for our annual family gathering weekend, and it surpassed our expectations. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the best by far. Brian and Sara, our hosts, have made sure everything you need is provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential equoment, and the house itself had a lot of character. The garden was a highlight, with different areas to hang out in like a patio, BBQ spot, firepit, garden games area and even a treehouse. The grandchildren had a blast in the treehouse and the games area, where they beat us at everything! Not to leave the adults out the Hot tub and bubbles completed the picture. The location was perfect too. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by countryside, but it was actually really close to the motorway, making it easy to get to. Brian and Sara were great hosts, there to help out if we needed anything and before we arrived provided loads of useful information, where to find the best local pubs, local attractions, amenties, walks and other things to do nearby. We were welcomed with a bottle of cold bubbles to help us settle in which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was an amazing weekend. Loved it! Recommend it! Will be back!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent 4 nights at The Old Schoolhouse in Waltham. A central location for our first time exploring Kent. The accomodation was perfect; the beds comfortable, the living room cost with a log fire in the evening. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We plan on returning to spend more time exploring.

Fantastic experience: A great stay in a lovely relaxing barn. Great for our dog as walks straight from the barn. Enclosed garden so very safe. Loved the extras left for our stay. Hot tub was private and relaxing after exploring the surrounding area.

Fantastic experience: A very easy smooth process with Bloom Stays - good communication, clear emails and directions, I even spoke with someone on the phone to extend my booking who was very polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again
