Fantastic experience: Just by the off chance I came cross the company Perfect Umrah, Agents name Khawaja Samraiz. I am so glad I did. I explained all my requirements to Khawaja Samraiz who dealt with my personalised booking. I explained this was going to be the first time attending for umrah and would be travelling with my mother. The Transfer company always notified one day before pick up and kept the lead passenger updated. This was very reassuring. Swissotel Makkah, is really 5* hotel. Excellent cleanliness, very close to haram less than 2 minutes walk, very close to restaurants and shops. Excellent location and huge size room. Pullman Zamzam Madina 5* hotel was my favourite; 1 min walk to haram. Cleanliness outstanding, many breakfast options and excellent housekeeping. We checked into a huge apartment with king size room, living area and two bathrooms. Well impressed. I would personally like to thank agent Khawaja samraiz for being in contact throughout our trip to ensure that all ran smoothly. Khawaja samraiz really went out of his way to ensure the happiness of his customers. Thank you may Allah reward you for making our umrah trip come to reality.
