Fantastic experience: Went in to ask about booking a holiday to Disney World but didn’t know where to start. Spoke to a lovely girl called Rebecca and she was so helpful and informative. She gave me so much information on the best times to go and what festivals and events would be happening during the year. She told me all about the different resorts and where she recommended staying. You could tell how much she loves it and told me to pop in anytime if I had any other questions. If anyone wants to book a Disney trip I would really recommend talking to her as she know so much and was so nice.

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Rebecca for arranging my universal park hotel tickets, there were so many options it was reassuring to have an expert to guide me through. And she managed to get the hotel price matched to what I had found online with another provider, meaning I got the benefit of booking through a trusted company and still getting the best price. We do look online to see what holidays there are, but still like to pop in and see an advisor, as with the afore mentioned we are never disappointed. Fantastic experience: I have booked our first holiday today to Tunisia with the help of Rebecca and she was very polite and professional and she also remembered me and that I was coming in today Rebecca went through all of my needs and requirements and helped me with all my questions and sorted out my insurance as well for me.it was nice to have a chat about formula one at the same time as it felt more personal than just a transaction Rebecca made me feel welcome and not rushed she is a very good asset to the TUI brand and the Doncaster shop.

Negative experience: Avoid TUI Doncaster branch travel money desk. Very poor experience. I am going on luxury holiday and wanted to buy 10000eur. Seems like they never seen this kind of money as they did not know what forms of ID to provide, also made me wait and without explanations said that they can't sell. Use other companies for luxury holidays and let them deal with amount they can count.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end with Kerry, sorting out the holiday out was simple and was fantastic regarding the assistance for my autistic son. She chose us an amazing resort and cannot wait to go, would definitely recommend sorting a holiday with Kerry, she is super relaxed and easy to talk too.. superb customer service

Helen made the process seamless, she was informative, helpful and knowledgeable as we weren’t sure of the hotel we were booking. She was also brilliant at the flight times etc - we aren’t used to flying from Manchester. She explained the luggage allowance, the transfers and everything that was included with TUI. She’s a credit to your company and the reason that we would book with TUI in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently went with my family to this TUI store to fix our holiday after it got fully cancelled on Monday evening. We got seated by a TUI customer service agent Tilly. She stayed on the phone with the online web to help us for an hour. After she couldnt get through, she decided to rebook us a whole holiday! Amazing she is. Absolutely thrilled!

Tilly who was looking after us 5 today was exceptionally friendly and professional. Tilly has sorted us another holiday for us and nothing was to much. Fantastic experience: Booked our recent family holiday to Menorca through Lori in-store. She really made sure that the holiday we booked is the one we wanted. Considered the flight times, the needs of my two children and got everything for a really great price. We ended up pre-booking seats in the end, and it was worth the money to take the stress out of the journey. My two sons had the best time, and Lori's attention to detail really made sure we got exactly what we needed - in fact, everyone we encountered in the store was super helpful. Would happily recommend booking through them.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed and upset how TUI has mislead me and my partner on our 2 week holiday to Bulgaria. All I can say is that TUI has lied saying it’s amazing Hotel they even highly recommended it and yes we all know why because they have to try and fill the rooms. I asked TUI for support while I was over there and all I got was can’t do anything - we tried to speak with the rep many times which I have no idea how he got the job. I was humiliated and so embarrassed which the issues that happens over there but the TUI store just didn’t care I even emailed them and sent it to the manager!! I’ve noticed once your paid up and left the country your alone but all I can say I will be thinking twice before traveling with TUI again. I would not recommend the hotel where we stayed nor returned to Bulgaria all I can say is that I was counting down the days to get home!! What a horrible holiday and totally waste of money and TUI needs to learn to stop lying it’s not just about filing the rooms it’s about ppl enjoying there time away they work all year to pay for - the sad thing is that this was the first holiday away just me and my partner!
