Fantastic experience: Went to Dawson's first. We were the only ones in there and were spoken to abruptly while other staff audibly discussed their personal lives, it was as if we were intruding. Hays was the complete opposite.. even though the shop was busy we were seen to immediately by the friendly and helpful Rebecca. Half an hour later our holiday was sorted. Will be my first stop next time I book my hols.

Positive experience: Hi i booked a holiday to malta staying at blue sea santa maria hotel in buggiba whiih i must say was good on a recommendation of your of the rep in the middlesbrough shop but when i booked i made a point of asking if it was in a level area and she said it was definately was, but i climbed more mountains than julie andrews in the sound of music!! so i think a little more of a geography lesson for the staff on the resorts being promoted would not go amiss Yours T Davies may 2014
