Fantastic experience: Last year my wife and I had to cancel our TUI cruise due to my health problem. We called in to the TUI shop for advice and was very lucky to be seen by Lisa who was not only friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very efficient she was also sympathetic and understanding of our situation. She guided us through the process and was instrumental in helping us get a full refund. Fortunately, we are now in a position to book another cruise and have booked an appointment with Lisa. We can’t speak highly enough of her, she’s a star. ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Called In to Tui Speke and was greeted immediately by Lynn, who intereduced herself straight away with a warm, welcoming smile. Gave us great advice and support. It's nice to have face to face contact. Only negative and this is nothing to with Lynn. The staff have to answer calls even when they're dealing with face to face customers and I think they should have a receptionist to deal with this who can take a message and pass on to staff to call back .

Fantastic experience: I visited this Tui Store on Wednesday and was assisted by Inge. What can I say she was amazing from start to finish, so friendly and knowledgeable. I booked my holiday there and then with her and she got through this nice and quick for me. She was so patient with my little boy as well who understandably was getting very bored (it’s not what a 6 year old wants to be doing after school) but Inge was trying her best to keep him entertained. I will without a doubt come to this store every time to book my holiday now, it’s the first time I’ve visited a Tui Store to book a holiday and the experience was great. Thank you Inge x

I haven’t booked a holiday in a travel agents for years thinking it was just easier to book online so I really only went it for a bit of advice. I’m so glad I did go in though, Melissa was so helpful in helping me to find exactly the holiday I was looking for. She was really knowledgable and had some great advice and helped me to find an amazing hotel in Dominican Republic that I probably wouldn’t have even looked at if I was booking on my own. I’ll definitely be back to book my next holiday once this years is done!

Fantastic experience: We popped in earlier today while we were in Next, where the TUI store is located. Staci was our travel agent. She was so helpful. We enquired about a holiday that we’d been considering for my 60th birthday. She went right through all the information in detail in regards to our chosen hotel, showed us a good choice of trips in the area and went through our special requests in detail. She organised special assistance and accessible seats on the plane for my husband and extra weight allowance for his medications. She will also book our chosen trips when they are released for sale. She matched the online price, which we are really happy with. Our in store experience was so much better than previous online experiences where, if you have any problems/queries, you can only be dealt with via a call centre. Staci was really lovely and friendly, and very helpful. TUI Speke is definitely worth a visit. I only went to Next to pick up a pair of shoes and came out with an all inclusive holiday to Cape Verde

She explained everything to us and made the whole process very clear . She was informative, helpful and very competent. Positive experience: Megan was a lovely girl, very friendly and chatty. All good. Megan probably needs to slow down a little bit - we laughed about this - but - an inherited trait which I can sympathise with...but it can be a little unnerving from a customer point of view - that is, making one a little nervy in case the wrong details are added on to the system.
